Description

The present invention relates to a laminated structure having a silicone adhesive between a light emitting layer and a sealing layer, and a light emitting device having the laminated structure.

Utilizing the features of high brightness, high luminous efficiency, low power consumption, and long life, LED is used for mobile phone numeric keypad and backlight, liquid crystal display backlight, car headlight, in-vehicle lighting, or general lighting applications. Widely used in

In order to obtain white light for liquid crystal display backlights and general illumination using LEDs, it is necessary to use a combination of an LED chip and a phosphor suitable for the emission wavelength and converting the wavelength of the LED emission. . For example, in a blue LED, a combination of a yellow phosphor and a combination of red and green phosphors is performed to further improve the color rendering properties of light. Further, in order to further improve the color rendering, a near-ultraviolet LED is combined with red, green, and blue phosphors.

Conventionally, as a method of disposing a phosphor on an LED, a predetermined amount of phosphor is added in advance to a sealing resin for sealing the LED in a lead frame package (Pkg) or a chip-on-board (COB) substrate, and kneaded. However, a method of sealing with a dispenser has been adopted.

However, in this method, the phosphor content tends to vary in the sealing portion, and when the white LED light emitting device is used, the variation in the emission color between the devices becomes a problem.

In order to solve this problem, in recent years, a method has been used in which a molded body containing a phosphor as a wavelength conversion member is prepared in advance and this member is placed on an LED element. Specifically, a resin composition obtained by adding and kneading a predetermined amount of a phosphor in advance to a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin is formed into a sheet or cap shape and directly placed on Pkg or COB. With this method, it is possible to obtain white light with less variation in the phosphor content and less variation in chromaticity.

As the sealing resin for sealing the LED used in this method, a silicone resin having high heat resistance and high light resistance has come to be used with the increase in brightness of the LED, and in the phosphor-containing sheet, Silicone resins have come to be used as the resin that becomes the sheet base material.

In general, when the silicone resin is cured, a crosslinking method by heating is used. For example, Patent Document 1 describes an adhesive sheet in which a phosphor is dispersed in a silicone elastomer and crosslinked by heat.

However, in bonding with a sealing resin for sealing Pkg and COB LEDs, sufficient performance cannot be secured, and the phosphor-containing silicone sheet and the sealing resin are peeled off, and the light emission of the LED leaks from the gap. There is a risk of malfunction that may not be able to withstand the use.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a laminated structure excellent in adhesiveness between a cured cured resin and a phosphor-containing silicone sheet, and a light emitting device excellent in light emission having the laminated structure. The following effects can be obtained by the laminated structure of the present invention.

(1) As the polyorganosiloxane, a polyorganosiloxane having a certain degree of molecular weight and a large viscosity such as a millable polyorganosiloxane can be used. The dispersion of the phosphor dispersion at this point is prevented.

(2) Since there is little influence of heat, there is little change in the viscosity in the sheet until it reaches cross-linking and curing. As a result, a sheet with uniform and uniform film thickness and phosphor dispersion can be reliably produced.

(3) Since there is little influence of heat, it can be crosslinked by irradiating with radiation in a state of being sandwiched between cover sheets. That is, in the thermal crosslinking, wrinkles are generated in the cover sheet by heating, and the appearance of the sheet may be impaired by transferring the wrinkles of the cover sheet to the phosphor-containing silicone sheet. The cover sheet can be used without causing such problems.

(4) Since the cover sheet can be used as a protective film for a product by performing sheet forming and subsequent radiation crosslinking using the cover sheet, the productivity, the handling of the sheet, and the functionality of the obtained sheet This is also very advantageous. It is also advantageous from the viewpoint of preventing contamination and scratches.

(5) Since there is no problem of deterioration of the phosphor due to heat and it is possible to crosslink without using a curing catalyst, the problem due to the remaining of the curing catalyst can also be avoided.

(6) There is no decrease in adhesiveness when the silicone sheet is stored.

(7) Sufficient adhesion can be secured by combining with a specific silicone adhesive.

(8) The laminated structure of the present invention is excellent in adhesiveness, thermal conductivity, cold resistance, and heat resistance, and has no corrosiveness to metals (including copper-based metals). When the laminated structure of the present invention is produced using a condensation type silicone resin adhesive, it reacts with moisture in the atmosphere at room temperature and cures in a rubbery form, so that a heating device is unnecessary.

Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to solve the problem of lowering adhesiveness when storing a silicone sheet when performing thermal crosslinking, and to efficiently produce a light-emitting device having excellent adhesiveness with high productivity. Can be manufactured. According to the present invention, the effect of improving the light emission efficiency can be expected by the adhesion between the phosphor-containing silicone sheet and the cured cured resin.

Hereinafter, although embodiment of this invention is described in detail, this invention is not limited to the following embodiment, unless the summary is exceeded.

In the present invention, when expressed as “X to Y” (X and Y are arbitrary numbers), unless otherwise noted, “preferably greater than X” and “preferably greater than Y” together with the meaning of “X to Y”. It means “small”. Further, in the present invention, when expressed as “X or more” (X is an arbitrary number), the meaning of “preferably greater than X” is included unless otherwise specified, and “Y or less” (Y is an arbitrary number). The expression “preferably smaller than Y” is included unless otherwise specified.

[Explanation of terms]
“Sheet” generally refers to a product that is thin by definition in JIS and has a thickness that is small and flat for the length and width. In general, “film” is thicker than the length and width. A thin flat product with an extremely small thickness and an arbitrarily limited maximum thickness, usually supplied in the form of a roll (Japanese Industrial Standard JISK6900). For example, in terms of thickness, in the narrow sense, a film having a thickness of 100 μm or more is sometimes referred to as a sheet, and a film having a thickness of less than 100 μm is sometimes referred to as a film. However, since the boundary between the sheet and the film is not clear and it is not necessary to distinguish the two in terms of the present invention, in the present invention, even when the term “film” is used, the term “sheet” is included and the term “sheet” is used. In some cases, “film” is included.

The laminated structure of the present invention has (A) layer: phosphor-containing silicone sheet, (C) layer: silicone-based adhesive layer, (B) layer: cured sealing resin, (A) layer and ( The B) layer is bonded via the (C) layer.

An example of this laminated structure includes a phosphor-containing sheet 19 or 30 as the (A) layer in the light emitting device 10 or 20 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, an adhesive layer 33 or 34 as the (C) layer, B) A laminated structure with the sealing resin 16 or 29 as a layer.

1. (A) Layer: Phosphor-containing silicone sheet (1) Polyorganosiloxane As a resin used for the phosphor-containing silicone sheet, any conventionally known resin may be used, but molding is an existing molding. From the viewpoint of phosphor dispersibility, etc., which can be continuously and efficiently performed using a machine, it is preferably made of the polyorganosiloxane described below.

This polyorganosiloxane has a siloxane skeleton represented by the following formula (1).

Figure 2016066736
Figure 2016066736

In the formula (1), n is an integer of 2 or more, and R is a hydrogen atom, an oxetanyl group, an alkyl group such as a methyl group or an ethyl group, a hydrocarbon group such as a vinyl group or a phenyl group, or a fluoroalkyl group. A halogen-substituted hydrocarbon group; The plurality of R may be the same as or different from each other. Specifically, a polydialkylsiloxane such as polydimethylsiloxane in which R in formula (1) is an alkyl group such as a methyl group, or a part of the methyl group of polydimethylsiloxane is a hydrocarbon group or a halogen-substituted carbon. Examples include various polyorganosiloxanes substituted with one or more of hydrogen groups and the like. Among these, many polyorganosiloxanes having crosslinkable groups such as carbon-carbon unsaturated bonds (particularly vinyl groups), silicon-hydrogen bonds, oxetanyl groups in the molecule are commercially available, but have crosslinkable groups. There may be no polyorganosiloxane. In the present invention, one of these polyorganosiloxanes may be used alone, or two or more thereof may be mixed and used. Those capable of causing a crosslinking reaction with radiation are more preferable, and those having a crosslinkable group such as a carbon-carbon unsaturated bond (particularly a vinyl group), a silicon-hydrogen bond, and an oxetanyl group are more preferable.

The molecular weight of the polyorganosiloxane is usually 10,000 to 700,000, and a low molecular weight material called silicone oil can be used according to the classification. However, when the molecular weight of the polyorganosiloxane is small (for example, liquid silicone), when the phosphor is kneaded with the polyorganosiloxane, the phosphor is settled, and the content may vary when the sheet is formed. Therefore, it is preferable to use a millable polyorganosiloxane having a molecular weight of about 400,000 to 700,000, which has a certain degree of viscosity when uncrosslinked.

(2) Phosphor The type of phosphor is appropriately selected, but is preferably an inorganic phosphor. As for red (orange), green, blue, and yellow phosphors, the following can be given as typical phosphors. One type of phosphor may be used alone, or two or more types may be combined. By using two or more kinds of phosphors, the color temperature can be lowered or the color rendering properties can be improved.

When the silicone sheet is formed between the radiation-crosslinked cover sheets described later, this cover sheet is excellent in moisture shielding properties. Therefore, even if the phosphor is easily deteriorated by moisture, the moisture in the atmosphere Deterioration of the phosphor due to is sufficiently prevented. As phosphors that are easily deteriorated by moisture, among the phosphors exemplified below, phosphors containing alkaline earth metals and easily producing alkaline earth metal carbonates by moisture (specifically, JP-A-2007- Phosphors described in Japanese Patent No. 314626) or phosphors containing sulfur and easily generating hydrogen sulfide gas due to moisture (specifically, phosphors described in International Publication No. 2013/021990). .

(2-1) Red phosphor The emission peak wavelength of the red phosphor is usually 565 nm or more, preferably 575 nm or more, more preferably 580 nm or more, and usually 780 nm or less, preferably 700 nm or less, more preferably 680 nm or less. It is preferable to be in the range.

The full width at half maximum of the emission peak of the red phosphor is usually in the range of 1 nm to 120 nm. The external quantum efficiency is usually 60% or more, preferably 70% or more, and the weight median diameter is usually 0.1 μm or more, preferably 1.0 μm or more, more preferably 5.0 μm or more, usually 40 μm. Hereinafter, it is preferably 30 μm or less, more preferably 20 μm or less.

このような赤色蛍光体として、例えば、特開2006−008721号公報に記載されているCaAlSiN:Eu(以下、「CASN」と略称することがある。) As such a red phosphor, for example, CaAlSiN 3 : Eu (hereinafter sometimes abbreviated as “CASN”) described in JP-A-2006-008721 and JP-A-2008-7751 are described. Any one of the phosphors exemplified above may be used, or two or more may be used in any combination and ratio.

(2-5) Average particle diameter The average particle diameter of the phosphor is preferably 5 μm or more, and more preferably 8 μm or more. By setting the average particle size of the phosphor to the above lower limit or more, a decrease in wavelength conversion efficiency when used as a wavelength conversion member can be suppressed. The average particle size of the phosphor is preferably 30 μm or less, and preferably 20 μm or less. If the average particle diameter of the phosphor is not more than the above upper limit, the phosphor particles are not aggregated, and it is preferable that coating unevenness and blockage of a dispenser or the like hardly occur.

Here, the said average particle diameter is an average particle diameter of a primary particle, and is the value measured with the laser granulometer.

(2-6) Surface treatment The phosphor may be subjected to a surface treatment. Surface treatment agents include siloxane compounds such as polydimethylsiloxane and methylhydrogenpolysiloxane, alkyltrimethoxysilanes such as methyltrimethoxysilane and ethyltrimethoxysilane, silane compounds such as dialkyldimethoxysilane and glycidyltrimethoxysilane, and titanates. A coupling agent or the like can be preferably used. Among these, alkyltrimethoxysilanes such as methylhydrogenpolysiloxane, methyltrimethoxysilane, and ethyltrimethoxysilane are particularly preferable, and methylhydrogenpolysiloxane is most preferable. These can be used individually by 1 type or in combination of 2 or more types, The transparency of the phosphor containing silicone sheet obtained can be improved, or coloring can be prevented.

(2-7) Phosphor content The phosphor content is usually 0 when the polyorganosiloxane is 100 parts by weight as the content in the sheet composition, that is, the pre-crosslinking sheet. 0.01 parts by weight or more, preferably 0.2 parts by weight or more, more preferably 0.5 parts by weight or more, and most preferably 1 part by weight or more. On the other hand, the upper limit of the phosphor content is usually 80 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polyorganosiloxane, but is preferably 75 parts by weight or less, and more preferably 67 parts by weight or less. By setting it as this range, the thickness when the composition for a sheet is used as a sheet is likely to be in an appropriate range, and variation in chromaticity of a white LED light emitting device using the sheet can be suppressed.

(3) Inorganic filler The sheet composition may contain an inorganic filler such as silica in order to improve light diffusibility, thermal conductivity, gas barrier properties, and mechanical properties. Examples of the inorganic filler include silica, talc, mica, mica, glass flake, boron nitride (BN), calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, titanate (potassium titanate, etc.), barium sulfate, alumina, kaolin, clay, Examples thereof include titanium oxide, zinc oxide, zinc sulfide, lead titanate, zircon oxide, antimony oxide, and magnesium oxide. These may be added singly or in combination of two or more.

In order to improve the dispersibility in polyorganosiloxane, the inorganic filler uses a surface-treated surface with a silicone compound, polyhydric alcohol compound, amine compound, fatty acid, fatty acid ester, etc. Also good. Among them, those treated with a silicone compound (such as siloxane or a silane coupling agent) can be preferably used.

The particle size of the inorganic filler is preferably 0.05 μm or more and 100 μm or less, more preferably a particle size of 0.1 μm or more and 50 μm or less, and still more preferably 0.05 μm or more and 15 μm or less. If the particle size of the inorganic filler is 0.05 μm or more and 15 μm or less, the dispersibility in the polyorganosiloxane can be maintained, and a homogeneous sheet can be obtained.

The content of the inorganic filler in the sheet composition is preferably 0.1 to 100 parts by mass, more preferably 0.5 to 50 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyorganosiloxane. Furthermore, it is preferable that it is 1-20 mass parts. By setting the content of the inorganic filler within the above range, dispersibility in the polyorganosiloxane can be maintained, and a homogeneous sheet can be obtained even if the thickness of the resulting crosslinked sheet is reduced.

When the composition for a sheet contains silica, it is preferable to contain 5 to 100 parts by weight, particularly 10 to 50 parts by weight, particularly 20 to 30 parts by weight of silica with respect to 100 parts by weight of polyorganosiloxane. By containing silica in such a range, not only the mechanical properties of the resulting crosslinked sheet, but also the light diffusibility and gas barrier properties of the LED can be further improved.

(4) Other additives In the composition for a sheet, other resins and various additives other than inorganic fillers such as polyorganosiloxane, phosphor and silica, for example, a heat stabilizer, are added to such an extent that the properties are not impaired. UV absorbers, light stabilizers, nucleating agents, colorants, lubricants, flame retardants, and the like may be appropriately blended.

When the polyorganosiloxane is cross-linked by radiation, no cross-linking agent is required, but the cross-linking is within a range of 5% by mass or less as the content in the sheet composition to the extent that it does not cause a problem due to the above-mentioned thermal cross-linking property. An agent may be contained. Examples of the crosslinking agent include peroxides (for example, benzoyl peroxide) and hydrogenorganosiloxane (platinum compound as catalyst).

(5) Preparation method of sheet composition It does not restrict | limit especially as a preparation method of the composition for sheets containing polyorganosiloxane and fluorescent substance, Various methods can be used. For example, a method of mixing polyorganosiloxane, phosphor, inorganic filler such as silica and other additives blended as necessary, and mechanically blending them using a kneader or an extruder, or phosphor Separately, a master batch of polyorganosiloxane containing other compounding materials at a high concentration is prepared separately, and this is mixed with the remainder of the polyorganosiloxane and other compounding materials at adjusted concentrations, and then a kneader or an extruder. The method of blending mechanically using etc. is mentioned.

(6) Method for Producing Phosphor-Containing Silicone Sheet (6-1) Outline of Production Method When producing a phosphor-containing silicone sheet, the pre-crosslinking sheet is molded between two cover sheets. The three-layer laminated sheet is preferably crosslinked by radiation crosslinking in the state of the three-layer laminated sheet, and the cover sheet is peeled off to obtain the phosphor-containing silicone sheet. The film thickness uniformity of the phosphor-containing silicone sheet and the phosphor It is desirable in terms of uniform dispersibility. Also suitable is a phosphor-containing silicone sheet with a cover sheet produced by molding a sheet before cross-linking between two cover sheets, preferably cross-linking by radiation cross-linking, and peeling only one cover sheet. It is.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a three-layer laminated sheet 1 of cover sheet 3 / phosphor-containing silicone sheet 2 / cover sheet 3 obtained by radiation crosslinking.

The phosphor-containing silicone sheet and the phosphor-containing silicone sheet with a cover sheet obtained by radiation crosslinking are applied to a light-emitting device because the phosphor-containing silicone sheet has a uniform film thickness and excellent phosphor dispersion. Thus, uniform light emission can be obtained over the entire sheet surface.

(6-2) Cover sheet As the cover sheet, the shape of the sheet before cross-linking is fixed, radiation cross-linking is performed as it is, the cross-linked sheet is protected from external force and contamination, transported, wound, stored, and further Is to improve the handling properties when using the sheet, it is non-tacky (sheets do not stick to each other), has high strength, and does not impair practically necessary physical properties under crosslinking conditions Is preferably used.

In addition, this cover sheet must not absorb radiation. However, when γ-rays are used as radiation, there is no practical problem because of high transparency.

The surface characteristics of the cover sheet, particularly the characteristics of the surface in contact with the pre-crosslinking sheet, can be set according to the purpose. For example, when the cover sheet is peeled off from the crosslinked sheet and used after crosslinking, a material that is non-adhesive and easily peeled off from the polyorganosiloxane before crosslinking is selected. Specifically, a plastic film such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or a metal foil such as an aluminum foil or a copper foil is suitable, and generally a material having excellent surface smoothness is used. For the purpose of improving the peelability, it is also possible to provide a release layer such as fluorine on the surface of these films or metal foils.

On the other hand, when the cover sheet is used after being crosslinked, the cover sheet may be subjected to a treatment for improving the adhesiveness. As the method, the cover sheet itself may be composed of an adhesive material, or an adhesive material (primer) may be laminated and applied to a normal film or sheet.

Examples of the adhesive material include those obtained by grafting or block copolymerizing silicone, those containing a silane coupling agent, or those having a radiation polymerizable functional group (for example, vinyl group, acryloyl group). These have improved adhesive strength at their interface due to chemical bonds produced by radiation crosslinking.

In this case, when a gas barrier film is used as the cover sheet, deterioration of the phosphor due to moisture in the atmosphere of the phosphor-containing silicone sheet after manufacture is suppressed, or silver plating of the conductor mounting the chip is performed. The discoloration can be suppressed.

By selecting various cover sheets as described above, it is possible to improve the optical characteristics and handling properties of the obtained phosphor-containing silicone sheet.

The thickness of the cover sheet is appropriately determined according to the material, purpose of use, and the like. For example, about 5 to 500 μm for a plastic film such as a PET film, 5 to 5 for a metal foil such as an aluminum foil and a copper foil. It is preferably about 100 μm.

(6-3) Forming method of pre-crosslinking sheet As a forming method of the pre-crosslinking sheet, an extrusion method, a calendering method, a pressing method, a solution coating method, or a combination thereof can be suitably used.

A similar molding method can also be used when the sheet is molded with both sides sandwiched between two cover sheets.

For example, in the case of the extrusion method, a cover sheet is extruded on one or both sides simultaneously with the extrusion of the pre-crosslinking sheet, or a pre-manufactured cover sheet is prepared and the sheet composition is formed from the die by extrusion. Various methods such as a method of laminating a cover sheet at the same time as discharging in the form of a sheet can be used. In the case of the calendering method, two cover sheets are passed through two calender rolls, a sheet composition is supplied between them, and a bank is formed on the calender rolls, and at the same time, a pre-crosslinking sheet is laminated between the two cover sheets. It is possible to use a method.

In the case of the pressing method, it is possible to use a method in which a sheet composition is supplied between two cover sheets and pressed by a press, or continuously pressed between two endless belts.

In the case of the solution coating method, it is possible to use a method in which a cover sheet is coated with a solution of the sheet composition and dried, and then another cover sheet is laminated from the sheet composition side.

(6-4) Crosslinking method by radiation irradiation The crosslinking method is preferably a radiation crosslinking method in order to avoid the above-mentioned problems due to thermal crosslinking. A three-layer laminated sheet is formed by sandwiching the pre-crosslinking sheet between two cover sheets, and irradiation crosslinking in the state of this three-layer laminated sheet fixes and maintains the shape of the pre-crosslinking sheet, It is more preferable for preventing the phosphor in the sheet from being deteriorated due to moisture in the atmosphere during crosslinking. Moreover, productivity can also be improved by shape | molding the sheet | seat before bridge | crosslinking between two cover sheets, and using it as it is for radiation irradiation.

As the radiation used for radiation crosslinking, electron beams, X-rays, γ-rays and the like can be used. These radiations are widely used industrially, can be easily used, and are energy efficient. Among these, γ rays are particularly preferable because they have high permeability and almost no absorption loss. Moreover, since it is excellent in permeability even after being wound into a roll while being sandwiched between two cover sheets, it is possible to crosslink a long scroll as it is wound. For this reason, there is a great practical advantage in that the conveying device and the like can be simplified and there is no troublesomeness as compared with the case where the manufactured sheet is run as it is or irradiated while the wound sheet is rewound. There is no restriction | limiting in the magnitude | size of the roll to wind up, The end product (winding roll) of various winding length can be obtained freely.

The cumulative irradiation dose of γ rays is preferably 10 kGy to 300 kGy, more preferably 20 kGy to 200 kGy, and particularly preferably 50 kGy to 150 kGy, depending on the type of radiation source. In selecting the integrated irradiation dose, it is preferable to take into account the radiation resistance of a plastic film or the like used as a cover sheet and the deterioration of the phosphor in addition to the crosslinking density of the polyorganosiloxane.

(7) Thickness of phosphor-containing silicone sheet The thickness of the phosphor-containing silicone sheet is preferably 3 μm to 1000 μm, more preferably 10 μm to 500 μm, and still more preferably 30 μm to 300 μm. If the thickness of the phosphor-containing silicone sheet is within such a range, when the light emitting device emits white or other colors by converting part or all of the light emission of the LED, white or other colors with less variation are used. Light can be realized, and it is possible to meet the demand for thinning with Pkg and COB substrates.

2. (B) layer: cured resin for sealing resin Examples of the resin used as the cured resin for sealing the LED include epoxy resins and silicone resins, but from the viewpoint of heat resistance and transparency, the silicone resin. It is preferable that As a silicone resin that is a liquid curable resin for sealing, generally, a compound having a silicon atom-bonded alkenyl group in the molecule (main agent), a compound having a silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atom in the molecule (curing agent), and hydrosilyl A liquid curable silicone resin containing a fluorination reaction catalyst (curing reaction accelerator) is preferred. Such a liquid curable silicone resin is described in detail, for example, in JP-A-2006-202952 (paragraphs (0040) to (0060)). Among these, as the silicone resin for sealing, those having characteristics such as curability, transparency, heat-resistant non-coloring property, non-decomposability and the like are preferable.

3. (C) Silicone-based adhesive (C) The silicone-based adhesive for the layer (C) may be either a condensation-type silicone resin adhesive or an addition-type silicone resin adhesive. The condensation type silicone resin adhesive containing the condensation type silicone resin composition containing is preferable.

This condensation type silicone resin composition has a siloxane skeleton represented by the following formula (2).

Figure 2016066736
Figure 2016066736

In the formula (2), n is an integer of 2 or more, and R is a hydrogen atom, an oxetanyl group, an alkyl group such as a methyl group or an ethyl group, a hydrocarbon group such as a vinyl group or a phenyl group, or a fluoroalkyl group. A halogen-substituted hydrocarbon group; The plurality of R may be the same as or different from each other. Specifically, polydialkylsiloxanes such as polydimethylsiloxane in which R in formula (2) is an alkyl group such as a methyl group, or a part of methyl groups of polydimethylsiloxane is one or two of alkoxy groups. Various polyorganosiloxane substituted by the above is mentioned. Among these, polyorganosiloxane having a crosslinkable group such as carbon-carbon unsaturated bond (particularly vinyl group), silicon-hydrogen bond, oxetanyl group in the molecule, or polyorganosiloxane having no crosslinkable group. May be. In the present invention, one of these polyorganosiloxanes may be used alone, or two or more thereof may be mixed and used. A relatively low molecule such as a silane coupling agent having an alkoxy group may be added. The amount of the alkoxy group is preferably 1.0 mol% or more as an adhesive, and below that, the adhesiveness is poor. In the case of 5 mol% or more, there is a risk that adhesiveness and durability may be impaired by vaporization foaming by a condensate during curing.

In the present invention, an addition-type silicone resin adhesive containing an addition-type silicone resin composition containing 1.0 mol% or more of hydrosilyl groups and alkenylsilyl groups may be used as the silicone adhesive. This addition-type silicone resin composition has a siloxane skeleton represented by the formula (2).

Specifically, a polydialkylsiloxane such as polydimethylsiloxane in which R in the formula (2) is an alkyl group such as a methyl group, or a part of the methyl group of the polydimethylsiloxane is a hydrosilyl group or an alkenylsilyl group. Examples include various polyorganosiloxanes substituted by seeds or two or more kinds. In the present invention, one of these polyorganosiloxanes may be used alone, or two or more thereof may be mixed and used. Of the two or more types, one may be a polyorganosiloxane having no crosslinkable group. A relatively low molecule such as a silane having a hydrosilyl group or an alkenylsilyl group may be added. The amount of hydrosilyl group and alkenylsilyl group is preferably 1.0 mol% or more as an adhesive, and below that the adhesiveness is poor. This adhesive may contain a catalyst, a phosphor or the like.

The adhesive is formed in a film shape between the phosphor-containing silicone sheet and the cured sealing resin. Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular in thickness, 5 micrometers-200 micrometers are good. If it is thinner than 5 μm, the adhesiveness is inferior, and if it is thicker than 200 μm, it is uneconomical, and light leakage to the side surface of the adhesive increases, thereby impairing the fluorescence conversion efficiency.

In order to bond the phosphor-containing silicone sheet and the cured sealing resin, an adhesive is attached to the phosphor-containing silicone sheet or the cured sealing resin, and the phosphor-containing silicone sheet and the cured sealing resin are added. It is carried out by making pressure contact and curing the adhesive. There are no particular restrictions on the method of attaching the adhesive, but various methods are possible. However, if the adhesive surface is approximately 1 cm 2 or less, it may be spread over the entire required surface while potting it in the center and making pressure contact. If it is 1 cm 2 or more, the entire surface may be spread thinly with a blade or the like and then contacted with pressure. When the adhesive is cured by heating, the heating is performed using infrared rays, hot air or the like while maintaining the pressure contact state at 200 kg / m 2 to 20000 kg / m 2 . What is necessary is just to hold | maintain at 20-200 degreeC for about 5-120 minutes. Heating is performed in two or more times to avoid wrinkling into the sheet due to rapid curing, outflow from the side surface of the adhesive, and the like.

In particular, when using a phosphor-containing silicone sheet with a cover sheet and peeling off one cover sheet during use, do not peel off the other cover sheet during the adhesive attachment and heating process. You may hold until time. In this way, trauma and dirt can be prevented.

Has been.

The phosphor-containing sheets 19 and 30 are the phosphor-containing silicone sheet or the phosphor-containing silicone sheet with a cover sheet, and the adhesive layers 33 and 34 are made of the silicone-based adhesive.

[Total luminous flux (luminous)]
White light is emitted by irradiating the phosphor-containing silicone sheet obtained by peeling off the PET film in Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Example 1 with blue light emitted from the LED chip (peak wavelength 450 nm). A light-emitting device that can be obtained was manufactured. The emission spectrum was observed from the apparatus using an integrating sphere and a spectroscope, and the total luminous flux was measured.
As a result, compared to Comparative Example 1, in all of Examples 1 to 5, the total luminous flux was improved by about 30%.

[Discussion]
As shown in Table 1, Examples 1 to 5 have good adhesiveness, and Examples 2 and 4 using a condensation type silicone adhesive are particularly good. In Comparative Example 1, the adhesiveness was poor. Moreover, although Examples 1-5 had favorable luminescent property with respect to the comparative example 1, this was adhere | attached on the sealing agent resin layer with the silicone type adhesive agent, and a sealing agent resin layer and fluorescent substance were attached. One of the causes is considered to be less leakage of excitation light from the LED chip between the containing silicone sheets.
