Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vibration sensation inspection apparatus that generates a stable vibration and inspects a vibration sensation applied to a human body.
Sensory tests such as tactile sensation, pressure sensation, pain sensation, cold sensation, vibration sensation, etc. are performed on patients whose sensation has decreased due to illness or sensory neuropathy, etc., in order to ascertain the degree of the disease state and confirm the effects of rehabilitation and treatment. Is called. Of these tests, the vibration sense test has conventionally used a tuning fork, and the inspector strikes the tuning fork to generate vibrations that come into contact with a part such as a joint of the subject's human body and gradually attenuate. When the subject no longer felt the vibration, the response time was measured, and the time when the vibration was not felt was measured to determine how much the vibration sensation was. However, it is difficult to make the vibration intensity of the tuning fork constant, it depends on the examiner, and it is difficult to quantitatively and objectively inspect the vibration sense. In recent years, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a vibration sensation meter that mechanically generates a constant vibration has been proposed. The vibrometer of Patent Document 1 is provided such that a rod-shaped vibrating body is connected to a piezoelectric element-type vibrator attached in a casing so as to vibrate in the length direction, and the predetermined vibration is transmitted via the piezoelectric element-type vibrator. The test subject was inspected by bringing his / her hand into contact with a vibrating body oscillated at a frequency of.
However, since the vibration sensometer of Patent Document 1 is configured to generate vibration using a piezoelectric element, a relatively large power source is required to obtain the vibration force and frequency necessary to inspect the vibration sense. there were. Therefore, the entire apparatus including the power supply apparatus is increased in size and weight, is inconvenient for securing a place of use, portable and stored, is inconvenient, and is inferior in practical use in medical and rehabilitation sites.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and one object of the present invention is to perform an objective vibration sensation inspection by generating a quantitative vibration, and at the same time, a vibration sensation inspection that is small and easy to use. To provide an apparatus.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention includes a
Moreover, it has the housing |
Further, the fixed

In addition, the
According to the vibration sense inspection apparatus of the present invention, a vibrator that reciprocates in one direction intersecting the human body surface, an electromagnetic coil that is excited when energized to move the vibrator in the one direction, and a moving direction of the vibrator An elastic body that stretches and contracts along with the electromagnetic coil to maintain the vibration of the vibrator, and the vibrator itself or the vibrator and the human body surface. The contact portion is provided on the human body surface. Therefore, by cooperating the electromagnetic coil and elastic body to efficiently vibrate the vibrator, the vibration required for vibration sense inspection can be generated even with a relatively small power supply, and the entire device is reduced in size and weight. Can be realized. As a result, it is possible to provide an inspection apparatus that is convenient to carry and easy to use, can easily perform an objective vibration sense inspection, and is highly practical.
In addition, it has a housing in which the vibrator, electromagnetic coil, and elastic body are installed, and the electromagnetic coil is disposed on the end side inside the housing, and when the electromagnetic coil is excited, the vibrator is moved in the one direction. By adopting the moving configuration, the magnetic flux excited by the electromagnetic coil can be efficiently applied to the vibrator, and the vibration necessary for the vibration sensation test can be generated even with a relatively small power source, thereby further reducing the size of the entire apparatus. be able to.
In addition, a fixed iron core is placed in a closed shape at the end of the electromagnetic coil, and a solenoid mechanism that moves the vibrator to the fixed iron core side when the electromagnetic coil is excited constitutes a magnetic flux excited by the electromagnetic coil. Therefore, even the relatively small power source can generate the vibration necessary for the vibration sensation test, so that the entire apparatus can be further downsized. Further, it can be easily manufactured using a commercially available solenoid, and can be manufactured at low cost.
In addition, a protrusion that protrudes in a direction orthogonal to the vibration direction is provided at an intermediate position of the vibrator, and an elastic body is provided between the protrusion of the vibrator and the electromagnetic coil and between the protrusion of the vibrator and the housing. By adopting a configuration interposed between the inner walls of the end portions, the two elastic bodies and the electromagnetic coil can cooperate to vibrate the vibrator efficiently. Furthermore, a complicated process such as fixing the elastic body to the housing or the vibrator is unnecessary, and even if the respective members are reduced in size and become smaller, they can be easily assembled and manufactured.
Further, by including a gap adjusting means for adjusting the gap between the fixed iron core of the solenoid mechanism and the vibrator, the fine adjustment of the gap between the vibrator and the fixed iron core can be easily performed. Can be prevented, and the strength of the magnetic force acting on the vibrator by the electromagnetic coil can be adjusted appropriately.
In addition, the gap adjustment means adjusts the gap between the fixed iron core and the vibrator by assembling the electromagnetic coil and the fixed iron core integrally, and slidably installing them along the vibration direction of the vibrator. With this configuration, the gap adjusting means can be implemented with a simple configuration, and the gap can be finely adjusted with a simple operation.
In addition, the elastic body is made of a gel-like shock absorbing material, so that noise generated during vibration can be suppressed with a simple structure, and errors and discomfort due to vibration noise can be prevented.
In addition, the contact portion is configured so that vibration is transmitted through a housing that houses the vibrator, the electromagnetic coil, and the elastic body, so that the vibration of the vibrator is transmitted through the housing to the human body. Can be efficiently applied. In addition, noise can be reduced by closing the housing with a vibrator or an elastic body.
Embodiments of a vibration sense inspection apparatus of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The vibration sensation inspection apparatus according to the present invention is a sensory inspection apparatus that mechanically generates vibration and gives a subject a quantitative vibration to inspect a vibration sensation. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of the vibration sense inspection apparatus of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the vibration
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the vibration
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the
A
The
The
When the
The
The
Next, the operation of the vibration
Next, a second embodiment of the vibration sense inspection apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The same configurations and the same members as those of the first embodiment described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. As shown in FIG. 5, the vibration detection apparatus 10-2 according to the present embodiment includes the
Next, a third embodiment of the vibration sense inspection apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The same configurations and the same members as those of the first embodiment described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. As shown in FIG. 7, the vibration sensation inspection apparatus 10-3 according to this embodiment includes the
As shown in FIG. 7, in the third embodiment, the gap adjusting means 50 is configured such that, for example, the coil casing 32 in which the
Next, a fourth embodiment of the vibration sense inspection apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
Next, a fifth embodiment of the vibration sense inspection apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
