Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも2つの外側金属層(2、3)と1つの内側プラスチック層(4)とを有する複合シート(1)の少なくとも1つの縁部を曲げ加工する方法であって、第1のステップで前記複合シート(1)の前記縁部が縁曲げ加工され、少なくとも1つの更なる方法ステップで完成形に曲げ加工される方法において、
縁曲げ加工用パンチ(5)と、押さえ装置(6)と、縁曲げ加工用ジョー(7)とが前記縁曲げ加工中に用いられ、前記縁曲げ加工用パンチ(5)は、前記縁曲げ加工用パンチ(5)の曲げ加工用端縁(8)の下に曲げ加工方向に延びる切り欠き(6)を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記縁曲げ加工用パンチ(5)と前記縁曲げ加工用ジョー(7)との間のインレットまたは縁曲げ用間隙(s)は、前記複合シート(1)の少なくとも全厚に相当するか、または前記複合シート(1)の全厚より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複合シート(1)は直角に縁曲げ加工され、その後に更に曲げ加工されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記縁曲げ加工された複合シート(1)は、更なる方法ステップで予折り加工され、その後に完成形に折り加工されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合シートは、前記縁曲げ加工の前に各角が所定寸法に切断され、前記所定寸法に切断された複合ブランクの周縁が縁曲げ加工され、予折り加工され、更に完成形に折り加工されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記外側金属層(2、3)はアルミニウム合金および/またはマグネシウム合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記外側金属層(2、3)の厚さが0.1mm乃至0.8mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック層(4)は0.1mm乃至2.0mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック層(4)は熱可塑性材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9に記載の方法により製作された、折り加工された複合シート。
- 前記複合シート(1)は自動車の一部、エンジンのボンネットの一部、トランクの蓋の一部、車両のドアの一部、車両の屋根の一部、または車両の床の一部であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の複合シート。
