Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a replaceable air filter unit.
Conventionally, in facilities such as hospitals and pharmaceutical factories, an air filter unit that removes harmful dust contained in gas to be exhausted in the facility is used. This air filter unit is a hermetically replaceable air filter unit that allows an operator to safely replace and replace a used air filter by sealing the air filter containing harmful substances in a plastic bag. ing.
In the sealed exchange type air filter unit, the filter support frame does not have to be fixed in the filter chamber (filter casing), and there is no need to attach an auxiliary metal fitting to the lower surface of the filter, and the upper surface of the filter is pressed against the ceiling surface of the filter chamber. A known filter mounting mechanism is known (Patent Document 1).
The filter mounting mechanism includes a filter support guide mechanism that holds the filter in and out of the filter chamber. This filter support guide mechanism has two front and rear members attached to the bottom surface thereof so that a spring is sandwiched between two U-shaped members that are long in the left-right direction with respect to the filter insertion direction. A rotating shaft is provided horizontally on the inner bottom surface of the filter chamber so that the filter is raised together with the filter support guide mechanism and the upper surface of the filter is pressed against the filter mounting surface provided on the ceiling surface of the filter chamber. A driven shaft connected to the rotating shaft so as to rotate in the reverse direction via a connecting rod is provided. Two eccentric cams are attached to each of the rotating shaft and the driven shaft, and the filter support guide mechanism is placed so that the bottom surface of the U-shaped member comes into contact with the cam surface of the eccentric cam.
In addition, there is also known a filter replacement method that enables safe filter replacement in a hermetically replaceable air filter (Patent Document 2).
Specifically, first, the opening and closing lid of the casing of the sealed exchange type filter unit is opened, the bag stored in the storage chamber is pulled out, and the used filter is stored in the bag without directly touching the filter. . Next, after heat-sealing the bag at a portion between the lip of the bag and the stored filter, the bag is cut at the heat-sealing portion, and the used filter-containing bag is removed. After that, the mouth of the bag prepared with a new filter inside is detachably attached to the outer periphery of the exchange port, and the old bag remaining remaining on the mouth after being heat-sealed is removed from the mouth and renewed. The bag is put in a space area of the bag, and the bag is heat-sealed between the internal filter and the bag remaining portion. Thereafter, the heat seal part is cut to separate and remove the space, and the filter together with the bag is pushed into a predetermined position in the casing, the bag is folded and stored in the storage chamber, and the opening / closing lid is opened. close up.
However, since the known filter mounting mechanism described above includes the filter support guide mechanism, the structure becomes complicated, the number of members used increases, the weight increases, and the installation work is adversely affected. In addition, since the rotation shaft extends outside from the wall surface of the filter chamber, in order to prevent harmful dust leakage from the gap around the rotation shaft, the work of caulking sealing increases, the filter chamber wall The problem is that the configuration is complicated. Furthermore, if the sealing process is insufficient, harmful dust may leak.
Further, in the filter replacement method in the above-described hermetic exchange type air filter, a replacement bag is attached to a port of an exchange port for exchanging the filter, and a door that contacts the port and isolates the internal space of the filter chamber. Is provided in the filter chamber. Therefore, the prevention of dust leakage is limited to the contact of the door with the port. Only this leakage prevention may not sufficiently prevent harmful dust collected by the filter from leaking outside.
It is also conceivable to use a screw-type jack for moving the filter in the inner space of the filter chamber so that the filter comes into contact with the filter mounting surface. However, when a screw-type jack is used, the screw-type jack needs to be rotated many times in order to move the filter upward and support the screw-type jack. In particular, when the bag is used to safely replace the filter, the rotation operation must be performed through the bag, and the bag may be twisted by a frequent rotation operation to open a hole in the bag. On the other hand, when the rotating shaft of the screw jack is extended to the outside of the filter chamber, the clearance of the filter chamber around the rotating shaft is subjected to caulking sealing treatment, but sufficient sealing cannot be performed and harmful from a slight clearance. There is a risk that the dust will easily leak out.
Also, when two screw jacks are provided on both sides of the filter, the upper surface of the filter is brought into close contact with the filter mounting surface while maintaining the orientation of the upper surface of the filter constant. It ’s difficult. The reason is that insufficient screw winding may cause harmful dust leakage due to insufficient sealing of the upper surface of the filter, while excessive screw winding may damage the filter. Moreover, if a screw-type jack is used, a filter mounting mechanism will become large and weight will also become heavy.
For this reason, in a hermetically replaceable air filter unit, it is required to replace the filter more safely and quickly than in the past.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a replaceable air filter unit that can safely and quickly replace a filter in a replaceable air filter unit, and in particular, a replaceable air filter unit that can be reduced in weight and has a compact device configuration. Hereinafter, the exchangeable air filter unit of the present invention will be described in detail.
(Replaceable air filter unit)
FIG. 1A and FIG. 1B are a front view and a cross-sectional view of a hermetically replaceable air filter unit (hereinafter simply referred to as a unit) 1 of the present embodiment. FIG.1 (b) is sectional drawing cut | disconnected along the XX 'line in Fig.1 (a).
The unit 1 includes a
A filter casing (hereinafter simply referred to as a casing) 2 forms a box shape by combining stainless steel plates, and introduces gas to be exhausted (introduced from above the unit 1 in FIGS. 1A and 1B). Then, dust or the like in the gas is removed by the
The
The
The
The filter attachment 5 includes a
Two
The
As shown in FIG. 2A, when the
Similarly, when the
The amount of forward or backward movement of the
Therefore, when the
FIG. 2C is a view for explaining the
FIG. 2D is a view for explaining a gasket used in the present embodiment. The
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of a filter used in the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 3, the
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a configuration around the opening according to the present embodiment. The
Further, the
The
As shown in FIG. 2 (c), the
(Filter replacement method)
Since the
First, as shown in FIG. 6A, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 6C, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 6E, a
At this time, as shown in FIG. 6F, while removing the remaining
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6G, the remaining
As described above, even when the filter is replaced, the filter can be replaced while the internal space of the
The filter attachment 5 of the present embodiment is attached to the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the inner wall surface having the
Further, in the
In the present embodiment, a
The
