Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a foam ejection container that squeezes a body portion of a container body to mix a liquid content contained in the container body with air and eject the foam from a nozzle.
As a container for storing liquids such as shampoos, body soaps, hand soaps, facial cleansers, etc. A foam ejection container in which a liquid is mixed with air and ejected from a nozzle in the form of foam is often used.
In such a bubble ejection container, a mixing chamber for mixing the content liquid with air is provided in the discharge flow path of the content liquid, and a foaming member made of, for example, a mesh is incorporated downstream of the mixing chamber, so that the body portion of the container body Squeezing out, the content liquid is mixed with air, the foamed member is allowed to pass and foamed into a foam, and ejected from the nozzle.
On the other hand, in order to prevent the foam-like content liquid remaining inside the nozzle after use from liquefying over time and dripping from the tip of the nozzle as a foam ejection container as described above, a so-called suck back function is provided. It is known to have it.
For example, in Patent Document 1, a return flow path that communicates the nozzle and the container main body is provided between the nozzle and the container main body in addition to the discharge flow path, and the content liquid directed from the inside of the container main body to the nozzle is provided in the return flow path. A check valve is provided that restricts the flow of the liquid and allows the flow of the content liquid from the nozzle into the container body, so that the content liquid remaining in the nozzle due to the negative pressure generated in the container body when the squeezing is released. There is described a foam ejection container adapted to be pulled back into the container body through a return channel.
In the conventional bubble ejection container, when the container is turned sideways or upside down when not in use, the internal solution in the container body may leak from the nozzle through the discharge flow path and the return flow path. Therefore, in order to prevent the liquid content from leaking out of the nozzle even when the container is turned sideways or upside down, the flow path between the nozzle and the container body can be closed when the nozzle head is not used by rotating the nozzle head. It is conceivable to have a configuration.
However, in such a configuration, when the internal pressure in the container body rises due to some factor such as a temperature rise in a state where the flow path between the nozzle and the container body is closed, the return flow path is non-returned by the internal pressure. Since it is blocked by the valve, when the nozzle head is rotated during use to open the flow path between the nozzle and the container main body, the internal solution in the container main body is pumped to the discharge flow path by the internal pressure. There was a risk of leakage from the nozzle tip.
An object of the present invention is to solve such a point, and the object of the present invention is to use the flow path in use even when the flow path is closed between the nozzle and the container body when not in use. An object of the present invention is to provide a foam ejection container in which the internal solution in the container body does not leak outside from the nozzle due to the internal pressure when is opened.
The foam ejection container of the present invention includes a flexible body, and includes a container main body in which the content liquid is accommodated and a content liquid discharge port and a return port. A nozzle cap connected to the mounting cap; and a nozzle connected to the discharge port and the return port; and a nozzle head mounted on the mounting cap so as to be movable up and down between an open position and a closed position; and the nozzle head A discharge port opening / closing portion that is provided and closes the discharge port when the nozzle head is in a closed position and opens the discharge port when the nozzle head is in an open position; and the nozzle head, A return port opening / closing portion that closes the return port when the nozzle head is in the closed position and opens the return port when the nozzle head is in the open position; and a mixing chamber that is provided in the mounting cap and that is connected to the discharge port. And having the mixing chamber A partition portion having an air introduction port and a liquid introduction port connected to the storage space at the bottom, and a seal surface provided on the mounting cap and opened by the return port on the inner surface of the mounting cap with a predetermined gap therebetween. The support piece is formed in a plate shape thinner than the gap between the seal surface and the support piece, and is freely movable in the direction of approaching and separating from the seal surface between the seal surface and the support piece. The valve body is pressed against the sealing surface by the internal pressure when the internal pressure of the container main body exceeds a predetermined value, and the return port is closed. .
According to the present invention, in the above configuration, the return port is formed in an arc shape centered on the axis of the discharge port, and the valve body is formed in an annular shape centering on the axis of the discharge port. Is preferred.
In the above-described configuration, the present invention is provided in the return port opening / closing part, and abuts on the upper surface of the valve body when the nozzle head moves from the open position toward the closed position, thereby separating the valve body from the seal surface. It is preferable to have a push-down portion that pushes down the
According to the present invention, even when the internal pressure of the container main body rises with the nozzle head in the closed position, when the nozzle head is moved from the closed position to the open position in use, the valve body is separated from the sealing surface. Since the return port is open, the internal pressure can be released to the outside through the return port. Thereby, it can prevent that the internal solution in a container main body leaks outside from a nozzle through a discharge port by internal pressure. On the other hand, when the body portion of the container body is squeezed and the content liquid is ejected from the nozzle, the internal pressure of the container body becomes a predetermined value or more by the squeezing, and the valve body is pressed against the sealing surface, and the return port is closed Therefore, the content liquid accommodated in the accommodating space of the container body can be ejected from the nozzle to the outside through the discharge port.
Therefore, according to the present invention, even when the flow path is closed between the nozzle and the container main body when not in use, the internal solution in the container main body is caused by the internal pressure when the flow path is opened during use. It is possible to provide a foam ejection container that does not leak from the nozzle to the outside.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The foam ejection container 1 which is one embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 is also called a squeeze foamer, and includes the contents of various liquid detergents such as shampoos, body soaps, hand soaps, facial cleansers, hair styling agents, etc. While containing a liquid, the said content liquid is ejected in foam form.
The foam ejection container 1 includes a

In the illustrated case, the
The
The

For example, the

For example, the
On the outer peripheral surface of the
The
The
A
The portion of the inner surface of the
Between the sealing
The cross section perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the
In a normal state in which the
The shape and weight of the
An
A push-
Next, the usage method of the foam ejection container 1 of such a structure is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 1, when the
In the state where the
When the squeezing of the
On the other hand, when not in use, as shown in FIG. 2, the
As described above, in this foam ejection container 1, by simply operating the
By the way, as described above, the foam ejection container 1 has a configuration in which the flow path between the
That is, in the foam ejection container 1 of the present invention, the
Thus, in this foam ejection container 1, even when the internal pressure of the container
On the other hand, the
By the way, when the
It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
