Abstract
Description
(a)無機又は有機ガラスで製作され、第1の主面と第2の主面と端面とを有する第1の板と、
(b)無機又は有機ガラスで製作され、第1の主面と第2の主面と端面とを有する第2の板と、
(c)第1の板の第2の主面と第2の板の第1の主面とに接着接触する透明な積層中間層と、
(d)プリント回路基板(PCB)と複数のLEDとを含み、当該LEDの発光面が第1の板の端面に面するように配置されている、発光ダイオード(LED)の少なくとも1つのストリップと、
(e)第1の板の主面のうちの1つ又は第1の板の厚み部分に位置しているのが好ましい1つ以上の散乱要素と、
を含む照明積層グレージングユニットであって、積層中間層(c)がその主面の少なくとも1つに、不透明な遮蔽層であって、当該不透明な遮蔽層がなければ前記LEDからの光が第2の板を通して光環の形で見えるゾーンを覆うように、その中間層の端部から当該グレージングユニットの中央に向かって延在する不透明な遮蔽層を含んでいる、照明積層グレージングユニットである。
Claims (8)
- ・無機又は有機ガラスで製作され、第1の主面(11)と第2の主面(12)と端面(13)とを有する第1の板(1)と、
・無機又は有機ガラスで製作され、第1の主面(21)と第2の主面(22)と端面(23)とを有する第2の板(2)と、
・前記第1の板(1)の前記第2の主面(12)及び前記第2の板(2)の前記第1の主面(21)と接着接触する透明な積層中間層(3)と、
・プリント回路基板(PCB)(41)と複数のLED(42)とを含み、当該LEDの発光面(43)が前記第1の板(1)の前記端面(13)に面するように配置されている、発光ダイオード(LED)の少なくとも1つのストリップと、
・前記第1の板の前記主面の1つ、又は前記第1の板の厚み部分に位置しているのが好ましい1つ以上の散乱要素と、
を含む照明積層グレージングユニットであって、前記積層中間層(3)がその主面の少なくとも1つに、当該中間層の端部から当該グレージングユニットの中央に向かって延在する印刷した不透明な遮蔽層(6)を、当該不透明な遮蔽層がなければ前記LEDからの光が前記第2の板(2)を通して光環の形で見えるゾーンを覆うように含んでいることを特徴とする照明積層グレージングユニット。 - 前記不透明な遮蔽層(6)が、光を吸収する層、光を反射する層、又は光を吸収及び反射する層であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層グレージングユニット。
- 前記不透明な遮蔽層(6)が、金属層、好ましくは銀層であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の積層グレージングユニット。
- 前記第2の板(2)が前記第1の板(2)よりも大きいこと、且つ、前記第2の板が前記第1の板(2)を越えて延在する領域において前記LEDのストリップが、前記PCB(41)を介して前記第2の板の前記第1の主面(21)に固定されており、前記PCB(41)の1つの端部が好ましくは前記積層中間層(3)の端面(33)と接していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の積層グレージングユニット。
- 前記第2の板(2)が、その第1の主面(21)に、前記第2の板の端部から当該グレージングユニットの中央に向かって延在する、好ましくは少なくとも前記第2の板の前記第1の主面(21)と接する前記積層中間層(3)の上の前記不透明な遮蔽層(6)の境界のところまで延在する、不透明なエナメル層(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の積層グレージングユニット。
- 前記第2の板(2)の前記端面(23)及び前記第1の板(1)の前記第1の主面(11)と少なくとも接する封入要素(4)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の積層グレージングユニット。
- 前記不透明な遮蔽層(6)が、前記積層中間層の前記第2の板(1)の前記第1の主面(21)と接着接触する主面に適用されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の積層グレージングユニット。
- 前記積層中間層(3)の範囲が前記ガラス板のそれぞれのものよりも小さく、それにより、前記第1の板(1)の前記第2の主面(12)の端部と前記第2の板(2)の前記第1の主面(21)の端部との間に溝状の空間を画定しており、前記PCB(41)がこの空間に挿入されて前記第2のガラス板(1)の前記第1の主面(21)に当接しており、前記PCB(41)の1つの端部が前記積層中間層(3)の前記端面(33)と接していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の積層グレージングユニット。
