Abstract
Description
本発明の一実施形態は、カテーテルチューブを有するカテーテルであって、前記カテーテルチューブは、第1ポリアミド層と、前記第1ポリアミド層の内表面に配置された変性ポリオレフィン層と、前記第1ポリアミド層の外表面に配置された第2ポリアミド層とを含み、前記第1ポリアミド層、前記第2ポリアミド層および前記変性ポリオレフィン層のうち、前記第2ポリアミド層のみが着色剤を含む、カテーテルである。本発明に係るカテーテルチューブは、カテーテルの内管および/または外管として用いられるが、特に内管として好適に用いられる。以下、図1に示される本発明の一具体例であるバルーンカテーテル400を参照しつつ本発明をより詳細に説明するが、本発明を限定するものでは無い。
内層(変性ポリオレフィン層)、中間層(第1ポリアミド層)、および外層(第2ポリアミド層)を有する3層チューブを共押出成形し、チューブ1を得た(φ0.43×0.46×0.55×0.57mm)。なお、各層の材料としては、以下のものを用いた;
変性ポリオレフィン層(層厚30μm): マレイン化高密度ポリエチレン(MODIC_H503(三菱化学株式会社))
第1ポリアミド層(層厚90μm): ナイロン12(ダイアミド_L1940W(ダイセル・エボニック株式会社))
第2ポリアミド層(層厚20μm): ナイロン12(ダイアミド_L1940W(ダイセル・エボニック株式会社))、第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して1.0重量%の着色剤(着色剤中、25重量%のカーボンブラック(黒色系顔料)、25重量%の酸化チタン(白色系顔料)、50重量%のアニオン界面活性剤(分散剤)を含む)を含む。すなわち、第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して0.5重量%の顔料を含む。
第2ポリアミド層に含まれる着色剤量を、第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して2.0重量%(第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して1.0重量%の顔料)とした以外は実施例1と同様に3層チューブを共押出成形し、チューブ2を得た。
第2ポリアミド層に含まれる着色剤量を、第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して3.0重量%(第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して1.5重量%の顔料)とした以外は実施例1と同様に3層チューブを共押出成形し、チューブ3を得た。
第2ポリアミド層に含まれる着色剤量を、第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して5.0重量%(第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して2.5重量%の顔料)とした以外は実施例1と同様に3層チューブを共押出成形し、チューブ4を得た。
内層(変性ポリオレフィン層)、および外層(ポリアミド層)を有する2層チューブを共押出成形し、比較チューブ1を得た(φ0.43×0.46×0.57mm)。なお、各層の材料としては、以下のものを用いた;

ポリアミド層に含まれる着色剤量を、ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して0.5重量%(ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して0.25重量%の顔料)とした以外は比較例1と同様に2層チューブを共押出成形し、比較チューブ2を得た。
ポリアミド層に含まれる着色剤量を、ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して0.3重量%(ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して0.15重量%の顔料)とした以外は比較例1と同様に2層チューブを共押出成形し、比較チューブ3を得た。
ポリアミド層に含まれる着色剤量を、ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して0.2重量%(ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して0.1重量%の顔料)とした以外は比較例1と同様に2層チューブを共押出成形し、比較チューブ4を得た。
ポリアミド層に含まれる着色剤量を、ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して0.1重量%(ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対して0.05重量%の顔料)とした以外は比較例1と同様に2層チューブを共押出成形し、比較チューブ5を得た。
上記の実施例および比較例で得られたカテーテルチューブを10cmの長さに切断し、軸方向の中央部でチューブを180°屈曲させた。屈曲作業を4回繰り返した後、屈曲部における層間剥離の有無を目視で確認した;
○:屈曲部において層間剥離は観察されなかった、
×:屈曲部において層間剥離が観察された。
上記の実施例および比較例で得られたカテーテルチューブを用いて、カテーテルチューブの視認性を評価した;
○: カテーテルチューブが黒く着色(マンセル明度5以下)されており、カテーテルチューブの内腔にガイドワイヤを挿入した際、カテーテルの内腔に配置されたガイドワイヤがほとんど見えない。
△: カテーテルチューブの内腔にガイドワイヤを挿入した際、カテーテルの内腔に配置されたガイドワイヤが見えるが、カテーテルチューブの着色は確認できる(マンセル明度6〜8)。
×: 着色と無着色で差が少なく、カテーテルチューブの着色がほとんど確認できない(マンセル明度9〜10)。

Claims (9)
- カテーテルチューブを有するカテーテルであって、
前記カテーテルチューブは、第1ポリアミド層と、前記第1ポリアミド層の内表面に配置された変性ポリオレフィン層と、前記第1ポリアミド層の外表面に配置された第2ポリアミド層とを含み、
前記第1ポリアミド層、前記第2ポリアミド層および前記変性ポリオレフィン層のうち、前記第2ポリアミド層のみが着色剤を含む、カテーテル。 - 前記着色剤が、顔料を含み、
前記第2ポリアミド層が、当該第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対し、0.6重量%以上の前記顔料を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記着色料が、当該着色料の固形分全体に対し、40重量%以上の顔料を含み、
前記第2ポリアミド層が、当該第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対し、1.5重量%以上の当該着色剤を含む、請求項1または2に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記変性ポリオレフィン層を形成する樹脂が、マレイン化ポリエチレンである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。
- 内腔を有する外管と、前記外管の内腔に配置される内管と、前記内管の先端側と前記外管の先端側とに固定されたバルーンとを備え、
前記バルーンが、ポリアミド系樹脂を含有し、
前記内管は、第1ポリアミド層と、前記第1ポリアミド層の内表面に配置された変性ポリオレフィン層と、前記第1ポリアミド層の外表面に配置された第2ポリアミド層とを含み、
前記第1ポリアミド層、前記第2ポリアミド層および前記変性ポリオレフィン層のうち、前記第2ポリアミド層のみが着色剤を含む、バルーンカテーテル。 - 前記着色剤が、顔料を含み、
前記第2ポリアミド層が、当該第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対し、0.6重量%以上の前記顔料を含む、請求項5に記載のバルーンカテーテル。 - 前記着色料は、当該着色料の固形分全体に対し、40重量%以上の顔料を含み、
前記第2ポリアミド層が、当該第2ポリアミド層の固形分全体に対し、1.5重量%以上の当該着色剤を含む、請求項5または6に記載のバルーンカテーテル。 - 前記第1ポリアミド層の層厚が、前記第2ポリアミド層の層厚よりも厚い、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記変性ポリオレフィン層を形成する樹脂が、マレイン化ポリエチレンである、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
