Claims (6)
- 第一部材に熱可塑性を有する第二部材を結合する結合方法であって、
前記第二部材が結合される前記第一部材の結合面に、当該結合面側よりも奥側の方が広い穴を形成する穴形成工程と、
前記第一部材の前記結合面に前記第二部材を積層する積層工程と、
前記穴と対向する前記第二部材の溶融対象部分にレーザーを照射して前記溶融対象部分を溶融する溶融工程と、
を備える結合方法。 - 前記第二部材を、樹脂とする、
請求項1に記載の結合方法。 - 前記第一部材の融点を、前記第二部材の融点よりも高くする、
請求項1又は2に記載の結合方法。 - 前記溶融工程では、前記第二部材の前記第一部材とは反対側から前記溶融対象部分にレーザーを照射する、
請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の結合方法。 - 前記積層工程では、前記第二部材の前記第一部材とは反対側の面にレーザーが透過する透過部材を積層する、
