Claims (17)
- 生物特異的アッセイ装置用に誘電体流体媒質から試料を収集する装置であって、
筐体と、
前記筐体内で前記誘電体流体媒質の流体流れを方向づけるための流れ手段と、
前記筐体内を流れる誘電体流体媒質をイオン化プラズマに曝すための前記筐体内の1つ又は複数のワイヤ電極と、
生物特異的アッセイ装置を支持するために前記筐体に動作可能に付随する支持手段と、
前記支持手段近傍に位置して電位井戸を生成し、それによって、前記誘電体流体媒質中で生成されたか、又は前記誘電体流体媒質中にすでに存在した荷電粒子を支持された生物特異的アッセイ装置内に進め、それによって、前記生物特異的アッセイ装置の試料収集領域上に前記荷電粒子を電気沈殿させる1つ又は複数の捕捉電極と、を含む装置。 - 前記誘電性流体は空気であり、前記流れ手段は空気流を方向づける、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記誘電体流体は非導電液体であり、前記流れ手段は液体流を方向づける、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記誘電体流体媒質の動電現象による流れを生じさせるためにほぼ平面の電極が前記筐体内に設けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流れ手段はポンプを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流れ手段はファンを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流れ手段はユーザによって呼気を吹き込まれるように適合される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- ワイヤ電極は直径が約0.1mmである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ワイヤ電極は直径が1mmを超えない、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 捕捉電極の最大寸法の合計がワイヤ電極の長さの合計の1/5を超えない、請求項1に記載の装置。
- アッセイ装置は横方向流アッセイ装置を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- アッセイ装置はイムノセンサに基づくアッセイ装置を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- アッセイ装置は酵素イムノアッセイ装置を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- アッセイ装置は核酸ハイブリダイゼーションアッセイ装置を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 核酸ハイブリダイゼーションアッセイ装置はポリメラーゼ連鎖反応核酸配列増幅処理を含む、請求項14に記載の装置。
- アッセイ装置は、前記筐体の密閉空間内の空気をモニタリングする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記支持手段は、前記電位井戸に対して相対的に連続的に移動して前記アッセイ装置によって同定される種の存在又は量の時間記録を提供する試料収集装置を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
