Description
Claims (21)
- 浴室使用中に排出される湯の熱回収をする浴室であって、
断熱材からなる筐体(1)と、
回収槽(2)と、
カバー(4)のところに位置する排水溝(3)と、
フィルター(5)と、
吸引管(6)と、
熱交換器(8)と、
冷却器(11A)、圧縮器(11B)、加熱器(11C)、及び拡張器(11D)からなるヒートポンプ(11)と、
小型余水路(12)と、を有することを特徴とする浴室。 - 配水網から供給される冷水用のパイプ(9)と、加熱器又は混合器に配向される温められた水用の出湯パイプ(10)と、下水管(7)と、に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浴室。
- 水路の加熱器をさらに含むか、又は、水路の加熱器に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の浴室。
- 前記筐体(1)がその下部に前記回収槽(2)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の浴室。
- 前記カバー(4)のところに位置する前記排水溝(3)が、前記筐体(1)の底部でかつ前記回収槽(2)の上部に位置しており、
前記排水溝(3)が、前記排水溝(3)の下部に位置する前記フィルター(5)を介して前記筐体(1)と前記回収槽(2)との間の連通を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の浴室。 - 前記回収槽(2)が、下水管(7)に接続された前記吸引管(6)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浴室。
- 前記回収槽(2)が、その内部に前記熱交換器(8)を含み、
前記熱交換器(8)は、その一端が排水網から供給される清浄な冷水(LF)用のパイプ(9)に接続されており、かつ、その反対側の一端は、加熱器又は混合器に配向される温められた清浄水用の出湯パイプ(10)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の浴室。 - 当該浴室の前記筐体(1)が、当該浴室のまだ温かい排水(SQ)を、前記排水溝(3)及び前記フィルター(5)を介して前記回収槽(2)へ導いて回収することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の浴室。
- 浴室のまだ温かい排水(SQ)が、冷水(SF)となって前記吸引管(6)を経由して前記下水管(7)へ排出される前に、前記熱交換器(8)の周辺で循環することを特徴とする請求項6、7または8に記載の浴室。
- 当該浴室が使用されている間において、前記吸引管(6)が、前記回収槽(2)が水で満たされるように維持して、前記熱交換器(8)の完全な浸水を持続的に確保することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の浴室。
- 前記ヒートポンプ(11)が、冷却用流体または空気を循環させて動作することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浴室。
- 前記ヒートポンプ(11)の前記冷却器(11A)が、前記回収槽(2)の内部の前記熱交換器(8)の下に位置するとともに低温低圧で作動する作動流体を含み、さらに、前記熱交換器(8)を経由して既に冷えた排水の残余熱を除去することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項11に記載の浴室。
- 前記圧縮器(11B)が、前記作動流体の圧力及び温度を上昇させることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の浴室。
- 前記加熱器(11C)において、高温高圧である前記作動流体が、前記熱交換器(8)によって既に加熱された清浄水に、更に熱を与えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の浴室。
- 前記作動流体が、前記拡張器(11D)において圧力及び温度を低下させられ、さらに、前記冷却器(11A)に戻って低温低圧になることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の浴室。
- 前記拡張器(11D)が、膨張弁、タービン、または空気圧モータであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の浴室。
- 前記小型余水路(12)が、前記熱交換器(8)と前記冷却器(11A)との間の高さにおいて、前記回収槽(2)と前記吸引管(6)の出口との間の連通を確立することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浴室。
- 前記小型余水路(12)が、前記冷却器(11A)が浴室の使用開始時に低水位(NB)よりも下で浸水されるようにし、さらに、前記熱交換器(8)が浴室の使用開始時に、低水位(NB)よりも上の、前記回収槽(2)の乾いた部分に存在するようにすることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の浴室。
- 前記回収槽(2)が、当該浴室の使用中に、前記吸引管(6)によって確実に高水位(NA)まで満たされ、かつ、前記熱交換器(8)が温かい排水に浸水されることを特徴とする請求項10または請求項18に記載の浴室。
- 前記フィルター(5)が、前記回収槽(2)内、前記熱交換器(8)内、前記冷却器(11A)内、及び前記吸引管(6)内に、ごみが堆積するのを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項5に記載の浴室。
- 前記カバー(4)が、前記筐体(1)の側部から前記フィルター(5)、前記熱交換器(8)、及び前記冷却器(11A)へのアクセスを可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項5に記載の浴室。
