Abstract
【解決手段】建物の部屋1の広さAと、上記部屋1の床構造2に所定の鉛直荷重が生じる際の当該床構造2の上記累積たわみT(たわみ値)とを掛け合わせ、この掛け合わせた値に床構造2の固定荷重で決まる倍率(補正値)Gを掛けた値を床たわみ係数Dとする。上記倍率Gは、例えば、鋼製根太床の場合にはG=1.0とし、ALC(発泡軽量コンクリート)床の倍率Gを1.2となり、鋼製根太床を基準とした比率により決定している(1500/1250=1.2)。また、上記建物の部屋の広さAは、例えば、5P×4P=20P2のように単位をP2として「20」となる。

Description
図1(A)は建物の部屋1の床構造2の一例を概略的に示しており、同図(B)は上記床構造2における累積たわみを表している。上記床構造2では2本の平行に配置された大梁3の間に小梁4が複数本固定されている。また、上記床構造2の中央に荷重が加えられると、上記大梁3および小梁4の両方が変形し、累積たわみT(cm)が生じる。

Claims (3)
- 建物の部屋の広さと、上記部屋の床構造に所定の鉛直荷重が生じる際の当該床構造のたわみ値とを掛け合わせて得られる床たわみ係数を用いて建物の床の振動性能を評価することを特徴とする床の振動性能評価方法。
- 請求項1に記載の床の振動性能評価方法において、上記床たわみ係数を建物の床構造の固定荷重で決まる倍率で補正することを特徴とする床の振動性能評価方法。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の床の振動性能評価方法において、上記床たわみ係数の所定の値を境に異なる振動性能評価をすることを特徴とする床の振動性能評価方法。
