Abstract
Description
高湿分利用ガスタービンシステムは、圧縮機1、圧縮空気ヘッダ2、燃焼器3、タービン4、駆動軸1A及び発電機5を備えたガスタービンシステムと、排熱回収ボイラ10と、水回収装置6とを基本構成として備えている。圧縮機1とタービン4と発電機5とは、駆動軸1Aにより機械的に連結している。
ガスタービンシステムの起動時や停止時など、ガスタービン内での水分の凝縮を防止する場合や負荷遮断後のように蒸気を必要としない場合には、まず、蒸気ノズル調節弁91を開動作させると共に、過熱蒸気調節弁90を閉動作させる。このことにより、配管58に過熱蒸気が導かれ、蒸気ノズル15から排熱回収ボイラ10の排ガス流路の方向に過熱蒸気が噴射されると共に、ガスタービン側への過熱蒸気の流入は遮断される。

Claims (5)
- 空気を圧縮する圧縮機と、前記圧縮機から導入される高圧空気と蒸気とを混合して加湿した燃焼用空気を生成する圧縮空気ヘッダと、前記圧縮空気ヘッダからの燃焼用空気と燃料とを混合燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成する燃焼器と、前記燃焼器で生成された燃焼ガスにより駆動されるタービンとからなるガスタービンシステムと、
前記タービンからの排ガスによって蒸気を発生する排熱回収ボイラと、
前記排熱回収ボイラの下流側に配置され、前記排ガス中に含まれた水分を回収する水回収装置とを備えた高湿分利用ガスタービンシステムであって、
前記圧縮空気ヘッダに前記排熱回収ボイラからの蒸気を供給する第1蒸気系統と、
前記排熱回収ボイラからの蒸気を前記排熱回収ボイラまたは前記水回収装置に供給する第2蒸気系統を備え、
前記ガスタービンシステムが起動時または停止時または負荷遮断時には、前記第1蒸気系統を遮断して、前記第2蒸気系統を連通させて前記排熱回収ボイラからの蒸気を回収する
ことを特徴とする高湿分利用ガスタービンシステム。 - 請求項1に記載の高湿分利用ガスタービンシステムにおいて、
前記第2蒸気系統は、前記排熱回収ボイラの排ガス流路内に蒸気を噴射する蒸気ノズルに接続されている
ことを特徴とする高湿分利用ガスタービンシステム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の高湿分利用ガスタービンシステムにおいて、
前記排熱回収ボイラは箱型のケーシングを有し、前記ケーシングの底部を前記タービンからの排ガスの上流側から下流側に向かって下る傾斜構造として、最下流側の部分にドレン排出系統を設けた
ことを特徴とする高湿分利用ガスタービンシステム。 - 請求項1に記載の高湿分利用ガスタービンシステムにおいて、
前記第2蒸気系統は、前記水回収装置の内部に蒸気を噴射する蒸気ノズルに接続されている
ことを特徴とする高湿分利用ガスタービンシステム。 - 請求項1に記載の高湿分利用ガスタービンシステムにおいて、
前記第2蒸気系統は、前記高湿分利用ガスタービンシステムの系統の外部の冷却装置に接続されている
ことを特徴とする高湿分利用ガスタービンシステム。
