Abstract
【解決手段】 前輪2と後輪3とが設けられ自走可能となった車体1を有している。車体1と前輪2との間には、ストロークにより減衰力が変化するストローク感応ダンパ6を配している。車体1と後輪3との間には、電子制御式のアクチュエータにより発生減衰力を可変に調整可能な減衰力制御ダンパ9を配してなる構成としている。

Claims (4)
- 前輪と後輪とが設けられ自走可能となった車体を有し、
前記車体と前輪との間には、メカニカルに減衰力が変化するメカニカル減衰力可変緩衝器を配し、
前記車体と後輪との間には、アクチュエータにより減衰力が調整可能な減衰力調整式緩衝器を配する構成としてなる緩衝器付き車両。 - 前記メカニカル減衰力可変緩衝器は、ストロークにより減衰力が変化するストローク感応緩衝器であって、該ストローク感応緩衝器は、前記車体のロール方向の剛性を前輪側で低く設定し、前記減衰力調整式緩衝器は、後輪側での前記車体のロール剛性を電子制御により可変に設定する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の緩衝器付き車両。
- 前記減衰力調整式緩衝器は、前記車体のロール角が大きくなるほど車両前方へのピッチ角が大きくなる前下がり傾向となるように、前記アクチュエータにより後輪側の減衰力を可変に調整する構成とし、このときに前記ストローク感応緩衝器は、前輪側で前記車体が前下がり傾向となるのを許す構成としてなる請求項1または2に記載の緩衝器付き車両。
- 前記メカニカル減衰力可変緩衝器は、
作動流体が封入されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動可能に嵌装され、該シリンダ内を2室に区画するピストンと、
前記ピストンに連結されると共に前記シリンダの外部に延出するピストンロッドと、
前記ピストンの移動により前記2室間を作動流体が流れるように連通する連通路と、
該連通路に設けられ、前記ピストンの移動によって生じる前記作動流体の流れを抑制して減衰力を発生させる減衰力発生手段と、
を備え、
前記減衰力発生手段は、
前記ピストンロッドが最大長側所定位置よりも前記シリンダの外部へ延出される範囲で伸び側減衰力がソフトの状態となり且つ縮み側減衰力がハードの状態となる最大長側特性と、
前記ピストンロッドが最小長側所定位置よりも前記シリンダの内部へ進入される範囲で伸び側減衰力がハードの状態となり且つ縮み側減衰力がソフトの状態となる最小長側特性と、のうち少なくともいずれか一方の特性となるように、
前記ピストンロッドのストローク位置により前記連通路の通路面積を調整する通路面積調整機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1,2または3に記載の緩衝器付き車両。
