Claims (20)
- スライド軸受用のスラストワッシャーであって、
軸面を有するスラストワッシャー基板と、
上記基板の軸面上の成形厚みのポリマー層と、を有し、
上記成形ポリマー層には、少なくとも1つのオイル分配溝が設けられている
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャー。 - 請求項1に記載のスラストワッシャーにおいて、
上記成形ポリマー層は、堆積された多数のポリマー副層を有する
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャー。 - 請求項2に記載のスラストワッシャーにおいて、
上記ポリマー副層は、異なる形状をしている
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャー。 - 上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載のスラストワッシャーにおいて、
上記オイル分配溝は、上記成形ポリマー層を通る部分にのみ延びている
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャー。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のスラストワッシャーにおいて、
上記オイル分配溝は、上記成形ポリマー層を通って延び、
上記成形ポリマー層は、少なくとも1つの上記オイル分配溝によって分割された複数の分離部を有する
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャー。 - 請求項5に記載のスラストワッシャーにおいて、
上記オイル分配溝は、上記スラストワッシャー基板内に延びている
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャー。 - 上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載のスラストワッシャーにおいて、
上記オイル分配溝は、チャネルと傾斜領域とを有する
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャー。 - 請求項7に記載のスラストワッシャーにおいて、
上記傾斜領域は、上記成形ポリマー層に設けられ、
上記傾斜領域内の成形ポリマー層の厚みは、上記チャネルから離れるほど増大する
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャー。 - 請求項8に記載のスラストワッシャーにおいて、
上記傾斜領域は、ポリマーの厚みが、上記オイル分配溝と直交しかつ軸面を横断する方向に1mm進む毎に25um以下の割合で増加する傾斜勾配、を有する
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャー。 - 請求項7から9のいずれか1つに記載のスラストワッシャーにおいて、
上記オイル分配溝は、第1傾斜領域と第2傾斜領域との間にチャネルを有する
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャー。 - 請求項7から10のいずれか1つに記載のスラストワッシャーにおいて、
上記成形ポリマー層には、上記オイル分配溝に隣接した均一な厚さのパッド領域が設けられている
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャー。 - 軸受シェルと上記請求項に記載のスラストワッシャーとを有するフランジ軸受であって、
上記スラストワッシャーが上記軸受シェルの軸端部に設けられている
ことを特徴とするフランジ軸受。 - 軸面を有するスラストワッシャー基板と、
少なくとも1つのオイル分配溝が設けられた上記基板の軸面上の成形ポリマー層と、を有するスライド軸受用スラストワッシャーの製造方法において、
上記基板の軸面上に上記成形ポリマー層を形成する工程と、
上記成形ポリマー層を硬化する工程と、を含む
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャーの製造方法。 - 請求項13に記載のスラストワッシャーの製造方法において、
上記成形ポリマー層は、スプレー処理と印刷処理とから成るグループから選択された1つの処理により形成される。
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャーの製造方法。 - 請求項13又は請求項14に記載のスラストワッシャーの製造方法において、
上記成形ポリマー層は、複数のポリマー副層を堆積させることにより形成される
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャーの製造方法。 - 請求項14に記載のスラストワッシャーの製造方法において、
連続したポリマー副層は、不均一な厚みの上記成形ポリマー層を形成するように、異なる形状をしている
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャーの製造方法。 - 請求項15又は請求項16に記載のスラストワッシャーの製造方法において、
上記複数のポリマー副層は、厚みの異なる副層を有する
ことを特徴とするスラストワッシャーの製造方法。 - 図面のいずれか1つ及び添付の明細書を参照して、上述したものと実質的に同じスラストワッシャー。
- 軸受シェルと、図面のいずれか1つ及び添付の明細書を参照して、上述したものと実質的に同じスラストワッシャーと軸受けシェルとを有するフランジ軸受。
- 図面のいずれか1つ及び添付の明細書を参照して、上述したものと実質的に同じスラストワッシャーの製造方法。
