Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の溶銑の予備処理方法は、溶銑に浸漬させた浸漬ランス1の吐出孔1bから搬送用ガスとともに精錬剤を処理容器に収容された溶銑に対して水平方向または斜め上向き方向若しくは斜め下向き方向に吹き込み、溶銑に脱珪処理、脱燐処理、脱硫処理のいずれかの予備処理を行う溶銑の予備処理方法において、前記吐出孔の軸心に対する断面形状を、縦方向の最大長さLが横方向の最大長さWよりも大きい扁平形状とする。

[1]溶銑に浸漬させた浸漬ランスの吐出孔から搬送用ガスとともに精錬剤を処理容器に収容された溶銑に対して水平方向または斜め上向き方向若しくは斜め下向き方向に吹き込み、溶銑に脱珪処理、脱燐処理、脱硫処理のいずれかの予備処理を行う溶銑の予備処理方法において、前記吐出孔の軸心に対する断面形状を、縦方向の最大長さが横方向の最大長さよりも大きい扁平形状とすることを特徴とする、溶銑の予備処理方法。
[2]前記吐出孔の軸心に対する断面形状は、その縦方向の最大長さと横方向の最大長さとの扁平比(縦方向の最大長さ/横方向の最大長さ)が1.5〜20となる楕円形であることを特徴とする、上記[1]に記載の溶銑の予備処理方法。

- 溶銑に浸漬させた浸漬ランスの吐出孔から搬送用ガスとともに精錬剤を処理容器に収容された溶銑に対して水平方向または斜め上向き方向若しくは斜め下向き方向に吹き込み、溶銑に脱珪処理、脱燐処理、脱硫処理のいずれかの予備処理を行う溶銑の予備処理方法において、前記吐出孔の軸心に対する断面形状を、縦方向の最大長さが横方向の最大長さよりも大きい扁平形状とすることを特徴とする、溶銑の予備処理方法。
- 前記吐出孔の軸心に対する断面形状は、その縦方向の最大長さと横方向の最大長さとの扁平比(縦方向の最大長さ/横方向の最大長さ)が1.5〜20となる楕円形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶銑の予備処理方法。
