Claims (6)
- 船のプロペラ軸、インペラー軸、ラダーストックのような軸を液状媒体に対して密封するためのパッキンであって、締め付け固定要素を含み、該締め付け固定要素が取り付け空間としてのケーシング固定の付設の支持リング内に受容され、前記締め付け固定要素に接続して、ダイヤフラムとしての中間部分と、前記軸側にあって該軸に当接するパッキンリップを形成した屈曲要素とが設けられ、該屈曲要素内にして前記パッキンリップ上方に、ばねを備えた受容溝が配置されている前記パッキンにおいて、
前記受容溝が、無圧状態で前記ばね(10)のための自由空間(12)を備えるスプリングポケット(11)として形成されていることを特徴とするパッキン。 - 延長した前記支持リング(5)のような付設のケーシング壁(16)に当接するほどの限界圧に達するまで圧力の作用があったときに、前記ダイヤフラム(6)はその調整角(Ψ)が変化することによって位置調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパッキン。
- 前記自由空間(12)がばね径(D)の5%ないし30%の深さ(t)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のパッキン。
- 前記ダイヤフラム(6)に、前記スプリングポケット(11)の上方に位置するように、挿着された前記ばね(10)のための抑止要素として突起(13)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載のパッキン。
- 前記パッキンリップ(2)が、前記屈曲要素(8)の丸みを帯びた端部領域(9)によって前記軸(7)に当接するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載のパッキン。
- 少なくとも前記パッキンリップ(2)の領域が、前記パッキン(1)の他の部分の材料に比べて耐摩耗性のあるエラストマーから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載のパッキン。
