Claims (8)
- 焦合されたレーザービーム(1)が互いに対向する2個の接合部材(2、3)の境界面(4、5)の領域における溶接区域(S)内に出射され、接合部材(2、3)間に特定のシーム深さ(T)を有する溶接シーム(7)を形成して、レーザーパワー密度が溶接区域(S)内のシーム深さ(T)の方向(z)における溶接プロセス中に変調されるプラスチック材料の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接方法において、
レーザーパワー密度の変調がシーム深さ(T)の方向(z)におけるレーザービーム(1)の焦点位置(6、6’、6”)の変調によって達成され、レーザービーム(1)がシーム延長方向(x)に移動されるとき焦点(F)が溶接シーム(7)のシーム深さ(T)を少なくとも1回渡過するようにシーム深さ(T)の方向(z)におけるレーザーパワー密度の変調周波数がシーム延長方向(x)におけるレーザービーム(1)の供給速度と相関することを特徴とするプラスチック材料の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接方法。 - レーザーパワー密度の変調がその焦点(F)におけるレーザービーム(1)の直径(DF)の変調によって達成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプラスチック材料の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接方法。
- 溶接シーム(7)によって、2個の接合部材(2、3)は互いに位置決めされ突合せ結合が形成されるように一緒に接合されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のプラスチック材料の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接方法。
- レーザービーム(1)の波長レンジは0.7μm〜2.5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3何れか1項記載のプラスチック材料の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接方法。
- 焦合されたレーザービーム(1)が互いに対向する2個の接合部材(2、3)の境界面(4、5)の領域における溶接区域(S)内に出射され、接合部材(2、3)間に特定のシーム深さ(T)を有する溶接シーム(7)を形成するプラスチック材料の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接装置、特に請求項1乃至請求項5何れか1項記載の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接装置であって、レーザー溶接装置は、
レーザービーム源(10)と、
焦合されたレーザービーム(1)を溶接区域(S)内に形成し、誘導するレーザービーム誘導・形成装置(12)とを備えるプラスチック材料の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接装置において、
レーザーパワー密度が溶接区域(S)内のシーム深さ(T)の方向(z)における溶接プロセス中に変調されるようにレーザービーム源(10)及び/又の配置レーザービーム誘導・形成装置(12)の配置がなされ、レーザーパワー密度の変調がシーム深さ(T)の方向(z)におけるレーザービーム(1)の焦点位置(6、6’、6”)の変調によって達成され、レーザービーム(1)がシーム延長方向(x)に移動されるとき焦点(F)が溶接シーム(7)のシーム深さ(T)を少なくとも1回渡過するようにシーム深さ(T)の方向(z)におけるレーザーパワー密度の変調周波数がシーム延長方向(x)におけるレーザービーム(1)の供給速度と相関することを特徴とするプラスチック材料の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接装置。 - レーザービーム誘導・形成装置(12)はコリメートレンズ(13)及び焦合レンズ(14)を有する焦合装置を備え、レーザービーム(1)の焦点位置(6、6’、6”)はコリメートレンズ(13)及び/又は焦合レンズ(14)をビーム伝導方向(z)に沿って変調速度で変位することによってシーム深さ(T)の方向(z)に変調されることを特徴とする請求項5記載のプラスチック材料の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接装置。
- コリメートレンズ(13)及び/又は焦合レンズ(14)は駆動部(15)によってビーム伝導方向(z)に沿って変調速度で変位可能であることを特徴とする請求項6記載のプラスチック材料の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接装置。
- レーザービーム誘導・形成装置(12)はレーザービーム(1)の焦点位置(6、6’、6”)の変調のための3Dスキャナー装置を有する焦合装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載のプラスチック材料の2個の接合部材のレーザー溶接装置。
