Abstract
【解決手段】図1に示すように地面から垂直に伸びる支柱60と、前記支柱60に取り付けられた風力発電装置10を備え、前記風力発電装置10の羽根には太陽光により発電する太陽光素子20を備え、回転軸50を中心に回転するような構成にしたことにより、風は吹いているが天気が悪く太陽が照らない日や夜間には風力発電により発電し、太陽は照っているが風のない時には太陽光発電し、風もあり太陽も照っている場合には風力発電と太陽光発電の両方により効率よく発電することができるため、従来の風力発電装置や太陽光発電装置に比べ発電できる気象条件が大幅に広がる。

Claims (1)
- 風力発電装置と太陽光発電装置に関するシステムであって、風力発電機の回転軸支柱、土台支柱、羽根部分ら発電機の全表面に太陽光により発電する素子を取り付けた構造をしている。風は吹いているが天気が悪く太陽が照らない日や夜間には風力発電により発電し、太陽は照っているが風のない時には太陽光で発電し、風もあり太陽も照っている場合には風力発電と太陽光発電の両方により効率よく発電することができるため、従来の風力発電装置や太陽光発電装置に比べ発電できる気象条件を大幅に広げた発電装置。
