Claims (9)
- 内側リング(1)と、外側リング(2)と、前記内側および外側リング(1,2)の間における回転要素(3)の少なくとも1つの列と、前記リングの少なくとも一方のリング(2)を包囲する環状ハウジング(5)と、を具備してなる回転ベアリングであって、
前記外側リング(2)は、2つの別個の部分(2a,2b)を具備してなり、前記ハウジング(5)は、前記外側リング(2)の前記部分(2a,2b)を保持するための2つの別個の部分(17,18)と、前記別個の部分(17,18)をともに固定するための固定手段と、を具備してなり、
前記ハウジング(5)の前記第1の部分(17)は、前記外側リング(2)を半径方向に保持するための内側軸方向円筒部分(19)を具備してなり、かつ前記ハウジング(5)の前記第2の部分(18)は、前記内側軸方向円筒部分(19)を包囲する外側軸方向円筒部分(21)を具備してなることを特徴とする回転ベアリング。 - 前記ハウジング(5)の前記第1の部分(17)は、半径方向フランジ(20)を具備してなり、前記半径方向フランジ(20)は、前記内側円筒部分(19)から前記内側リング(1)へ向けて半径方向に延在し、かつ前記外側リング(2)の前記部分の一方の部分(2a)とともに第1の閉空間(25a)を規定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転ベアリング。
- 前記ハウジング(5)の前記第2の部分(18)は、半径方向フランジ(22)を具備してなり、前記半径方向フランジ(22)は、前記外側円筒部分(21)から前記内側リング(1)へ向けて半径方向に延在し、かつ前記外側リング(2)の前記部分の一方の部分(2b)とともに第2の閉空間(25b)を規定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転ベアリング。
- 前記閉空間(25a,25b)の両方が、潤滑油を収容し、かつ潤滑油貯留部として機能することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転ベアリング。
- 前記外側リング(2)の前記別個の部分(2a,2b)のそれぞれが、前記閉空間(25a,25b)に収容される潤滑油のための流路手段(26a,27a,29a,26b,27b,29b)を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の回転ベアリング。
- 潤滑油のための前記流路手段は、軸方向孔(27a,27b)を具備してなり、前記軸方向孔(27a,27b)は、少なくとも部分的に互いに面し、前記外側リング(2)の前記2つの別個の部分(2a,2b)のそれぞれの半径方向部分(12a,12b)の厚さ部分に設けられて、前記2つの閉空間(25a,25b)を連通状態とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回転ベアリング。
- 前記ハウジング(5)の前記別個の部分(17,18)は、金属シートの切断加工およびプレス加工によって製造されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の回転ベアリング。
- 前記固定手段は、溶着部またはろう接部または接着部を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の回転ベアリング。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の回転ベアリングの製造方法であって、
− 前記外側リング(2)を半径方向に保持するための内側軸方向円筒部分(19)を具備してなるL字形状構造を有するハウジング(5)の第1の部分(17)内に、前記外側リング(2)の前記別個の部分の一方の部分(2a)を挿入するステップと、
− 前記ハウジング(5)の前記第1の部分(17)内に前記内側リング(1)と前記回転要素(3)とを挿入するステップと、
− 前記ハウジング(5)の前記第1の部分(17)内に、前記外側リング(2)の他方の別個の部分(2b)を挿入するステップと、
− 前記内側軸方向円筒部分(19)を包囲するように、外側軸方向円筒部分(21)を具備してなるL字形状構造を有する前記ハウジング(5)の前記第2の部分(18)を固定するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする製造方法。
