Claims (7)
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)であって、
コンプレッサハウジング(2)を有し、
タービンハウジング(3)を有し、
軸受ハウジング(4)であって、
コンプレッサ側フランジ(5)を有し、
タービンハウジング側フランジ(6)を有する軸受ハウジング(4)を有し、
前記タービンハウジング側フランジ(6)が、機械的及び熱的な特性に関して前記タービンハウジング(3)の材料に対応する材料から製造される、排気ガスターボチャージャ。 - 前記タービンハウジング側フランジ(6)が、前記軸受ハウジング(4)に接続される別個に製造された構成要素である、請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記タービンハウジング側フランジ(6)が、ねじ接続、締まり嵌め、溶接、接着結合、半田付け若しくは複合鋳造又はそれらの接続タイプの組み合わせによって前記軸受ハウジング(4)に接続される、請求項2に記載の排気ターボチャージャ。
- 前記タービンハウジング側フランジ(6)の材料がフェライト鋼ディスクである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記タービンハウジング側フランジ(6)の材料がオーステナイト鋼ディスクである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- コンプレッサハウジング側フランジ(5)とタービンハウジング側フランジ(6)とを有する排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)用の軸受ハウジング(4)であって、前記タービンハウジング側フランジ(6)が、機械的及び熱的な特性に関して、前記タービンハウジング側フランジ(6)に取り付けられるべき前記タービンハウジング(3)の材料に対応する材料から製造される、軸受ハウジング。
- 請求項2〜4の少なくとも一項を特徴とする請求項5に記載の軸受ハウジング。
