Claims (5)
- 入力軸と、その入力軸と同軸上に配置された出力軸の相互間において回転の伝達と遮断とを行なう2方向クラッチおよびその2方向クラッチの係合および解除を制御する電磁クラッチを有し、
前記2方向クラッチが、前記出力軸の軸端部に設けられた外輪の内周と前記入力軸の軸端部に設けられた内輪の外周間に、制御保持器および回転保持器のそれぞれに設けられた複数の柱部が周方向に交互に配置されるよう組込み、隣接する柱部間に形成された複数のポケットのそれぞれ内部に前記外輪の内周に形成された円筒面と内輪の外周に形成されたカム面に対して係合可能な一対のローラと、その一対のローラを離反する方向に付勢する弾性部材とを組込んだ構成とされ、
前記入力軸に前記一対のローラの軸方向への移動を規制するばねホルダを嵌合して前記内輪の一方の軸端面に衝合する状態で回り止めし、かつ、軸方向に位置決めし、そのばねホルダの外周に前記弾性部材上に張り出す複数のばね保持片を設け、
前記電磁クラッチに設けられた電磁石への通電により制御保持器を軸方向に移動させ、その移動に連動して制御保持器と回転保持器をポケットの周方向幅が小さくなる方向に相対回転させて一対のローラを外輪の内周および内輪の外周に対して係合解除させるようにした回転伝達装置において、
前記複数のばね保持片の少なくとも一つのばね保持片に前記内輪のカム面に面係合する係合面を形成してばねホルダを回り止めしたことを特徴とする回転伝達装置。 - 前記ばねホルダの外周に、前記内輪の外周面に沿って軸方向に延びる複数の延出アームを設け、その延出アームの先端部を前記内輪の他方の軸端面に係合させてばねホルダの軸方向への移動を規制した請求項1に記載の回転伝達装置。
- 前記延出アームの前記内輪の他方の軸端面に対する係合が、延出アームの先端部に設けられた係合爪部の係合による請求項2に記載の回転伝達装置。
- 前記延出アームの前記内輪の他方の軸端面に対する係合が、延出アームの先端部に設けられた屈曲部のスナップフィットによる請求項2に記載の回転伝達装置。
- 前記延出アームの前記内輪の他方の軸端面に対する係合が、延出アームの先端部の加締めにより形成された加締め片による請求項2に記載の回転伝達装置。
