Abstract
【解決手段】まず、移送ローラー3a,3b,3a’,3b’,3a’’,3b’’を用いて繊維束1,1’,1’’を材料ストック2,2’,2’’から接合ステーション4へ移送する。続いて、少なくとも二つの圧着ユニット5によって、繊維束を層状に組み合わせた後、連続的な積層体6を形成する。その後に積層体6を固化することにより、プラスチック材料マトリクス中に一方向に組み込まれた繊維からなる、少なくとも2本の繊維束6から作られる形状記憶を有しうる積層体を形成する方法。

Description
a)少なくとも一つの移送ローラーで、繊維束を、各1箇所の材料ストックから接合ステーションへと移送すること
b)前記接合ステーションで、少なくとも二つの圧着ユニットによって、前記繊維束を層状に組み合わせること
c)前記二つの圧着ユニットの手段によって、連続的な積層体を形成するように前記繊維束を接合すること、及び、
d)前記積層体を固化すること。
−圧力容器、特に水道メーターやポンプのハウジング;
−自動車部品、特に走行ギア部品、支柱、内装部品、外装部品、トランスミッション部品及び車輪リム;
−工業用品及び日用品、特にレバー、備品、ガーデニング用品、ツール、家庭用品、衛生用品、ラケット、弓、靴。
Claims (17)
- プラスチック材料マトリクス中に一方向に組み込まれた繊維からなる、少なくとも2本の繊維束(1,1',1'')から作られる積層体の連続的な製造方法であって、
a)少なくとも一つの移送ローラー(3a,3b,3a',3b',3a'',3b'')で、繊維束(1,1',1'')を、各1箇所の材料ストック(2)から接合ステーション(4)へと移送すること
b)前記接合ステーション(4)で、少なくとも二つの圧着ユニットによって、前記繊維束(1,1',1'')を層状に組み合わせること
c)前記二つの圧着ユニットの手段によって、連続的な積層体(6)を形成するように前記繊維束(1,1',1'')を接合すること、及び、
d)前記積層体(6)を固化すること
を含む、製造方法。 - 工程d)の前又は間に、前記積層体(6)の成形が、少なくとも二つの特に成形ローラー(9,9')である成形ユニットの手段によって行われ、前記成形ユニット(9,9')は特に圧着ローラー(5,5')である圧着ユニットの後に位置しており、積層体(6)の異なる形状が、積層体(6)への圧迫によって、積層体(6)の固化の間に形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 圧着ローラー(5,5')が、好ましくは周速の絶対値の差が100%を超えない、異なる周速で運転されることを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 繊維束(1,1',1'')が、接合工程のために、移送ローラー(3a,3b,3a',3b',3a'',3b'')と接合ステーション(4)との間に位置する前処理ステーション(7)において準備されることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 前処理ステーション(7)において、繊維束(1,1',1'')に対して、特に加熱空気、特に窒素である加熱ガス、超音波、摩擦、火炎処理、レーザー、及び/又は、好ましくは赤外線照射である照射の手段による熱処理が、プラスチック材料マトリクスの少なくとも部分的な融解のために行われ、
接合ステーション(4)において、前記繊維束(1,1',1'')の融解部分を接触させることによって、及び、圧着ユニットの間の圧縮によって、接合が行われ、
積層体(6)の冷却によって、固化させることを特徴とする、
請求項4に記載の製造方法。 - 前処理ステーション(7)において、接着剤が少なくとも1本の繊維束(1,1',1'')に少なくとも部分的に付与され、接着剤は特にエポキシド、シラン系接着剤、ポリウレタン、メタクリル酸エステル、溶融接着剤及び/又はそれらの混合物であり、
接合ステーションにおいて、繊維束(1,1',1'')の接着剤を有する部分を接触させることによって接合が行われ、
前記接着剤を乾燥させることによって繊維束を固化させることを特徴とする、
請求項4に記載の製造方法。 - 繊維束(1,1',1'')が、移送ローラー(3a,3b,3a',3b',3a'',3b'')と前処理ステーション(7)との間を、特に少なくとも一つのガイドローラー(8,8',8'')である少なくとも一つのガイドユニットによってガイドされることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 工程d)の後に、特に切断、レーザー処理、絞り、切り出し、ウォータージェット、折り曲げ又はそれらの組み合わせによって、積層体(6)の部分的な要素への分離が行われることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - プラスチック材料マトリクスが、アセタール樹脂、液体−結晶ポリマー、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、オレフィン及びシクロオレフィンポリマー、ポリアミド、ポリアミドエラストマー、特にポリエステルアミド、ポリエーテルアミド及びポリエーテルエステルアミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフェニルエーテルを含むポリアリールエーテル、ポリカーボネート、ポリスルフォン、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリイミド、ポリエステル、ポリエステルポリカーボネート、ポリエーテル、ポリオキシエチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリスルフォン、ポリ塩化ビニルやポリビニルアセテートのようなビニルポリマー、前記に列挙された原料の1又は複数の混合物、特に、ABS、MBS、及びSAN、PC、PMMAからなる群から選択される熱可塑性プラスチック材料マトリクスであることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - プラスチック材料マトリクスが、メラミン樹脂、フェノプラスチック(Phenoplastics)、ポリエステル樹脂、アミノプラスチック、エポキシ樹脂、ポリウレタン、架橋ポリアクリレート及び/又はそれらの混合物又は混成物からなる群から選択される硬化プラスチック材料マトリクスであることを特徴とする、
請求項5に記載の製造方法。 - 繊維が、連続繊維又は超臨界的な繊維長のステープル繊維、特に炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、鉱物繊維又はアラミド繊維であり、好ましくは、扁平又は円形断面を有する炭素繊維又はガラス繊維、特に好ましくは炭素繊維であることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 繊維束が、無機安定剤、有機安定剤、潤滑剤、消泡剤、鎖延長剤、光学的光沢剤、可塑剤、接着補助剤、ハロゲン含有難燃剤、ハロゲンフリー難燃剤、衝撃吸収材、微粒子、フィラー、強化剤、着色剤、顔料、及び/又はそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される添加剤を含む、
請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 各繊維束(1,1',1'')が、少なくとも一つの分離された移送ローラー(3a,3b)、移送ローラー(3a',3b')又は移送ローラー(3a'',3b'')を通じて供給され、当該少なくとも一つの分離された移送ローラー(3a,3b)、移送ローラー(3a',3b')又は移送ローラー(3a'',3b'')は、各々が別々に作動させられるようになっていることを特徴とする、
