Abstract

Claims (21)
- 計画された治療計画に従って、放射線治療システムにより制御される照射装置の1つもしくはそれ以上の外部ラジオアイソトープソースから治療領域へのイオン化放射線の1つもしくはそれ以上の放射線ビームを送信するステップと、
上記1つもしくはそれ以上の放射線ビームを送信しながら、上記放射線治療システムにより制御されるイメージング装置を用いて上記治療領域の複数のリアルタイム画像を取得するステップと、
上記1つもしくはそれ以上の放射線ビームの送信の間、リアルタイム治療データを取得するステップとを含み、
上記リアルタイム治療データは、上記1つもしくはそれ以上の放射線ビームの照射状態と、上記1つもしくはそれ以上の放射線ビームの位置と、上記1つもしくはそれ以上の放射線ビームの形状と、上記1つもしくはそれ以上の放射線ビームと関連する放射線の強度と、送信された放射線量の1つもしくはそれ以上を含み、
イメージング処理技術を用いて、上記複数のリアルタイム画像における関連した人体構造の1つもしくはそれ以上のリアルタイム輪郭を決定するステップと、
上記複数のリアルタイム画像の1つもしくはそれ以上のビデオグラフィック表示を供給するステップとを含み、
上記ビデオグラフィック表示は、1つもしくはそれ以上の対応するリアルタイム輪郭と、上記リアルタイム治療データの表現とを含む方法。 - 上記イメージング装置は磁気共鳴イメージングシステムである請求項1記載の方法。
- 上記イメージング処理技術は、デフォーマブルイメージレジストレーションである請求項2記載の方法。
