Description

The present invention relates to an abnormality display system for a combustion apparatus.

Conventionally, in an abnormality display system for a combustion device such as a water heater or a heating heat source device, when an abnormality such as a malfunction or failure occurs in the combustion device, the fact is displayed on the display unit of the remote control terminal. Is known. However, since the fact that an abnormality has occurred is displayed on the display unit, it is not possible to grasp the cause of the abnormality and how to handle it. It was necessary to ask the repair company for the recovery process. In view of this, a conventional abnormality display system has been proposed that is configured to display support information such as an expected occurrence of an abnormality and a coping method on the display unit of the remote control terminal in addition to the contents of the abnormality. (For example, refer to Patent Documents 1 and 2).

However, recent combustion apparatuses have complicated internal structures such as an increase in sensors and switches and valve arrangements as performance is improved. In addition, since there is a certain limit on the amount of information that can be displayed on the display unit of the remote control terminal, it is not possible to display the details of the location where the abnormality occurs and the countermeasures. For this reason, if a user who does not fully understand the internal structure of the device performs recovery processing of the abnormal location inside the combustion device based on the display content of the display unit, the operation and the corrective action will be mistaken for further abnormalities. There was a risk of causing it.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a highly safe abnormality display system in which a user can appropriately perform abnormality recovery processing in an abnormality display system for a combustion apparatus. Is to provide.

The present invention is an abnormality display system for displaying on a display unit of a display device that an abnormality has occurred in a combustion device, and when an abnormality occurs in the combustion device, a user can deal with the abnormality on the display unit. A first display form that displays the first support information that is displayed, and does not display the second support information that the user cannot handle, and a second display form that displays the second support information on the display unit. The switchable configuration is adopted, and the first display mode is applied at an initial time when an abnormality occurs in the combustion apparatus.

In this case, when an abnormality occurs in the combustion device, the first support information that can be dealt with by the user is displayed on the display unit of the display device. Anomaly recovery processing can be performed promptly and appropriately.

In particular, in this case, the first support information is displayed when an abnormality occurs in the combustion device, and the second support information that cannot be dealt with by the user is not displayed. Incorrect recovery processing can also be prevented.

On the other hand, when requesting repair processing of an abnormality, if the display form of the abnormality is switched to the second display form, the second support information that cannot be handled by the user is displayed on the display unit of the display device. Therefore, the repair shop can appropriately perform the abnormality recovery process based on the display content.

In the abnormality display system according to the present invention, when the display mode is switched to the second display mode, only the second support information is displayed on the display unit.

In this case, when an abnormality occurs in the combustion device, if the display is switched to the second display mode, only the second support information that the user cannot handle for the abnormality is displayed on the display unit. Can more appropriately perform abnormality recovery processing based on the display content.

In the abnormality display system according to the present invention, as the first display form, a standard display form for displaying at least one of a possible cause of an abnormality or a countermeasure and a simple display for displaying only an error code indicating the content of the abnormality. The configuration can be switched between forms.

For users who do not understand the overall mechanism of the combustion device or who are not good at handling the equipment in general, even if an attempt is made to recover the abnormality based on the support information for the user displayed on the display, There is a risk of erroneous operations and countermeasures. However, in this case, if the display form of abnormality is set to the simple display form, when an abnormality occurs in the combustion device, only an error code indicating the content of the abnormality is displayed on the display unit. Since the countermeasure method is not displayed, it is possible to prevent an erroneous restoration process from being performed by a user who does not understand the mechanism of the entire combustion apparatus or a user who is not good at handling the entire apparatus.

Moreover, this invention is set as the structure which switches the display of a display part to a 2nd display form, when specific operation is made by the operation part of a combustion apparatus or a display apparatus in the said abnormality display system.

In this case, since it is necessary to perform a specific operation by the operation unit in order to switch the display form of the display unit to the second display form, the second support information that cannot be dealt with by the user is unintentionally displayed. It is hard to be displayed in the department. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent an erroneous recovery process from being performed by the user.

According to the present invention, when the abnormality of the combustion apparatus is caused by the fact that the user can cope with the abnormality, the user can quickly and appropriately detect the abnormality based on the support information for the user displayed on the display unit. Recovery processing can be performed. In addition, in this case, since support information for the user is displayed on the display unit at an initial time point when an abnormality has occurred in the combustion apparatus, there is little possibility of erroneous recovery processing being performed by the user. Further, since the support information for the repairer is displayed on the display unit by switching to the second display form, the repairer should appropriately perform the recovery processing of the abnormality of the combustion apparatus based on the support information for the repairer. You can also. Thereby, a highly safe abnormality display system can be realized.

Then, a guide message (for example, “is the drain pipe clogged with foreign matter”) indicating the first assumed factor corresponding to the drain drainage failure and the service center information are displayed (ST1 to ST3).

(ST4〜ST6)。   After that, the recovery process is performed by the user or a repair company until the specific operation is performed at the operation unit 21 (the gas main valve is opened, the dust stuck in the air supply port is removed, etc.), and the combustion If no abnormality is recognized even when the operation of the apparatus 1 is resumed, the abnormality information such as the abnormality information and service center information displayed on the display unit 20 is erased, and the process returns to the step ST1 (ST4 to ST6).

(ST7)。   On the other hand, when a specific operation is performed by the predetermined operation unit 21 after the abnormality of the combustion device 1 is detected (Yes in step ST4), the abnormality display form is changed to the content of the abnormality, the error code, the second Switch to the second display form (hereinafter referred to as “serviceman mode”) for displaying the assumed factors and service center information, and display the error code corresponding to the abnormality, A message indicating the contents, a guide message indicating the second assumption factor, and service center information are displayed. More specifically, if the combustion apparatus 1 has an abnormality in ignition of the burner 32, in addition to an error code and message indicating an ignition failure, a guide message indicating a second assumed factor corresponding to the ignition failure (“gas primary pressure”). Is “4 inches or more”, “Is the solenoid valve harness disconnected?”). In addition, if the combustion apparatus 1 has an abnormality in the ventilation of the supply / exhaust path, in addition to an error code and message indicating the ventilation failure, a guide message indicating the second assumed factor corresponding to the ventilation failure (“setting of the long / short switch” Is “appropriate”, “Is there a foreign object in the supply / exhaust fan?”, “Is there a gap in the connection of the exhaust pipe, etc.)? If the abnormality in the combustion apparatus 1 is exhaust leakage from the heat exchanger 31, in addition to an error code and message indicating exhaust leakage, a guide message indicating a second assumed factor corresponding to the exhaust leakage ("external heat exchange" "Is the temperature sensor harness broken?" Or "Is the heat exchanger case damaged?" Further, if the abnormality of the combustion apparatus 1 is a drain drainage failure of the drain pipe 370, in addition to an error code and message indicating the drain drainage failure, a guide message (“drain pipe” indicating a second assumed factor corresponding to the drain drainage failure. Are there any foreign objects clogged ”,“ is the construction appropriate ”, etc. (ST7).

(ST4,ST7〜ST8,ST6)。   Then, before the specific operation is performed again at the operation unit 21, a repair process is performed by a repairer (the long / short switch is adjusted so that the gas primary pressure is adjusted to 4 inches or more, the heat switch is switched, If the abnormality is not recognized even when the operation of the combustion apparatus 1 is restarted, the abnormality display on the display unit 20 is erased, and the process returns to the ST1 step (ST4, ST7˜). ST8, ST6).

(ST9)。   In addition, after the operation of the combustion apparatus 1 is started, when a switching operation of the display form is performed by the operation unit 21 (Yes in step ST2), only the error code is displayed as the abnormality display form, and the content of the abnormality is displayed. As a first display form that does not display the assumption factor and service center information, the simple display form (hereinafter referred to as “simple display mode”) is set. Therefore, when an abnormality of the combustion apparatus 1 is detected in this state, only the error code corresponding to the abnormality is displayed on the display unit 20 as support information for the user. More specifically, if the combustion apparatus 1 is abnormally ignited by the burner 32, only an error code indicating an ignition failure is displayed, and if it is a ventilation failure, only an error code indicating a ventilation failure is displayed. If the abnormality of the combustion apparatus 1 is exhaust leak, only an error code indicating exhaust leak is displayed, and if the drain drain is defective, only an error code indicating drain drain failure is displayed (ST9).

(ST2,ST9,ST4〜6)。   Then, until the switching operation of the display mode is performed again at the operation unit 21 or until the specific operation is performed, a recovery process is performed by the user or a repair company, and the operation of the combustion apparatus 1 is resumed. However, if no abnormality is recognized, the abnormality display on the display unit 20 is deleted, and the process returns to the step ST1 (ST2, ST9, ST4-6).

(ST7)。   When the display mode switching operation is performed again in the state where the abnormal display mode is set to the simple display mode (No in step ST2), the abnormal display mode is switched to the user mode and added to the error code. A message indicating the content of the abnormality, a guide message indicating the first assumed factor, and service center information are displayed on the display unit 20 (ST3). On the other hand, when a specific operation is performed in the state where the abnormal display mode is set to the simple display mode (Yes in step ST4), the abnormal display mode is switched to the serviceman mode and added to the error code. , A message indicating the second assumption factor, and service center information are displayed on the display unit 20 (ST7).

Although not shown, in the state where the display mode of abnormality is set to the simple display mode or the end user mode, the history display operation (for example, the setting switch 21H is pressed to select the abnormality history on the display unit 20). After displaying the screen, if the operation of selecting the abnormality history by operating the hot water temperature switch 21G) is performed, the error display mode is switched to the serviceman mode, and the error corresponding to the selected past abnormality is displayed. A code, a message indicating the content of the abnormality, a guide message indicating the second assumed factor, and service center information are displayed on the display unit 20.

Thus, according to the above-described abnormality display system, when an abnormality occurs in the combustion apparatus 1 with the abnormality display form set to the end user mode (first display form), the user can deal with it. Since the abnormal cause (first support information) is displayed on the display unit 20 of the remote control terminal 2, the user can quickly and appropriately perform the abnormality recovery process based on the display content. Thereby, a highly safe abnormality display system can be realized.

In particular, in this case, when an abnormality occurs in the combustion apparatus 1, the abnormal cause (first support information) that can be dealt with by the user is displayed on the display unit 20, and the user cannot deal with it. In addition, since the abnormal cause (second support information) is not displayed, it is possible to prevent the user from performing an erroneous recovery process based on the display for the repairer for the abnormality occurring in the combustion apparatus 1. Thereby, an even higher safety abnormality display system can be realized.

On the other hand, when requesting the repair process of an abnormality, if the display form of the abnormality is switched to the serviceman mode (second display form), the assumed cause of the abnormality that cannot be handled by the user (second support) Information) is displayed on the display unit 20 of the remote control terminal 2, so that the repairer is based on the display content of the display unit 20 without taking into account the abnormal cause and the countermeasures described in the instruction manual. Thus, it is possible to appropriately perform abnormality recovery processing. Thereby, an even higher safety abnormality display system can be realized.

In this case, if the abnormality display mode is set to the simple display mode (simple display mode), when an abnormality occurs in the combustion apparatus 1, only an error code indicating the content of the abnormality is displayed on the display unit 20. In addition, since the cause of the abnormality is not displayed, it is possible to prevent an erroneous restoration process from being performed by a user who does not understand the entire mechanism of the combustion apparatus or a user who is not good at handling the entire device. Thereby, an even higher safety abnormality display system can be realized.

Further, in this case, since it is necessary to perform a specific operation using the plurality of operation units 21 in order to switch the abnormality display form to the serviceman mode (second display form), it is impossible for the user to deal with it. The second support information is not intended to be displayed on the display unit 20 unintentionally, and it is possible to more reliably prevent an erroneous restoration process from being performed by the user. Thereby, an even higher safety abnormality display system can be realized.

In the above embodiment, as the support information, the display of the abnormal cause on the display unit 20 has been described. However, the countermeasure method (“please open the gas main plug”, “specify the primary gas pressure”). Set the value to be greater than or equal to the value ”or the like may be displayed on the display unit 20, or the abnormal cause and countermeasure may be displayed on the display unit 20.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although what was comprised so that the display form of abnormality switched to a serviceman mode (2nd display form) by performing specific operation using the some operation part 21 was demonstrated, A specific operation (for example, long pressing of the setting switch 21H) is performed using one predetermined operation unit 21, and the abnormality display form may be switched to the serviceman mode. 1 may be configured such that the display mode of the abnormality is switched to the serviceman mode by the switching operation of the switch incorporated in 1.

Furthermore, in the said embodiment, when abnormality has arisen in the combustion apparatus 1 in the state which set the display form of abnormality to the serviceman mode (2nd display form), an error code and the content of abnormality are displayed on the display part 20. The second support information and the service center information configured to be displayed have been described. However, only the second support information is displayed, and the error code, the content of the abnormality, and the service center information are not displayed. It may be configured. In this case, when an abnormality occurs in the combustion apparatus 1, only the second support information is displayed on the display unit 20. Can be judged more appropriately. That is, the abnormality recovery process can be performed more appropriately based on the display content of the display unit 20. Thereby, an even higher safety abnormality display system can be realized.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, when abnormality has arisen in the combustion apparatus 1 in the state which set the display form of abnormality to the end user mode (1st display form), it is displayed on the display part 20 as support information for users. The error code, the content of the abnormality, the first support information, and the service center information are described to be displayed at the same time, but the error code, the content of the abnormality, and the first support information are displayed first. After that, the abnormal state is confirmed by the user or the repair shop, and when an abnormality confirmation operation (for example, an operation of pressing the hot water temperature switch 21G) is performed by the predetermined operation unit 21, the service center information is displayed. If the cause of the abnormality is not handled by the user, support information is displayed on the display unit 20. Not shown, it may be one configured so as to display only the service center information.

In the above embodiment, the abnormality of the combustion apparatus 1 is displayed on the display unit 20 of the remote control terminal 2. However, the abnormality information is transmitted from the combustion apparatus 1 to the portable information terminal (display apparatus) of the user or the repairer. It is good also as what was transmitted and displayed on the display part of a portable information terminal. In this case, the functions of the operation determination unit 22, the terminal-side communication unit 23, the display control unit 24, and the memory 25 described above are applied to a control circuit and a memory mounted on the portable information terminal. In this case, since the support information of the abnormality can be confirmed by the user or the repairer, the abnormality recovery process can be performed more quickly and appropriately. Therefore, usability is further improved. Furthermore, if the display mode of the abnormality can be switched by the operation unit of the portable information terminal, an abnormal display system with better usability can be realized.

The present invention is not limited to a hot water heater such as the combustion apparatus 1 according to the above-described embodiment, but an abnormality display of a hot water heating / heating source that circulates hot water to a hot water fan heater, a hot water floor heater, an indoor air conditioner, or the like. The present invention can be applied to a system, and can also be applied to an abnormality display system for a combustion apparatus using kerosene as a fuel or a combustion apparatus using an electric heater as a heat source.
