Description
ここでは、冷却のため、2本の長手方向に沿った流路が、前記軸の内部に形成され、前記流路は、その一方の端部で互いに接続され、もう一方の端部には、冷却液の供給と排出のための接続部材が設けられている。しかしながら、前記軸が回転するため、高圧冷却液用の多重密閉型回転接続部材を用いなければならず、特殊な技術を要し、高コストを伴う。また、これらの技術は、線形駆動部材により駆動する誘導システムの装置部分の熱的挙動には、何ら効果がない。
Claims (8)
- ガイドレール(2)が固定されている第1装置部材(1)と、前記第1装置部材の前記ガイドレール(2)上で、ガイドシュー(8)を用いて、動力発生装置で移動可能に、支持された第2装置部材とからなる工作機械の誘導システムであって、ここにおいて、
冷媒が用いられている冷却台(10)が、その表面の広い領域にわたって加圧接触するように、前記第1装置部材(1)に固定され、かつ、個々の前記ガイドレール(2)の土台部分(3)に常に加圧接触していることを特徴とする、工作機械の誘導システム。 - 前記冷却台(10)が少なくとも1本の長手方向に沿った流路(11、12)を有し、当該流路(11、12)が、前記冷媒用の取込口みと排出口のための接続部材(15、16)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1の誘導システム。
- 前記冷却台(10)が、その二か所の側面において、長手方向に沿った流路(11、12)を有し、かつ、それらの中央部にある固定部材(13)により、前記冷却台(10)が前記第1装置部材(1)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2の誘導システム。
- 前記長手方向に沿った2本の流路(11、12)が、その一方の端部において互いに接続されており、かつ、他方の端部において、共に前記冷媒用の取込口みと排出口のための接続部材(15、16)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3の誘導システム。
- 前記冷却台(10)が、楔形の留具、及び、留ネジ(13)により保持されることにより、その側面で、個々の前記ガイドレール(2)の土台部分(3)の一側面に対して、加圧接触していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項の誘導システム。
- 前記ガイドレール(2)の末広がりの土台(3)が、前記第1装置部材(1)において、その長手方向に連続して設けられた皿穴(7)に、はめ込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項の誘導システム。
- 前記冷却台(10)が、前記第1装置部材(1)において、長手方向に伸展するサポート(14)に、その長手方向に沿って、間隔をおいて、複数の留ネジ(13)により取付けられることにより、相応するガイドレールの土台(3)に、側面から圧力を加えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項の誘導システム。
- 前記冷却台(10)が、熱伝導性物質、または、アルミニウム、もしくは、その合金の連続一体成型体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項の誘導システム。
