Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying iron plate-washing device for safely and economically removing a stain to prepare for reuse of a laying iron plate for a temporary passage frequently used at a work site.SOLUTION: A laying iron plate stained with mud is carried to a standby station 10 from a material placing place to prepare for reuse. For example, about ten sheets of the laying iron plates 2 of a large weight are stacked flat in the standby station 10, and is moved up to a carrying start position of a roller conveyor 11 by sucking the laying iron plate one by one from the flat-stacked laying iron plates 2 with an iron surface of a suction pad 33 (holding means) of first moving means 30 to be positioned. A laying iron plate-washing device 20 simultaneously washes both obverse-reverse surfaces of the laying iron plate 2 from above and below. The washed laying iron plate 2 is carried up to a finish position of the roller conveyor 11, and is moved to a receiving station 12 by a suction pad 43 (holding means) of second moving means 40. This work procedure is repeated for each approximately ten sheets, and washing work is safely and efficiently performed.

Description

The present invention relates to a laying iron plate that is used as a temporary passage for a construction machine or heavy machinery to travel smoothly by laying on a roadway, particularly at a civil engineering construction site. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cleaning device for preparing a reuse by removing mud and dirt adhering to the surface of a laying iron plate for protecting an existing road surface from being damaged by the passage of heavy machinery.

Most of the laid iron plates are rented or leased to construction contractors as construction materials. The longer the construction, the longer the rental period. During that time, the number of heavy machinery and other equipment that travel on the road surface is increased, and the laid iron plates are more damaged and dirty. After completion of construction, it is necessary to clean and remove the dirt on the surface of the laid iron plate in preparation for reuse.

Such ladle cleaning is usually done manually by the workers in the rental agent's storage area, and a few people are dedicated to removing the huge amount of ladle that has been returned from the construction site. Removes tap water and industrial water by spraying them at high pressure.

However, the conventional cleaning operation performed manually is uneconomical because a large amount of tap water is required, and if the sludge water after the operation flows into a river or the like, it becomes an environmental problem. In addition, since most of the laying iron plates that are used regularly are about 1 to 2 tons, it is very hard to clean such heavy objects one by one. Therefore, the number of cleaning processes per day is limited to 40 to 50 sheets per worker. Processing an enormous number of sheets returning from the construction site in the hundreds or more in preparation for reuse does not increase efficiency, and the work cost is a burden.

There is an apparatus proposed for solving such problems as efficiency and safety of the conventional cleaning work (see Patent Document 1). Moreover, there exists an iron plate washing machine proposed for the solution of the same problem (refer patent document 2).

Utility Model Registration No. 3144668

However, the following problems are not solved in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1. It is a point that the ladle iron plate used as a cleaning work is carried into and out of the device one by one with a crane or forklift instead of human power. Certainly, heavy labor due to human power is reduced, but the daily cleaning capacity is not greatly improved. Moreover, in the case of the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, the heavy iron plates are raised one by one from the flat stack, and in that state, the plate thickness is grasped with hook claws, wire-hanged, lifted with a crane, and carried into and out of the device. . Considering this from the viewpoint of safety, if the raised iron plate is gripped from the thickness direction and lifted, an unexpected situation such as dropping of the iron plate due to detachment of the hook claw may occur. In addition, as in the case of Patent Document 1, it is not possible to expect a great improvement in the daily cleaning processing capacity even if manpower work is reduced by carrying in and carrying out by the crane lifting.

Accordingly, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a floor cleaning device that removes dirt safely and economically in preparation for reuse of a temporary iron plate for temporary passages frequently used at construction sites. It is in.

In order to achieve the above object, a cleaning apparatus for a laid iron plate according to claim 1, which is representative of the present invention, includes a transport roller device, and a standby station provided adjacent to a transport start position of the transport roller device. , The receiving station provided adjacent to the conveyance end position of the conveying roller device, and the iron plates that have been conveyed and loaded on the standby station are attracted to the surface of the iron plate one by one to convey the conveying roller device The first moving means that moves to the start position and is placed across the intermediate position in the conveying direction of the conveying roller device, and the cleaning plate is simultaneously sprayed on the front and back surfaces of the laid iron plate that has been conveyed. A cleaning machine that removes dirt on the surface, and the iron plate that has been cleaned by the cleaning machine and transported to the transport end position of the transport roller device is sucked and placed on the receiving station. A second moving means for, characterized in that it is configured to include.

According to the laying iron plate cleaning apparatus according to claim 1 of the present invention, the laying iron plate having a particularly large weight is firstly moved from the state in which the laying iron plate is stacked on the standby station one by one from the top. Is carried to the transport start position of the transport roller device, and the laying iron plate that has been cleaned by the cleaning machine is transported to the receiving station by the second moving means to finish the cleaning, and this is repeated, so the cleaning work is performed safely and efficiently. It can be carried out.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a ladle iron plate cleaning apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The following description is a preferred embodiment, but other embodiments are possible without being limited to such an embodiment as long as the concept of the present invention is satisfied.

As an embodiment of this apparatus, FIG. 1 shows the whole, FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a plan view schematically showing the layout of the whole apparatus. 4 (a) and 4 (b) show the size of the laying iron plate that is the workpiece to be cleaned used in the present apparatus, and the laying iron plate 1 having a width and length of 1500 mm × 3000 mm and the laying iron plate having 1500 mm × 6000 mm. Two types of 2 are shown. Incidentally, a maximum length of 6000 mm is generally used. In both cases, a plate thickness of t = 22 mm is frequently used, and the laid iron plate 1 having a length of 3000 mm has a weight of 800 kg and the laid iron plate 2 having a length of 6000 mm has a weight of 1600 kg.

Reference is made to the layout diagram of FIG. This apparatus is provided with a standby station 10 and uses a loading machine such as a forklift to lay the iron sheets 1 or 2 that are stacked and washed one after another as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b). Brought in. FIG. 1 shows a state where, for example, about 10 laid iron plates 2 are carried and placed on the standby station 10. A roller conveyor (conveyance roller device) 11 is provided adjacent to the standby station 10, and an upstream side in the conveyance direction of the roller conveyor 11, which is directly beside the standby station 10, becomes a “start position”. The taper feed conveyor section 11b is provided with an appropriate gradient from the roller conveyor section 11a on the frame of the starting position toward the downstream side. The most downstream side of the taper conveyor 11b is an “end position”. A receiving station 12 is provided directly next to the end position.

Therefore, as explained in FIG. 3, the laying iron plates 1 and 2 that are the workpieces to be cleaned are moved to the standby station 10 one by one and moved one by one to the start position of the roller conveyor section 11a. 11 is carried to the end position on the most downstream side, and is transferred to the receiving station 12 from here. This is the transfer path from the start to the end of the cleaning work.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2 again, the washer 20 shown in FIGS. 6A to 6C is disposed so as to straddle the intermediate portion of the roller conveyor 11. As shown in FIG. 6A, the laying iron plate 1 (or 2) sent from the start position by the roller conveyor 11 passes through the main body housing 21 of the cleaning machine 20 and passes through the cleaning liquid water 22 during the passage. As shown in FIG. 6 (b), it is sprayed from above and below to remove dirt. The cleaning liquid water 22 is circulated through a circulation path 23 by a circulation pump 24 as shown in FIG. The circulating cleaning liquid water 22 is, for example, arranged such that two jet nozzle devices 25 having a structure shown in FIGS. It is a mechanism for removing dirt by spraying simultaneously on the front and back surfaces of (or 2).

As for the injection nozzle device 25, a high-pressure cleaning liquid water 22 generated by pumping with a circulation pump 24 is fed from one end side of the main pipe 25a using a square pipe or the like, and a large number of them are provided side by side. It sprays from the spray nozzle 25b. A branch pipe 25c communicating with the main pipe 25a is provided so that the cleaning liquid water 22 having an equal and effective water pressure is jetted from the plurality of jet nozzles 25b, and the water pressure can be applied uniformly over the entire length of the main pipe 25a. The structure is not limited to the structure shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B as long as the cleaning liquid water 22 is jetted effectively.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, two crane devices (first and second moving means) 30 for moving from the standby station 10 to the start position and from the end position to the receiving station 12; 40 will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, traveling guide frames 31 and 41 are provided in a direction orthogonal to the roller conveyor 11, and are guided by the traveling guide frames 31 and 41 to be operated by an electric hoist type or manual hoisting type crane 32. 42 reciprocates. The travel guide frames 31 and 41 can also be moved in the transport direction by the roller conveyor 11. Therefore, the cranes 32 and 42 can be configured so as to be able to move in the XY-axis direction as a coordinate axis as well as the vertical movement. Suction pad devices (holding means) 33 and 43 are suspended from these two cranes 32 and 42. As shown in FIG. 8 (a), the suction pad devices 33 and 43 can be attracted to the surface of the laid iron plate 2 by using, for example, air negative pressure or magnetic force by a magnet, and lifted by a hoisting operation by the cranes 32 and 42. it can. With such a suction means, for example, the laying iron plate 2 lifted to a height of about 500 mm is moved laterally to a starting position by a distance of about 1000 mm to 2000 mm and positioned at the starting position of the roller conveyor 11. As shown in FIG. 8 (b), the standby station 10 itself is made a lift device type in order to always match the dozen iron sheets 2 loaded on the standby station 10 to the level of the starting position of the roller conveyor 11. You can also

After positioning, the roller conveyor 11 is sent to the washing machine 20 by using the inclined gradient of the taper feed conveyor portion 11b, and here, the front and back of the iron plate is washed with high-pressure washing liquid water 22. While the cleaned iron plate 2 moves to the end position, the cleaning liquid water 22 adhering to the surface of the iron plate naturally falls using the inclination of the taper feed conveyor portion 11b, and the dropped cleaning liquid water 22 is disposed below. Receiving and collecting in the storage tank 50. The cleaning liquid water 22 stored in the storage tank 50 is mixed with dirt components such as mud. This dirt component is filtered by a filter (not shown) while circulating through the circulation path 23 of the washing machine 20 and is sent to the injection nozzle device 25 for reuse.

Furthermore, the laying iron plate 2 that has reached the end position after the cleaning is lifted by the suction pad device 43, guided by the traveling guide frame 41, moved to the receiving station 12, and loaded from here. It is transported to a material storage for storage purposes.

It should be noted that other embodiments, applications, modifications, and combinations thereof are possible without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. For example, the roller conveyor 11 can be electrically driven to feed the laid iron plate 2 at an appropriate transport speed. Further, the inclination angle of the gradient provided in the conveyance path of the roller conveyor 11 is also preferably set. That is, according to the inclination angle of the gradient, the feeding of the laying iron plate 2 being conveyed is not too early and not too late. Moreover, it is necessary to suitably set the gradient of the conveyance path by the roller conveyor 11 so that the cleaning liquid water 22 sprayed on the laid iron plate 2 naturally flows down. In addition to the natural drop of the cleaning liquid water 22, it is also possible to adopt an air blow structure in which high pressure air is spread and sprayed onto the surface of the iron plate 2 to force the cleaning liquid water 22 to drop.

As an application example, as shown in FIG. 9, the entire apparatus can be covered and protected by a telescopic bellows-type temporary building 60 in order to enable work during rainy weather or snowfall. As another example of applying this idea, when the bellows-type temporary building 60 is not laid, the rod 70 using the H-shaped steel structure for providing the traveling guide frames 31 and 41 shown in FIG. The whole can be simply and quickly covered with a sheet to form a temporary building.
