A back-side upper ball tray passage 44 communicating with the passage 206 is formed. The back-side upper ball tray passage 44 is formed so as to penetrate in the front-rear direction so that the game ball that has passed through the upper payout passage 86 of the passage member 80 can flow down toward the front upper ball tray passage 206 of the front frame 2. The

As shown in FIGS. 9 to 10, the upper side communicates with the lower discharge passage 87 of the passage member 80 and the downstream side is the front frame 2 below the back upper bowl tray passage 44 inside the lower back mechanism board 41. A back side lower ball tray passage 45 communicating with the front lower ball tray passage 207 of the (lower front frame portion 202) is formed. The back side lower ball tray passage 45 is bent in the left-right direction so that the game ball that has passed through the lower payout passage 87 of the passage member 80 can flow down toward the front lower ball tray passage 207 of the front frame 2. It is formed to penetrate. A full detection hole 45a through which the game ball contact portion 97 of the full detection means 95 (full detection member 96) is inserted is formed in the rear side wall portion of the back side lower ball tray passage 45 constituting the passage member mounting portion 43. .

As shown in FIG. 11, on the right side of the rear upper ball tray passage 44 on the rear side of the lower back mechanism board 41, a ball discharge passage 46 whose upstream side communicates with the ball discharge passage 88 of the passage member 80 is formed. . The ball discharge passage 46 is formed between the rear passage cover 49 attached to the rear surface side of the lower back mechanism board 41 and the lower back mechanism board 41 so as to extend while being inclined downward to the right. The base end side of the full detection member 96 is supported by a support shaft portion 83 formed at the lower inner side of the right passage member 82 so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction. A game ball abutting portion 97 is formed at the front end portion of the full detection member 96 so as to protrude forward. The game ball contact portion 97 is configured to be inserted into an insertion hole 89 a formed in the front side wall portion of the sensor housing chamber 89 and exposed to the front outside of the sensor housing chamber 89. Further, the game ball contact portion 97 is inserted into the full detection hole 45a of the lower back mechanism board 41 in a state where the passage member 80 is attached to the passage member mounting portion 43 of the back mechanism board 30 (lower back mechanism board 41). Thus, it is exposed to the back side lower ball tray passage 45 side and is configured to be able to contact the game balls overflowing from the lower ball tray 6b to the back side lower ball tray passage 45. A switch contact portion 98 that can contact the switch piece of the limit switch 99 is formed at the rear portion of the full detection member 96 so as to protrude rearward. The front portions of the upper payout passage 86 and the lower payout passage 87 are formed so as to protrude forward from the sensor storage chamber 89, and above the game ball contact portion 97 exposed on the back side lower ball tray passage 45 side. Is covered by the bottom front end of the lower payout passage 87. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the game balls flowing down from the downstream end of the lower payout passage 87 to the lower lower ball tray passage 45 from coming into contact with the game ball contact portion 97. Damage to the limit switch 99 can be prevented.

The limit switch 99 is easily attached to and detached from the sensor fixing claw portion 84 formed at the rear side of the support shaft portion 83 at the inner lower portion of the right passage member 82. The limit switch 99 sends a full detection signal to the main control board 20 or the like when the full detection member 96 swings backward and the switch contact portion 98 of the full detection member 96 contacts the switch piece of the limit switch 99. Output to. The full detection member 96 is formed such that a game ball contact portion 97 larger than the switch contact portion 98 protrudes forward, and is always swung forward by the action of gravity. A wire harness (not shown) extending from the limit switch 99 is inserted into a harness hole 85a formed in the side portion of the right passage member 82 and held in a harness holding portion 85b formed in the outer surface of the right passage member 82. It has come to be.

As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the holding member 90 includes a holding piece 91, a grip portion 92, and a locking projection 93, and the rear end portions of the left passage member 81 and the right passage member 82. It can be slid in the vertical direction. The holding piece 91 is formed at the upper end portion of the holding member 90 and protrudes upward from the left passage member 81 and the right passage member 82 with the holding member 90 moved to the upper holding position. It overlaps with the lower rear surface side (see the solid lines in FIGS. 14 and 15). Further, the pressing piece 91 overlaps the upper rear surface side of the left passage member 81 and the right passage member 82 in a state where the pressing member 90 is moved to the lower non-pressing position (see FIGS. 14 and 15). (See the two-dot chain line). The grip portion 92 is formed at an intermediate portion of the pressing member 90, and an operator can grip the grip portion 92 and slide the pressing member 90 in the vertical direction. The locking protrusion 93 is formed at the lower end portion of the pressing member 90 so as to be locked in the groove portion formed on the rear end surfaces of the left passage member 81 and the right passage member 82 in a state where the pressing member 90 has moved to the pressing position. It has become.

Accordingly, when the operator slides the pressing member 90 upward and moves it to the pressing position, the locking protrusion 93 of the pressing member 90 is locked to the groove portions of the left passage member 81 and the right passage member 82, and the pressing member 90 is held in a state of being moved to the pressing position. Therefore, the state where the pressing piece 91 of the pressing member 90 overlaps the lower rear surface side of the prize ball payout unit 70 is maintained, and illegal actions such as illegally removing the prize ball payout unit 70 from the front side of the pachinko gaming machine PM to the rear side. Can be prevented. When the prize ball paying unit 70 is properly attached and detached, the operator removes the locking protrusion 93 of the pressing member 90 from the groove, and slides the pressing member 90 downward to move it to the non-pressing position.

In the pachinko gaming machine PM configured as described above, the game balls supplied from the gaming facility side to the tank member 50 are stored in the tank member 50 and pass through the saddle member connecting portion 51 of the tank member 50. 60 reaches the upstream end. The game ball that has reached the upstream end of the saddle member 60 flows down the rearward extending portion 61, the laterally extending portion 63, and the downwardly extending portion 65 of the saddle member 60 in this order, and passes through the outlet portion 67 at the downstream end to win a prize ball payout unit Reach 70. The prize ball payout unit 70 pays out a game ball flowing down the bowl member 60 as a prize ball toward the upper ball tray 6a according to the game state in the game area PA on the game board 10.

The game balls paid out from the prize ball payout unit 70 usually flow down the upper payout passage 86 of the passage member 80 and reach the back side upper ball tray passage 44 of the back mechanism board 30 (lower back mechanism board 41). At this time, the game ball flows down the upper payout passage 86 so as to jump over the upstream end of the lower payout passage 87 in the passage member 80. The game ball that has reached the back side upper ball tray path 44 of the lower back mechanism board 41 flows down the back side upper ball tray path 44 and the front side upper ball tray path 206 of the front frame 2 (lower front frame portion 202), and the glass frame 5 Flows out into the upper ball tray 6a through the upper outlet passage portion 5b. As a result, the game ball is paid out from the prize ball payout unit 70 to the upper ball tray 6a, and the paid-out game ball is stored in the upper ball tray 6a.

When the upper ball tray 6a is filled with game balls, the game balls paid out from the winning ball payout unit 70 are moved from the upper ball tray 6a toward the upper outlet passage portion 5b of the glass frame 5, the front frame 2 (lower front The upper upper ball tray passage 206 of the frame 202), the upper upper ball tray passage 44 of the back mechanism board 30 (lower back mechanism board 41), and the upper discharge passage 86 of the passage member 80 overflow in this order. The game balls overflowing from the upper payout passage 86 of the passage member 80 flow down the lower payout passage 87 and reach the back side lower ball tray passage 45 of the back mechanism board 30 (lower back mechanism board 41). The game ball that has reached the back side lower ball tray passage 45 of the lower back mechanism board 41 flows down the back side lower ball tray passage 45 and the front lower ball tray passage 207 of the front frame 2 (lower front frame portion 202), and the glass frame 5 It flows out to the lower ball tray 6b through the lower outlet passage portion 5c. Thereby, the game balls that are paid out from the prize ball payout unit 70 and overflow from the upper ball tray 6a and the like flow out to the lower ball tray 6b, and the outflowed game balls are stored in the lower ball tray 6b.

When the upper ball tray 6a and the lower ball tray 6b are filled with game balls, the game balls paid out from the prize ball payout unit 70 are moved from the lower ball tray 6b toward the lower outlet passage portion 5c of the glass frame 5, The front lower bowl plate passage 207 of the front frame 2 (lower front frame portion 202) and the lower lower bowl plate passage 45 of the back mechanism board 30 (lower back mechanism board 41) overflow in this order. The game ball overflowing to the back side lower ball tray passage 45 of the lower back mechanism board 41 comes into contact with the game ball contact portion 97 of the full detection member 96 exposed to the back side lower ball tray passage 45 side. When the game ball that has come into contact with the game ball contact portion 97 of the full detection member 96 presses the game ball contact portion 97 rearward, the full detection member 96 swings backward, The contact portion 98 contacts the switch piece of the limit switch 99. When the switch contact portion 98 of the full detection member 96 presses the switch piece of the limit switch 99, the limit switch 99 outputs a full detection signal to the main control board 20 or the like. Thereby, for example, a state in which the upper ball tray 6a and the lower ball tray 6b are full of game balls on the main control board 20 is detected, and control for stopping the payout operation in the prize ball payout unit 70 is performed.

[Characteristic configuration in this embodiment]
[Characteristic configuration of eaves member]
In the present embodiment, the eaves member 60 is curvedly extended from the downstream end of the rear extending portion 61 to the side of the back mechanism board 30, and the rear extending portion 61 extending curvedly rearward from the side of the tank member 50. It has a side extending portion 63 and a downward extending portion 65 that curves and extends downward from the downstream end of the side extending portion 63. As a result, the upstream side of the gutter member 60 that causes the game balls to flow down in a row is formed so as to be detoured to the rear, so that the space on the rear side of the game board 10 can be expanded. Therefore, large components such as a large drive device 19 can be attached to the rear side of the game board 10.

In addition, the rear extending portion 61 curves straight from the side of the tank member 50 and extends linearly, and the side extending portion 63 curves from the downstream end of the rear extending portion 61 to the side of the back mechanism panel 30. It extends in a straight line. Thereby, since the part extended linearly in the upstream of the collar member 60 increases, the ball clogging in the collar member 60 can be prevented.

[Characteristic configuration of back mechanism panel]
In the present embodiment, the back mechanism board 30 has a side cover portion 35 that covers the rear side of the game board 10, and is bent so as to extend rearward in a plate shape and face the rear side of the game board 10. A downward extending portion 65 of the eaves member 60 that linearly extends downward is attached to the rear end portion 35a of the portion 35. Thereby, since the downward extension part 65 of the gutter member 60 is attached along the rear end part 35a of the side cover part 35 having relatively high strength in the back mechanism board 30, the game is secured while ensuring the strength of the gutter member 60. It is possible to enlarge the space on the rear side of the game board 10 by narrowing the saddle member 60 so that the balls flow down in a row. Therefore, large components such as a large drive device 19 can be attached to the rear side of the game board 10.

Further, the back mechanism panel 30 is provided adjacent to the side of the tank mounting portion 33 to which the tank member 50 is mounted, and the rear extending portion 61 and the side extending portion 63 of the flange member 60 are mounted. A receiving space S is formed in the front inner side of the saddle member mounting portion 34. The receiving space S can receive components provided on the upper rear side of the game board 10. As a result, the space at the upper rear side of the game board 10 can be expanded as the receiving space S, and a large component such as a large drive device 19 can be attached to the upper rear side of the game board 10.

[Characteristic configuration of passage member]
In this embodiment, a passage member 80 that is detachably attached to the lower side of the prize ball payout unit 70 on the rear side of the front frame 2 and guides the game balls paid out from the prize ball payout unit 70 to the lower ball tray 6b, A full detection means 95 is provided on the passage member 80 to detect a state in which the lower ball tray 6b is full of game balls. In this way, the removable passage member 80 is provided with the fullness detecting means 95, so that when the fullness detecting means 95 is replaced due to a failure or the like, it is only necessary to remove the passage member 80, and it is possible to detect fullness without trouble. The means 95 can be exchanged. Therefore, the maintainability of pachinko gaming machine PM can be improved. When exchanging the full detection means 95, the passage member 80 may be disassembled and only the full detection means 95 (full detection member 96 and limit switch 99) may be exchanged, or the entire unit of the passage member 80 may be exchanged. It may be.

In addition, the fullness detecting means 95 is provided on the rear side wall portion of the rear lower ball tray passage 45 from the lower ball tray 6b to the rear side in a state where the passage member 80 is attached below the prize ball payout unit 70 on the rear side of the front frame 2. The game balls overflowing to the lower ball tray passage 45 are arranged so as to be detectable. In this way, the full detection means 95 is arranged so as to be able to detect the game ball overflowing to the back side lower ball tray passage 45, so that the full ball detection means 95 detects that the lower ball tray 6b is full. It becomes possible to increase the number of game balls up to. Thereby, the number of game balls which can be stored in the lower ball tray 6b can be substantially increased. Further, even when the lower ball tray 6b becomes closer to the left side of the front frame 2 (glass frame 5), the number of game balls that can be stored in the lower ball tray 6b can be secured.

In the above-described embodiment, the inner width of the gutter member 60 is set to be slightly larger than the diameter of the game ball (for one ball), but is not limited to this, and is equivalent to two game balls. It may be set to a width slightly smaller than the diameter, and it is only necessary that the gutter member 60 is configured to flow the game balls in one row.

In the above-described embodiment, the lower ball tray 6b is arranged closer to the left side with respect to the left and right centers of the front frame 2 (glass frame 5), but is not limited to this. It may be arranged at the lower center of the frame 5).

In the above-described embodiment, the upper ball tray 6a and the lower ball tray 6b are provided separately. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a ball tray in which the functions of the upper ball tray and the lower ball tray are integrated is provided. It may be a configuration.

In the above-described embodiment, the passage member 80 is detachably attached to the lower side of the prize ball payout unit 70 on the rear side of the front frame 2, but the prize ball payout unit 70 and the passage member 80 are integrated to be full. When exchanging the detection means 95, the entire unit of the prize ball payout unit 70 and the passage member 80 may be exchanged.

In the above-described embodiment, the pachinko gaming machine has been illustrated and described as an example of the ball and ball game machine to which the present invention is applied.
