ビード内に繋留された状態でビードから延びる少なくとも1つのカーカス補強材を有し、カーカス補強材は、複数のカーカス補強要素を有し、カーカス補強要素は、テキスタイルであって半径方向に差し向けられており、
テキスタイル補強要素の布から成るクラウン補強材を有し、布は、同一平面内において、第1の方向に布設された補強要素と第1の方向に垂直な第2の方向に布設された補強要素を織編することによって得られ、布は、第1の方向が円周方向と40°以上且つ50°以下の角度をなすと共に第2の方向が円周方向と−50°以上且つ−40°以下の角度をなすようにタイヤ内に配置され、クラウン補強材の上にはトレッドが載っており、
クラウンは、テキスタイルたが掛け補強材を更に有し、たが掛け補強材は、円周方向に差し向けられた補強要素で形成されていることを特徴とするタイヤを用いて達成される。
符号110は、タイヤのショルダを補強するよう設計されたゴムコンパウンドの層を示している。タイヤの中間平面は、符号130で示されている。
Claims (6)
- 軽車両に取り付けられるよう設計されたタイヤであって、
取付けリムに接触するよう設計された2つのビード(20)を有し、各ビードは、少なくとも1つの環状補強構造体を有し、
前記ビードの半径方向外方の延長部としての2つのサイドウォール(30)を有し、前記2つのサイドウォールはクラウンに合体し、
前記ビード内に繋留された状態で前記ビードから延びる少なくとも1つのカーカス補強材(60)を有し、前記カーカス補強材は、複数のカーカス補強要素(61)を有し、前記カーカス補強要素は、テキスタイルであって半径方向に差し向けられており、
テキスタイル補強要素の布(180)から成るクラウン補強材を有し、前記布は、同一平面内において、第1の方向に布設された補強要素と第1の方向に垂直な第2の方向に布設された補強要素を織編することによって得られ、前記布は、前記第1の方向が円周方向と40°以上且つ50°以下の角度をなすと共に前記第2の方向が前記円周方向と−50°以上且つ−40°以下の角度をなすように前記タイヤ内に配置され、前記クラウン補強材の上にはトレッド(40)が載っており、
前記クラウンは、テキスタイルたが掛け補強材(100)を更に有し、前記たが掛け補強材は、円周方向に差し向けられた補強要素(101)で形成されている、タイヤ。 - 前記タイヤは、たった1つのカーカス補強材(60)を有する、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記テキスタイル補強要素の前記布(180)は、ナイロンで作られている、請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ。
- 前記たが掛け補強材(100)は、アラミドで作られている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤは、前記タイヤの内面を被覆するブチル系ゴム層(50)を備えていない、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記トレッドは、トレッドパターンを有し、前記トレッドパターンの半径方向高さは、新品状態では、5mm以下であり、好ましくは2mm以下である、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
