Description

The present invention relates to a device installation member used when installing a device such as a solar cell on a roof, and a device installation roof that is a roof on which the device can be installed.
Conventionally, various techniques have been proposed for installing devices such as solar cells on a roof. For example, Patent Literature 1 describes a support metal fitting on a roof that supports and fixes a frame for attaching an installation object on the roof that is installed on the roof. The main body of the support metallurgy, which is the main body of the support metallurgy, is formed from a plate material having a desired plate thickness and width, and a base portion fixed to the base material side for constructing the roof, and the frame body side is raised from the base portion. The fixing portion for supporting and fixing is integrally bent. The fixing part is provided with a mounting hole for a mounting bolt for securing the frame body, and the mounting bolt inserted from below into the mounting hole is held in advance so as not to be pulled out of the mounting hole. A prevention piece is provided.
Japanese Patent No. 4455377
The fixing portion of the support metal fitting described in Patent Document 1 is integrally formed so as to face the upright portion that is bent upward from one end portion of the base portion and substantially parallel to the upper portion of the upright portion from the upper end of the upright portion. And a horizontally formed horizontal portion.
However, since the horizontal portion is located above the roof member and away from the roof member, if a strong wind blows from the eave side toward the ridge side, the eave side of the roof member may be turned up. Moreover, since the load of a heavy installation object on a roof concentrates on a standing part and is applied to a roof member, there exists a possibility that a roof member may be damaged easily.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and can increase the wind-resistant strength of the roofing material, and can stably install the device while suppressing damage to the roofing material. And to provide equipment installation roofs.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
FIG. 1 shows an example of a device installation member 7 according to the present invention. As will be described later, the device installation member 7 is used to install a device such as a solar cell on the roof. The roof is formed by placing a roof material 9 on a roof base 8.
First, the device installation member 7 will be described, and then the device installation roof, which is a roof on which devices can be installed, will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the device installation member 7 includes a first flat plate portion 1, a stepped portion 4, a second flat plate portion 2, a connecting portion 5, a third flat plate portion 3, and a support portion 6. It is formed in preparation.
The 1st flat plate part 1 is fixed to the roof base 8, and is formed in rectangular shape, for example. Below, although the case where the 1st flat plate part 1 is formed in the rectangular shape is demonstrated, it is not limited to this shape. The first flat plate portion 1 may be provided with one or a plurality of fixing holes 11 through which fixing tools 12 such as screws or nails are inserted. In FIG. 1, fixing holes 11 are provided at four corners of the first flat plate portion 1.
The step portion 4 is provided upward at the end of the first flat plate portion 1. The end portion of the first flat plate portion 1 means one side of the four sides when the first flat plate portion 1 is rectangular as shown in FIG. 1, and the first flat plate portion 1 when it is in other shapes. Means a part of the periphery. In FIG. 1, the stepped portion 4 is provided obliquely upward from the end of the first flat plate portion 1, but may be provided substantially vertically upward from the end of the first flat plate portion 1. In the present specification, the term “substantially vertical” includes not only strictly vertical but also slightly tilting to a negligible level.
The second flat plate portion 2 is provided on the step portion 4 in the direction opposite to the first flat plate portion 1. A virtual flat plate (not shown) including the first flat plate portion 1 and the second flat plate portion 2 are substantially parallel. That is, when the 1st flat plate part 1 is piled up and fixed to the flat roof base 8, the 2nd flat plate part 2 and the surface of the roof base 8 are substantially parallel. In this case, the distance between the lower surface of the second flat plate portion 2 and the surface of the roof base 8 is substantially equal to the thickness of the roof material 9. The thickness of the roofing material 9 is, for example, about 5 mm. In addition, in this specification, the term “substantially parallel” includes not only the case of being strictly parallel, but also the case of being slightly inclined so as to be negligible. Further, in this specification, the phrase “substantially equal to the thickness of the roofing material 9 includes a case where the thickness of the roofing material 9 is strictly equal to the thickness of the roofing material 9 and a case where it is slightly thicker or thinner than the thickness of the roofing material 9 to a negligible level. Including.
The connecting portion 5 is provided substantially vertically upward at the end of the second flat plate portion 2 opposite to the stepped portion 4.
The third flat plate portion 3 is provided on the stepped portion 4 side substantially parallel to the second flat plate portion 2 from the upper end of the connecting portion 5. In the vicinity of the tip of the third flat plate portion 3, an opening 50 is formed in the second flat plate portion 2 and the third flat plate portion 3 so as to open to the stepped portion 4 side. The gap between the second flat plate portion 2 and the third flat plate portion 3 is substantially equal to the thickness of the roof material 9.
The support portion 6 supports the device and is provided on the upper surface of the third flat plate portion 3. In FIG. 1, the support portion 6 is formed by dropping a second plate 62 from both ends of a rectangular first plate 61 and further providing a third plate 63 from the tip of each second plate 62 to the outside. ing. Although the case where the support part 6 is formed as mentioned above is demonstrated below, it is not limited to this shape. If necessary, the first plate 61 is provided with a first hole 611, and the second plate 62 is provided with a second hole 622. The first hole 611 and the second hole 622 can be appropriately used to support the device. Then, one third plate 63 of the support portion 6 is fixed to the connecting portion 5 side of the third flat plate portion 3 with a fixing tool 630 such as a rivet, and the other third plate 63 is connected to the connecting portion of the third flat plate portion 3. The support portion 6 can be provided on the third flat plate portion 3 by being fixed to the opposite side to the 5 side by a fixing tool 630 such as a rivet. In FIG. 1, the first plate 61 of the support portion 6 is inclined downward toward the connecting portion 5, but may be substantially parallel to the third flat plate portion 3.
In the apparatus installation member 7 as described above, the first flat plate portion 1 to the third flat plate portion 3 and the support portion 6 may be formed by appropriately bending a long rectangular metal plate material, respectively. it can. The thickness of the metal plate is about 1 to 2 mm. In this case, the thicknesses of the first flat plate portion 1, the step portion 4, the second flat plate portion 2, the connecting portion 5 and the third flat plate portion 3 are the same. However, these thicknesses may be different. Alternatively, the device installation member 7 may be formed by appropriately bending a long rectangular metal plate. If there is strength, the device installation member 7 may be formed of a material other than metal.
As will be described later, the device installation member 7 is disposed in the eaves direction with the connecting portion 5 facing the eaves and the first flat plate portion 1 facing the building. The length of the first flat plate portion 1 in the eaves ridge direction is a space surrounded by the roof material 9 on the eaves side from the first flat plate portion 1, the roof material 9 immediately above the first flat plate portion 1, and the roof base 8. There is no particular limitation as long as it is within the range. Further, the height of the stepped portion 4 from the roof base 8 is preferably about the same as the thickness of the roofing material 9, and is preferably about 5 mm, for example, but is not limited thereto. Further, the length of the second flat plate portion 2 in the eaves ridge direction is a gap between the second flat plate portion 2 and the third flat plate portion 3 as will be described later even if the length of the roof material 9 is shortened to shorten the working width. The roof material 9 is not particularly limited as long as it can be inserted and locked.
Next, the equipment installation roof will be described. 2 and 3 show an example of the equipment installation roof according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 3, the roof has a waterproof sheet 80 affixed to a roof base 8 that is inclined in the direction of the eaves, and a plurality of roof materials 9 are fixed on the waterproof sheet 80 with fixing tools 90 such as screws or nails. It is formed by mounting fixedly.
Here, as the roofing material 9, for example, a flat roofing material 9 such as a flat slate tile can be used.
In the eaves ridge direction, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the roof material 9 is overlapped on the ridge side of the roof material 9 on the eave side so that the eaves side of the roof material 9 on the ridge side overlaps. Mounted sequentially from the eaves side to the building side. At this time, it is preferable to mount the roofing material 9 while forming a place where three roofing materials 9 overlap as shown in FIG. In the following, for convenience of explanation, the three roofing materials 9 in the above locations may be referred to as an upper roofing material 9a, a middle roofing material 9b, and a lower roofing material 9c in order from the top. As shown in FIG. 3 (b), in a place where three roofing materials 9 overlap, the lower roofing material 9c is sandwiched between the roof base 8 and the middle roofing material 9b, and the middle roofing material 9b is fixed by the fixing tool 90. Fix to the roof base 8. In FIG.3 (b), although the fixing tool 90 does not penetrate the ridge side of the lower roof material 9c, it may penetrate. Further, the head of the fixing member 90 fixing the middle roof material 9b is hidden, and the ridge side of the upper roof material 9a is overlaid on the middle roof material 9b. Needless to say, the middle roof material 9b and the upper roof material 9a become the lower roof material 9c and the middle roof material 9b, respectively, on the building side. The length in the eaves ridge direction where the three roofing materials 9 are overlapped is substantially equal to the length in the eaves ridge direction of the support portion 6 of the device installation member 7.
On the other hand, in the direction orthogonal to the eaves direction, a plurality of roofing materials 9 are placed adjacent to each other as shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, a plurality of roofing materials 9 are arranged in a staggered manner so that the roofing material 9 on the ridge side is overlapped over two adjacent roofing materials 9 on the eaves side. However, it is not limited to such an arrangement. In the following, the direction orthogonal to the eaves direction is also simply referred to as the left-right direction.
The equipment installation member 7 can be attached to the roof in the following manner while mounting the roofing material 9 as described above.
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the second flat plate portion 2 of the device installation member 7 is placed so as to straddle the upper surfaces of the two roof materials 9 adjacent in the left-right direction. Also, the first flat plate portion 1 is fixed to the roof base 8 on the ridge side by the fixing tool 12. As described above, by placing the second flat plate portion 2 across the two roof materials 9, it is possible to suppress the roof materials 9 from being turned up and to increase the wind resistance strength. The second flat plate portion 2 may be simply placed on one roofing material 9, and in this case, the wind resistance strength of the roofing material 9 can be increased.
Next, the eaves side end of another roof material 9 (shown in phantom line in FIG. 2B) is inserted into the gap between the second flat plate portion 2 and the third flat plate portion 3 from the opening 50 of the device installation member 7. Insert and lock. Thus, even if a strong wind blows from the eave side toward the ridge side by inserting and locking the other roof material 9 in the gap between the second flat plate portion 2 and the third flat plate portion 3, the roof material 9 It can suppress turning up and wind resistance can be increased. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the first flat plate portion 1 that fixes the device installation member 7 to the roof base 8 is not exposed to the outside with a so-called cerebral screw fastening, It will be obscured. Therefore, the possibility of water leakage from the location of the fixing hole 11 of the first flat plate portion 1 to the back side of the waterproof sheet 80 or the back side of the roof base 8 can be reduced.
As described above, the device installation member 7 can be attached to the roof to form a device installation roof on which the device can be installed. Thereafter, a device (not shown) is installed on the support 6.
Here, although it does not specifically limit as an apparatus, For example, a solar cell (PV: Photovoltaic), a solar water heater, a signboard, an antenna etc. can be mentioned.
For example, the first hole 611 and the second hole 622 described above can be used to install the device on the support unit 6, but the installation method is not particularly limited. On the equipment installation roof, the number of equipment installation members 7 to be used and the locations where the equipment installation members 7 are attached can be changed as appropriate according to the size and number of equipment to be installed.
The support portion 6 is located above a place where at least two roof materials 9 overlap each other, and the substantially entire lower surface of the third flat plate portion 3 provided with the support portion 6 is an eave side end portion of the roof material 9. Therefore, it is possible to stably install the device while suppressing damage to the roofing material 9. In particular, as shown in FIG. 3A, the support portion 6 is preferably located above a location where three roof materials 9 overlap. Thus, the three-layer stack of the upper roof material 9a, the middle roof material 9b, and the lower roof material 9c can improve the strength of the roof material 9 with respect to the vertical load than the two-layer stack. 9 can be further suppressed.
