Abstract
Description
The present invention is applied to a wall of a building structure, improves the seismic performance by bearing the proof stress together with the steel frame part against the horizontal force applied during an earthquake, and even if the wooden panel burns in the event of a fire The present invention relates to a wooden load-bearing panel structure that reduces a thermal influence on a structure so that a main body steel frame portion can maintain strength as a structure.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a load bearing wall has been proposed that is applied to a wall of a building structure and improves the earthquake resistance by bearing the load resistance against a horizontal force that is applied in association with an earthquake. As the most typical bearing wall structure, a structure in which two brace members are incorporated in a rectangular frame composed of columns and beams so as to cross each other along a diagonal line is widely known (for example, (See
In addition to such a method using brace material, for example, as shown in
By the way, none of the disclosure techniques of
When such a wall is made of wood, it is naturally required to exhibit earthquake resistance as if braces or steel panels were used when a horizontal force due to an earthquake was applied. However, no technology that can exhibit the seismic resistance generally required in conventional wooden walls has been proposed. In addition to this, when the wall body is made of wood, fire resistance against fire must be fully considered. In particular, in the case of a high-rise building structure, if the wooden wall body is temporarily burned with a fire, and the building structure collapses, it will cause enormous damage. On the other hand, even if the wooden wall burns with fire, no technology has been proposed to prevent the collapse of the building structure by reducing the thermal effect on the steel frame.
Therefore, the present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is to be applied to the wall of a building structure and bears the proof strength against the horizontal force loaded with an earthquake. Provides a wooden load-bearing panel structure that can maintain sufficient strength as a structural body by suppressing heat conduction to the steel frame even when the wooden panel burns in the event of a fire. The load-bearing panel structure according to
According to the present invention having the above-described configuration, the compressive force applied by an earthquake can be borne by a wooden load-bearing panel, and the tensile force loaded by an earthquake can be borne by a column. That is, it is possible to effectively extract the advantages of steel that is strong in tensile force and wood that is strong in compressive force, and provide an earthquake-resistant system that complements each other. Thereby, since it can oppose with a strong material with respect to each stress transmission mode, it becomes possible to improve seismic performance more.
Moreover, in the load-bearing panel structure to which the present invention is applied, the load of the building structure is supported by the pillars, but even when the wooden load-bearing panel itself is burned by a fire due to an earthquake, the load-bearing panel and the main body Since the connection area with the steel frame is reduced as much as possible, heat conduction to the pillar supporting the load of the building structure can be suppressed, and the strength of the pillar itself can be prevented from being affected. In other words, even if a wooden load-bearing panel is burned down in a fire, the building structure itself does not collapse, and it can be prevented from causing serious damage.
Hereinafter, embodiments of a load-bearing panel structure to which the present invention is applied will be described in detail.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a load-

The
The
The
By using wood as the load-bearing
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 ((a) is a front view, (b) is a right side view thereof, and (c) is a left side view thereof) of the connecting
The
The
The first connecting
FIG. 5A is a front view showing a state in which the connecting fitting 3 is actually attached to the load-bearing
The
The
Two pieces of such
In the example of FIG. 5B, a plate-
When the first connecting

Fig.8 (a) is a side view of the buckling

In the case of a static state in which no earthquake has occurred, as shown in FIG. 9, a load accompanying gravity from the upper floor is applied to the load-
On the other hand, when an earthquake occurs, a horizontal force is alternately applied to the load-
On the other hand, when the
That is, based on the mechanism described above, a large compressive force is applied to the load-bearing
Although the load-bearing
Further, in the load-
In addition to the effects described above, the present invention can also be expected to have the effects described below. Since the load-bearing
Initially, as shown in FIG. 12 (a), the restoring force of the
On the other hand, when the wood constituting the load-bearing
As described above, according to the present invention, when wood is used as the load-bearing
Incidentally, the buckling
In the load-
Moreover, in the load-
Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to perform post-installation on an existing building structure, and the attachment fitting is completed by attaching the connecting fitting 3 to the load-bearing
