When the lighting device disclosed in Patent Document 1 is attached to a lighting fixture as a lamp, if the light distribution is changed by rotating the light source unit, the lamp outer diameter and the lamp length change greatly, and therefore the lighting device cannot be attached to the lighting fixture. There is. Moreover, the structure of patent document 1 has a complicated structure, and cost becomes high.

When the lighting device disclosed in Patent Document 2 is attached to a lighting fixture as a lamp, as the inclination angle of the LED light-emitting plate is increased, the protruding amount of the LED light-emitting plate toward the outer peripheral side is increased and the lamp outer diameter is expanded. It may not be possible to attach it to lighting equipment. Further, in the configuration of Patent Document 2, it is possible to distribute light to the lamp base end side, but it is not possible to distribute light to the lamp front end side.

When the lighting device disclosed in Patent Document 3 is attached to a lighting fixture as a lamp, the outer diameter of the lamp becomes excessive because of the main panel. Further, as the inclination angle of the sub-panel increases, the amount of protrusion of the sub-panel to the outer peripheral side increases and the lamp outer diameter increases, so that the sub-panel may not be attached to the lighting fixture.

When the lighting device disclosed in Patent Document 4 is attached to a lighting fixture as a lamp, the projection amount of the planar light emitter to the outer peripheral side increases as the inclination angle of the planar light emitter increases, and the lamp outer diameter increases. So it may not be attached to the lighting fixture. Moreover, in the structure of patent document 4, although it can distribute light to the lamp | tip front end side, it cannot distribute light to a lamp | ramp proximal end side.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lamp capable of changing the light distribution with a simple structure and without greatly changing the outer dimensions of the lamp. .

The lamp according to the present invention includes a plurality of light source units having a light source substrate on which one or a plurality of light emitting elements are mounted, a lamp body having a base end portion fixed to another instrument, and a fixed surface to which the light source unit is fixed. And a light source unit support that supports the light source unit with respect to the lamp body, and the plurality of light source units have a light emitting element surface of the light source substrate facing the outer peripheral side around the lamp central axis. Between the adjacent light source units, there is a gap through which air can pass, and the light source unit support has a plurality of fixed surfaces with different angles with respect to the lamp central axis, and one of the plurality of fixed surfaces is By selecting and fixing the light source unit to the light source unit support, the inclination angle of the light source unit with respect to the lamp central axis can be changed.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the element which is common in each figure, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.

Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a lamp (first aspect) according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the lamp (second aspect) according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the lamp (third aspect) according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in these drawings, the lamp 1A according to the first embodiment includes five light source units 2, a lamp body 3 having a base 3a at one end, and five light source units 2 with respect to the lamp body 3. And a light source unit support 4 to be supported. In the following description, a straight line passing through the center of the base 3a is defined as a lamp central axis. The base 3a side of the lamp 1A is the lamp base end side, and the opposite side is the lamp front end side. The lamp 1A according to the first embodiment has a lamp outer dimension (total length in the lamp central axis direction, lamp outer diameter, effective light emitting area length from the lamp tip, etc.) substantially equal to that of a general 250 W class mercury lamp, and a cap 3a. However, it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to such a specification. The lamp 1A of the first embodiment is used with the base 3a fixed to another lighting fixture or the like. In this invention, the base end part of the lamp | ramp fixed to another lighting fixture etc. is not restricted to a structure like a nozzle | cap | die 3a, What kind of structure may be sufficient.

As shown in FIG. 2, each light source unit 2 has a light source substrate 2b on which a plurality of LED light sources 2a (light emitting elements) are mounted. The light source unit 2 according to the first embodiment uses a surface mount type small LED package of 1 W to several W class as the LED light source 2a. The five light source units 2 are arranged around the lamp central axis with the surface side of the light source substrate 2b, that is, the side where the LED light source 2a is provided facing the outer peripheral side. By arranging the plurality of light source units 2 in this way, it is possible to ensure light distribution to the entire periphery of the lamp 1A. In the present invention, the number of the light source units 2 is not limited to five, but may be at least three and may be six or more within a range that conforms to the lamp outer size specification. The plurality of light source units 2 are preferably arranged at equiangular intervals around the lamp central axis.

Adjacent light source units 2 are not in contact with each other, and a gap serving as an air flow path is provided between adjacent light source units 2. Since air flows through the gap between the adjacent light source units 2, excellent heat dissipation is obtained, and the LED light source 2 a can be lowered in temperature, so that the LED light source 2 a can be highly efficient and have a long life.

In the lamp 1A shown in FIG. 1, the light source substrate 2b of each light source unit 2 is inclined with respect to the lamp central axis so that the light source substrate 2b is further away from the lamp central axis toward the lamp tip side. A state in which the light source substrate 2b of each light source unit 2 is inclined in such a direction is referred to as a “first mode”. In the lamp 1A shown in FIG. 2, the light source substrate 2b of each light source unit 2 is inclined with respect to the lamp center axis so that the light source substrate 2b approaches the lamp center axis toward the lamp front end side. A state in which the light source substrate 2b of each light source unit 2 is inclined in such a direction is referred to as a “second mode”. In the lamp 1A shown in FIG. 3, the light source substrate 2b of each light source unit 2 is parallel to the lamp central axis. Such a state is referred to as a “third aspect”.

In the first aspect and the second aspect, it is preferable that the angle θ formed between the light source substrate 2b of each light source unit 2 and the lamp central axis is 5 ° to 30 °. By making such an angle range, an excellent light distribution characteristic can be obtained without extremely increasing the outer diameter of the lamp.

The shape of the light source unit 2 and the light source substrate 2b in the first embodiment is such that the length from the end close to the lamp front end to the end close to the lamp base end is longer than the length in the direction orthogonal thereto. Make. In this way, by making the light source unit 2 and the light source substrate 2b long in the direction of the lamp central axis, a large area of the light source unit 2 and the light source substrate 2b can be secured, which is advantageous for increasing the luminous flux. In the illustrated configuration, the shape of the light source unit 2 and the light source substrate 2b is substantially rectangular when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the light source substrate 2b. The light source substrate 2b may be an organic material substrate or a ceramic substrate, but is preferably composed of a metal substrate such as aluminum or iron. By configuring the light source substrate 2b with a metal substrate, it is possible to improve heat dissipation and improve durability to vibration. The surface of the light source substrate 2b is preferably subjected to surface resist treatment with a white paint or the like in order to suppress light loss.

The light source unit 2 according to the first embodiment includes a heat radiating body 2c provided on the back side of the light source substrate 2b, that is, the side opposite to the surface on which the LED light source 2a is provided, and a translucent cover that covers the surface side of the light source substrate 2b. 2d. The radiator 2c has a plurality of radiation fins that radiate the heat generated by the LED light source 2a to the air. The radiation fins of the radiator 2 c are provided along the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 2. By providing the heat radiating body 2c in the light source unit 2, the heat radiation effect can be further enhanced and the LED light source 2a can be further cooled, so that the LED light source 2a can be further improved in efficiency and life.

The translucent cover 2d has translucency and waterproof moisture resistance. The translucent cover 2d is formed so as to cover the entire light source substrate 2b. That is, the translucent cover 2d is configured to collectively cover all the LED light sources 2a of one light source unit 2. The constituent material of the translucent cover 2d is preferably a material excellent in moisture resistance, water resistance, light resistance, earthquake resistance, etc., for example, a polycarbonate material excellent in ease of molding and environmental resistance, and surely yellowing It is desirable to use a glass material that can be prevented. Moreover, the junction part of the translucent cover 2d and the heat radiating body 2c is configured to have waterproof and moisture-proof properties. As such a configuration, for example, a mounting groove (not shown) in which the outer peripheral portion of the translucent cover 2d is fitted to the radiator 2c is formed, and the periphery of the fitting portion is made of, for example, a silicone-based moisture-proof resin. The structure to coat is mentioned. In the lamp 1A of the first embodiment, the LED light source 2a and the light source substrate 2b can be reliably protected from the environment by providing the translucent cover 2d and ensuring the waterproof and moistureproof property of the mounting portion. Therefore, the lamp 1A as a whole exhibits excellent environmental resistance, and the lamp 1A can be preferably used even in a lighting fixture installed outdoors.

Further, a geometric uneven pattern may be provided on the translucent cover 2d, or the shape or cover transmittance of the translucent cover 2d may be different between the distal end side and the proximal end side. With these configurations, the light distribution from each light source substrate 2b is intentionally controlled by controlling the direction of light rays from each LED light source 2a on the inner or outer surface of the cover or changing the distance from each LED light source 2a to the cover. It becomes possible to adjust. In the first embodiment, the translucent cover 2d is shaped so as to cover the entire light source substrate 2b. However, the function of protecting the LED light source 2a and the light source substrate 2b (for example, waterproofness) must be impaired. For example, other shapes are possible.

The lamp body 3 further includes a base holding portion 3b and a support shaft 3c provided coaxially with the base 3a. A base 3a is provided on one end side of the base holding portion 3b, and a support shaft 3c projects from the other end side of the base holding portion 3b. The base holding part 3b has a substantially cylindrical shape having a larger outer diameter than the base 3a. The support shaft 3c extends in the tip direction along the lamp central axis. The connecting portion between the base 3a and the base holding part 3b is preferably formed of a resin material having excellent heat resistance. The base holding part 3b and the support shaft 3c are preferably formed of a metal material or a resin material having excellent heat dissipation. Moreover, it is preferable that the lamp body 3 has a movable part that allows the light source unit support 4 to rotate around the lamp central axis. For example, the lamp body 3 preferably has a movable part that can rotate the support shaft 3c with respect to the base holding part 3b. By providing such a movable part, the position of the plurality of light source units 2 can be finely adjusted by rotating the light source unit support 4 around the lamp central axis after the lamp 1A is attached to a lighting fixture or the like. .

The light source unit support 4 is attached to the tip of the support shaft 3 c of the lamp body 3. The five light source units 2 are supported on the support shaft 3 c of the lamp body 3 via the light source unit support 4. The light source unit support 4 has a disc-shaped hub portion 4a fixed to the support shaft 3c, and five arm portions 4b projecting radially from the hub portion 4a. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state where four of the five light source units 2 of the lamp 1A shown in FIG. 1 are removed. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state where four of the five light source units 2 of the lamp 1A shown in FIG. 2 are removed. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state where four of the five light source units 2 of the lamp 1A shown in FIG. 3 are removed.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, a first fixing surface 4 c, a second fixing surface 4 d, and a third fixing surface 4 e are formed at the tip of the arm portion 4 b of the light source unit support 4. The first fixed surface 4c, the second fixed surface 4d, and the third fixed surface 4e have different angles with respect to the lamp center axis. In the first embodiment, the third fixed surface 4e is formed between the first fixed surface 4c and the second fixed surface 4d, and these form a trapezoid as a whole. The light source unit 2 supports the light source unit by fixing the joint surface provided at the center portion on the back surface side of the light source unit 2 to any one of the first fixed surface 4c, the second fixed surface 4d, and the third fixed surface 4e. Fixed to the body 4. The fixing method is not particularly limited, and can be fixed by, for example, screwing, inserting, sliding, adhesive, or a method of combining them. The light source unit support 4 is preferably formed of a material excellent in heat dissipation or a material having high thermal conductivity.

In the lamp 1A of the first embodiment, the light source unit 2 is fixed to the light source unit support 4 by selecting any one of the first fixed surface 4c, the second fixed surface 4d, and the third fixed surface 4e. The inclination angle of the light source unit 2 with respect to the central axis can be changed. When the light source unit 2 is fixed to the first fixed surface 4c as shown in FIG. 4, the lamp 1A of the first mode is obtained. When the light source unit 2 is fixed to the second fixed surface 4d as shown in FIG. 5, the lamp 1A of the second mode is obtained. When the light source unit 2 is fixed to the third fixing surface 4e as shown in FIG. 6, the lamp 1A of the third mode is obtained.

According to such a lamp 1A, a gap serving as an air flow path is provided between adjacent light source units 2, so that the air flow between the light source units 2 and between the light source units 2 can be reduced with respect to the air flow from any direction. A flow path of air passing through the back side is formed. For this reason, when the lamp 1A is mounted with the base 3a facing upward, the base 3a is mounted with the base 3a facing downward, or the base 3a is mounted with the base 3a facing sideways, the heat dissipation of the light source unit 2 is achieved. Can be improved. That is, regardless of the lamp mounting direction, excellent heat dissipation can be ensured, the temperature rise of the LED light source 2a can be suppressed, the lamp luminous efficiency can be increased, and the life of the LED light source 2a can be extended. In particular, in the first embodiment, the volume of the light source unit support 4 can be reduced by the above-described configuration, so that a wide air flow path can be secured, and improvement in heat dissipation efficiency and weight reduction of the lamp 1A can be realized at the same time. can do.

The heat radiating body 2c, the support shaft 3c, the light source unit support 4 and the like may be subjected to a process such as applying a white high-reflection paint to at least a portion irradiated with the self-radiated light of the lamp 1A. Thereby, the light loss in the lamp 1A can be suppressed as much as possible.

FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example of the lamp 1A according to the first aspect of the first embodiment and a lighting fixture to which the lamp 1A is attached. Street lamps 101 and 102 shown in FIG. 7 are those in which a lamp is installed inside a spherical glove provided at the upper end of a column. The globe of the street light 101 is transparent as a whole, and the globe of the street light 102 is shielded from the upper half. The lamps attached to the street lamps 101 and 102 are fixed in a posture with the base facing downward. The lamp 1A of the first aspect is suitably used as a lamp attached to such street lamps 101 and 102, for example. FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the scale of the lamp 1A with respect to the scale of the street lamps 101 and 102. FIG. In the lamp 1A of the first aspect, the light emitted from the light source unit 2 is emitted while being inclined toward the lamp base end side, that is, the base 3a side while having a light component directed to the side (outer peripheral side) of the lamp 1A. . For this reason, when the lighting fixtures such as the street lamps 101 and 102 are used in a posture in which the base 3a of the lamp 1A is directed downward, the brightness below the street lamps 101 and 102 is sufficiently secured. In addition, uneven brightness can be prevented. Further, in the lamp 1A of the first aspect, it is possible to suppress the emission of light to the lamp tip side opposite to the base 3a. For this reason, when the lamp 1A of the first aspect is used in a lighting fixture such as the street lamps 101 and 102, it is possible to suppress the emission of unnecessary light toward the upper side of the street lamps 101 and 102. Waste can be reduced and light pollution can be suppressed.

FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating an example of the lamp 1A according to the second aspect of the first embodiment and a lighting fixture to which the lamp 1A is attached. A street lamp 103 shown in FIG. 8 is one in which a lamp is installed inside a box-shaped shade suspended from a support column. The lamp attached to the street light 103 is fixed in a posture with the base facing upward. The lamp 1A of the second aspect is suitably used as a lamp attached to such a street lamp 103, for example. FIG. 8 shows the scale of the lamp 1 </ b> A enlarged with respect to the scale of the street lamp 103. In the lamp 1A of the second mode, the light emitted from the light source unit 2 has a light component directed to the side (outer peripheral side) of the lamp 1A and is radiated with an inclination toward the lamp tip side, that is, the side opposite to the base 3a. The For this reason, when the lighting fixture such as the street lamp 103 is used in a posture in which the base 3a of the lamp 1A is directed upward, the brightness on the lower side of the street lamp 103 is sufficiently ensured and the unevenness in brightness is ensured. Can also be prevented. Further, in the lamp 1A of the second mode, it is possible to suppress the emission of light to the lamp base end side, that is, the base 3a side. For this reason, when the lamp 1A of the second aspect is used in a lighting fixture such as the street lamp 103, it is possible to suppress unnecessary light emission toward the upper side of the street lamp 103, thereby reducing waste of light energy. At the same time, light pollution can be suppressed.

FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an example of the lamp 1A of the third aspect in the first embodiment and a lighting fixture to which the lamp 1A is attached. A street lamp 104 shown in FIG. 9 is one in which a lamp is installed inside a box-shaped shade supported by a support column. The lamp attached to the street light 104 is fixed in a posture in which the base is directed sideways (horizontal). A reflection surface for reflecting light emitted upward from the lamp is provided inside the shade of the street lamp 104. The lamp 1A of the third aspect is suitably used as a lamp attached to such a street lamp 104, for example. FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of the scale of the lamp 1 </ b> A with respect to the scale of the street lamp 104. In the lamp 1A of the third aspect, the light emitted from the light source unit 2 is mainly a light component directed to the side (outer peripheral side) of the lamp 1A. For this reason, when the lighting fixture such as the street lamp 104 is used in a posture in which the base 3a of the lamp 1A is directed sideways, the brightness on the lower side of the street lamp 104 is sufficiently ensured and uneven brightness is obtained. Can also be prevented. Further, in the lamp 1A shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, an inclined surface 3d that is inclined with respect to the lamp center axis is provided between the base holding portion 3b of the lamp body 3 and the support shaft 3c. The inclined surface 3d has a conical surface shape or a pyramid surface shape. The surface of the inclined surface 3d is brought into a highly reflective state by a process such as white diffusion coating. By providing such an inclined surface 3d on the lamp body 3, light reflection loss can be suppressed, and more excellent light distribution can be obtained.

FIG. 10 is a diagram (light distribution curve diagram) for relatively explaining the light distribution characteristics of the lamp. A light distribution curve indicated by a solid line in FIG. 10 is an omnidirectional light distribution, for example, that of a conventional fluorescent mercury lamp, with the base side at a position of 180 °. The broken line in FIG. 10 is the light distribution curve of the lamp 1A of the first aspect in the first embodiment, and the base 3a side is at a position of 0 °. A one-dot chain line in FIG. 10 is a light distribution curve of the lamp 1A of the second aspect in the first embodiment, and the base 3a side is at a position of 180 °. A two-dot chain line in FIG. 10 is a light distribution curve of the lamp 1A of the third aspect in the first embodiment, and the base 3a side is set to a position of 0 ° or 180 °.

As described above, the lamp 1A can obtain a more appropriate light distribution state by selecting the first mode, the second mode, or the third mode according to the structure of the lighting fixture to be attached. The lamp 1A is in the first mode by selecting one of the first fixed surface 4c, the second fixed surface 4d, and the third fixed surface 4e when the light source unit 2 is fixed to the light source unit support 4. The second mode or the third mode can be selected. For this reason, since the lamp 1A of the first mode, the lamp 1A of the second mode, and the lamp 1A of the third mode can be manufactured with common parts, the cost can be reduced. In addition, since changes in lamp outer dimensions (total length in the lamp central axis direction, lamp outer diameter, effective light emitting area length from the lamp tip, etc.) can be suppressed between the first aspect, the second aspect, and the third aspect, Even when any one of the first aspect, the second aspect, and the third aspect is selected, it is possible to reliably suppress the occurrence of a problem in the attachment to the lighting fixture. In addition, since a movable part such as a rotating shaft for changing the tilt angle of the light source unit 2 is not necessary, the above-described effect can be achieved with a simple structure. In addition, when selecting the fixed surface which fixes the light source unit 2 only at the time of manufacture, the fixing method of the light source unit 2 and the light source unit support body 4 does not need to be removable. On the other hand, the fixing method of the light source unit 2 and the light source unit support 4 is a detachable method, and whether the first mode, the second mode, or the third mode is used when the lamp 1A is attached to the lighting fixture. It may be selectable.

In the first embodiment, the half shape near the lamp front end of the light source unit 2 and the half shape near the lamp base end of the light source unit 2 are symmetric. For this reason, the big change of the external appearance and external dimension of the lamp | ramp 1A can be suppressed reliably between a 1st aspect, a 2nd aspect, and a 3rd aspect.

In the first embodiment, the joint surface of the light source unit 2 that contacts the first fixed surface 4c, the second fixed surface 4d, or the third fixed surface 4e has an end portion near the lamp front end of the light source unit 2 and the light source unit. It is located in the center part with the edge part near 2 lamp base ends. In other words, the joint surface of the light source unit 2 that is in contact with the first fixed surface 4c, the second fixed surface 4d, or the third fixed surface 4e is located at the center portion in the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 2. For this reason, the change of the lamp | ramp total length of a lamp | ramp central-axis direction and the change of a lamp outer diameter can be suppressed more smaller among a 1st aspect, a 2nd aspect, and a 3rd aspect.

In the first embodiment, since the light source unit support 4 is attached to the support shaft 3c provided on the lamp body 3, a large air flow path is ensured around the radiator 2c of the light source unit 2. Can improve heat dissipation. However, in the present invention, the shapes and structures of the lamp body 3 and the light source unit support 4 are not limited to the above-described configurations. For example, the light source unit support 4 may be shaped like a polygonal frustum, and a fixed surface may be formed on each of the side surfaces.

In the first embodiment, the light source unit support 4 is provided with the three types of the first fixed surface 4c, the second fixed surface 4d, and the third fixed surface 4e. However, the first fixed surface 4c and the second fixed surface are provided. Only two of the surface 4d and the third fixed surface 4e may be provided on the light source unit support 4. That is, in the present invention, it is sufficient that there are at least two fixed surfaces that can vary the angle of the light source unit 2 with respect to the lamp central axis. In the present invention, there may be four or more such fixing surfaces.

FIG. 11 is a perspective view for explaining an example of a method of arranging a power supply line for supplying power to the light source unit 2. In FIG. 11, the shapes of the light source unit 2 and the light source unit support 4 are different from those in FIGS. 1 to 6, the light source unit 2 is in a state in which the translucent cover 2 d is removed, and the light source unit 2 is mounted on the light source unit support. 4 represents a state before being attached to the unit. Further, in order to simplify the drawing, the light source unit support 4 shows only a portion that supports one light source unit 2. As shown in FIG. 11, a power supply line 2f that supplies power to the LED light source 2a is connected to the connection terminal 2e provided on the light source substrate 2b. The arm portion 4b of the light source unit support 4 is formed with a hollow portion 4f through which the power supply line 2f can pass. The support shaft 3c of the lamp body 3 is also formed with a hollow portion through which the power supply line 2f can pass. The hollow portion 4f of the arm portion 4b of the light source unit support 4 communicates with the hollow portion of the support shaft 3c. The power supply line 2 f is passed through the hole formed in the heat radiator 2 c of the light source unit 2 to the back side of the light source unit 2. The power supply line 2 f passes through the hollow portion 4 f of the arm portion 4 b of the light source unit support 4 and further passes through the hollow portion of the support shaft 3 c and is disposed inside the lamp body 3. In this way, the electric power supplied to the base 3 a can be supplied to the light source unit 2 by the power supply line 2 f disposed inside the lamp body 3 and the light source unit support 4. By disposing the feed line 2f inside the lamp body 3 and the light source unit support 4, the feed line 2f can be reliably protected, and the weather resistance of the lamp 1A is improved.

12 and 13 are perspective views showing other configuration examples of the light source unit 2. In the light source unit 2 shown in FIG. 12, the width of the light source unit 2 in the direction perpendicular to the lamp central axis, that is, the width in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 2 is narrowed from one end of the light source unit 2 to the other end. It has a shape to become. The light source unit 2 shown in FIG. 12 is preferably disposed so as to be inclined so as to approach the lamp central axis from the wider end to the narrower end. By arranging in this way, it is possible to prevent the light source units 2 from interfering with each other at a position where the distance between the light source unit 2 and the lamp central axis is short.

In the light source unit 2 shown in FIG. 13, the width of the light source unit 2 in the direction perpendicular to the lamp central axis, that is, the width in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 2 extends from the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 2 to both ends. The shape becomes narrower. According to the light source unit 2 shown in FIG. 13, it is possible to prevent the light source units 2 from interfering with each other at a position where the distance between the light source unit 2 and the lamp central axis is close regardless of the inclination direction with respect to the lamp central axis. it can.

FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing a state in which the reflector 5 is attached to the lamp 1A of the first mode of the first embodiment. In the configuration shown in FIG. 14, in the lamp 1 </ b> A of the first aspect, the reflector 5 is arranged on the lamp front end side with respect to the light source unit 2. As indicated by an arrow in FIG. 14, light having a component emitted from the light source unit 2 toward the lamp front end side is reflected by the reflecting surface formed by the reflector 5, and the direction can be changed to the lamp base end side. it can. Thereby, the light quantity to the lamp base end side useful in the lamp 1A of the first aspect can be increased.

FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing a state in which the reflector 5 is attached to the lamp 1A of the second mode of the first embodiment. In the configuration shown in FIG. 15, in the lamp 1 </ b> A of the second mode, the reflector 5 is disposed on the lamp base end side with respect to the light source unit 2. As indicated by an arrow in FIG. 15, the light having a component emitted from the light source unit 2 toward the lamp base end side is reflected by the reflecting surface formed by the reflector 5 to change the direction toward the lamp front end side. it can. Thereby, the light quantity to the lamp front end side useful in the lamp 1A of the second aspect can be increased.

In the example shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the reflector 5 can be integrated with the plurality of light source units 2 by forming the reflector 5 into a ring shape centered on the lamp central axis. However, the configuration is not limited to this, and a reflector may be provided for each light source unit 2 individually. The reflecting surface of the reflector 5 is preferably made of a mirror material or a diffusing material, and is selected according to a desired lamp light distribution.

In the present invention, a reflective material (e.g., a reflective sheet or a reflective metal is vapor-deposited) is added to a part of the translucent cover 2d of the light source unit 2 (region where light distribution is desired to be suppressed). Thus, a configuration may be adopted in which a reflector is formed.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 16. The description will focus on the differences from the first embodiment described above, and the same or corresponding parts will be denoted by the same reference numerals. Is omitted. FIG. 16 is a perspective view showing a first aspect and a second aspect of lamp 1B according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The lamp 1B of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 16 includes three light source units 2, a lamp body 3 having a base 3a, and a light source unit support that supports the three light source units 2 with respect to the lamp body 3. 4. However, in FIG. 16, a part of the lamp body 3 and the light source unit support 4 are omitted. The three light source units 2 are arranged at equiangular intervals around the lamp central axis.

また、発光素子2gとしては、有機EL(Electro−Luminescence)型の発光素子を用いることもできる。   In the light source unit 2 according to the second embodiment, one light emitting element 2g having a wide light emitting surface is mounted. As the light emitting element 2g, for example, a COB (Chip on Board) type LED light source having a large luminous flux of several thousand to several tens of thousands of lm / piece can be used. The COB type LED light source has a configuration in which a plurality of LED bare chips are directly mounted on a heat radiating substrate such as a metal substrate or a ceramic substrate and resin-sealed. As the light emitting element 2g, an organic EL (Electro-Luminescence) type light emitting element can also be used.

The light source unit 2 according to the second embodiment has a shape in which the width in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 2 becomes narrower from one end of the light source unit 2 toward the other end. In addition, the light source unit 2 is arranged so as to be inclined so as to approach the lamp central axis from the wider end to the narrower end. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the light source units 2 from interfering with each other at a position where the distance between the light source unit 2 and the lamp central axis is short.

Embodiment 3 FIG.
Next, the third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 17. The description will focus on the differences from the second embodiment described above, and the same or corresponding parts will be denoted by the same reference numerals. Is omitted. FIG. 17 is a perspective view showing a first aspect and a second aspect of lamp 1C according to the third embodiment of the present invention. The lamp 1C according to the third embodiment shown in FIG. 17 includes four light source units 2, and these four light source units 2 are arranged at equiangular intervals around the lamp central axis. Since the third embodiment is the same as the second embodiment except for the above points, further description is omitted.

Embodiment 4 FIG.
Next, the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 18. The description will focus on the differences from the second embodiment described above, and the same or corresponding parts will be denoted by the same reference numerals. Is omitted. FIG. 18 is a perspective view showing a first aspect and a second aspect of lamp 1D according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. The lamp 1D of the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 18 includes five light source units 2, and these five light source units 2 are arranged at equiangular intervals around the lamp central axis. Since the fourth embodiment is the same as the second embodiment except for the above points, further description is omitted.

Embodiment 5 FIG.
Next, the fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 19 to FIG. 21. The description will focus on the differences from the first embodiment described above, and the same or corresponding parts will be denoted by the same reference numerals. The description is omitted. FIG. 19 is a perspective view showing a first aspect of lamp 1E according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 20 is a perspective view showing a second aspect of lamp 1E according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 21 is a perspective view showing a third aspect of lamp 1E according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. The lamp 1E according to the fifth embodiment shown in these drawings includes three light source units 2, a lamp body 3 having a base 3a, and a light source unit support that supports the three light source units 2 with respect to the lamp body 3. A body 4. The three light source units 2 are arranged at equiangular intervals around the lamp central axis. In FIGS. 19 to 21, the structures of the light source unit 2 and the light source unit support 4 are abstracted for the sake of simplicity.

19 and 20, the inclination angle of the light source substrate of the light source unit 2 with respect to the lamp central axis is 30 °. Further, the light source unit support 4 is attached to the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the support shaft 3 c of the lamp body 3. In the light source unit 2, the width of the light source unit 2 in the direction perpendicular to the lamp central axis, that is, the width in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 2 becomes narrower from the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 2 toward both ends. It has a shape. That is, the light source unit 2 has a substantially rhombus shape. With this configuration, in the fifth embodiment, in the first and second aspects, the light source unit 2 and the lamp central axis are adjacent to each other from the position where the distance between the light source unit 2 and the center axis of the light source unit 2 is long. It is possible to suppress an excessive gap between the light source units 2. As a result, even when the number of light source units 2 is small, it is possible to suppress uneven illumination in the circumferential direction. Further, since the width of the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 2 is wide, the number or size of the light emitting elements to be mounted can be sufficiently ensured.

Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. The light source unit in the present invention can adjust the arrangement of the light emitting elements, the substrate size, and the like according to the required light distribution shape of the lamp, the luminous flux, and the like. In addition, the light source substrate of the light source unit does not necessarily have to be planar. For example, in order to obtain a desired light distribution characteristic, a flexible substrate or the like is used, and the mounting portions of the individual light emitting elements continuously step. You may make it the form which forms. However, since the flexible substrate is expensive, from the viewpoint of reducing the cost, a flat substrate is used as in the above-described embodiment, and the optical axis of each light emitting element is mounted so as to be perpendicular to the light source substrate. However, it is preferable to enable easy manufacture. Moreover, in this invention, you may implement combining the characteristic of several embodiment mentioned above arbitrarily.
