Abstract
Description
制御装置(100)は、
PWM変調の方式を、3相のうち一部の相に対応したスイッチング素子のオンオフ状態を固定し、残部の相に対応したスイッチング素子のオンオフ状態を切り換える第1変調方式と、3相に対応したスイッチング素子のオンオフ状態を切り替える第2変調方式とで、選択的に切り替え可能であり、
第1変調方式を選択しているときに、電圧検出装置(95)が検出する印加電圧の値が所定電圧値以上となった場合には、PWM変調の方式を、第1変調方式から第2変調方式に切り替えることを特徴としている。
本発明を適用した第1の実施形態について、図1〜図9を参照して説明する。

Claims (8)
- 3相のモータコイル(16)を有するモータ(12)の各相に対応して設けられたスイッチング素子を有し、前記スイッチング素子のオンオフ状態を切り替えるスイッチング動作に伴うPWM変調により、給電源(20)から印加される直流の印加電圧を交流電圧に変換して前記各相のモータコイルへ出力するインバータ回路(40)と、
前記印加電圧の値を検出する電圧検出装置(95)と、
前記インバータ回路の前記PWM変調を制御する制御装置(100)と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記PWM変調の方式を、前記3相のうち一部の相に対応した前記スイッチング素子の前記オンオフ状態を固定し、残部の相に対応した前記スイッチング素子の前記オンオフ状態を切り換える第1変調方式と、前記3相に対応した前記スイッチング素子のオンオフ状態を切り替える第2変調方式とで、選択的に切り替え可能であり、
前記第1変調方式を選択しているときに、前記電圧検出装置が検出する前記印加電圧の値が所定電圧値以上となった場合には、前記PWM変調の方式を、前記第1変調方式から前記第2変調方式に切り替えることを特徴とするモータ駆動装置。 - 前記第2変調方式は、3相変調方式であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記制御装置は、
前記印加電圧の値が前記所定電圧値以上であり前記3相変調方式を選択しているときには、変調率の絶対値を所定値未満に制限して前記PWM変調を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記印加電圧の値が前記所定電圧値以上であり前記3相変調方式を選択しているときには、正弦波に3次高調波を重畳した変調波に基づいて前記PWM変調を行うことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記印加電圧の値が前記所定電圧値以上であり前記3相変調方式を選択しているときには、前記印加電圧の値が前記所定電圧値未満であるときよりも搬送波の周波数を低減することを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項4のいずれか1つに記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記印加電圧の値が前記所定電圧値以上であり前記3相変調方式を選択しているときには、前記印加電圧の値が前記所定電圧値未満であるときに対して前記搬送波の周波数を2/3倍以下に低減することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記給電源は、移動体に搭載されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1つに記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記モータが駆動する負荷は、冷凍サイクルの冷媒を吸入して圧縮する圧縮機構(11)であり、
前記インバータ回路は、前記圧縮機構が吸入する吸入冷媒により冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1つに記載のモータ駆動装置。
