Description

Technology field

The present invention relates to an automatic saw that is configured to include a cutting aid that efficiently cuts a tree branch at the same time as preventing the danger caused by the saw blade in the automatic saw.

Currently, there are long pruning scissors for high branches in case of trying to prune tall tree branches. In addition, if the branch is thicker than a certain degree, a long saw with a long handle must be used.
Under these circumstances, products with a long handle on an automatic saw such as a chainsaw for cutting high tree branches are manufactured and sold.
Furthermore, in [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-244356, in a normal manual saw for high branches, there is a ruler-type branch presser fitting that assists cutting by approaching the branch from the direction facing the saw blade. Proposed. In that proposal, the branch presser is pulled with a wire so that an appropriate pressure is applied to the saw blade, and at the same time, the other hand is used to cut the branch.

When pruning a thick tree branch with a high tree branch, it is necessary to use a long saw with a long handle instead of a pruning scissor for high branches. There is a saw.
However, there is the next problem when pruning with such an automatic saw.
(1) Since the automatic saw blade that is automatically driven is switched on with being exposed to the outside and is continuously driven, it is very dangerous for the body of the person who is working and always requires caution. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the body. However, no protection measures are currently proposed.
Especially in the case of a chainsaw, the saw blade is very dangerous like a “double-edged sword” because the chain (blade tip) rotates and moves to the back of the saw blade in addition to the cutting edge of the part to be cut. For example, when the cutting operation is performed, a phenomenon called “bounding” may occur in which the chainsaw itself is bounced by a branch to be cut and bounced back to the operator side, and the entire saw blade is very dangerous. And even if some cover is provided as a protective means for the body, this tends to hinder cutting work.
(2) The saws for high branches currently on the market cannot fix the tree branch during the pruning (cutting) operation, and the tree branch vibrates or shifts, so it takes time to cut and the work efficiency is high. Unfortunately, the pruning operation cannot be performed in a stable state.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-244356 suggesting such a point proposes that a manual saw for a high branch is provided with a ruler-type branch holding metal fitting that assists cutting by approaching the branch from the opposite direction of the saw blade. However, even if this proposal is applied to an automatic saw, there are further challenges.
Since it is a ruler type, the branch presser is only holding the branch at the edge of the straight bracket, so that the point that the branch slides back and forth when cutting is not improved. It is difficult to increase the efficiency of cutting tree branches by such simple pressing means.
In the case of this proposal, when the branch holding metal approaches the saw blade, there is a risk that the entire opportunity will be damaged if they come into contact with each other immediately after the branch is cut.
On the other hand, if the space between the branch pressing metal fitting and the saw blade is provided, the function of the metal fitting to hold the branch is extremely reduced. This is because fine branches and leaves of trees enter between the metal fittings and the saw blade, and they tend to get tangled. The saw blade is preferably sandwiched at an angle perpendicular to the branch. However, if there is a gap between the metal fitting and the saw blade, the branch is offset and the right and left sides of the sandwiched branch are sawed. When one side is high with respect to the blade and the other side is low, for example, it is shifted in the front-rear direction or the vertical direction, and stable fixing becomes difficult and cutting becomes difficult. Therefore, there is a need for a means for improving cutting efficiency that securely clamps a tree branch to a saw blade at a good angle and provides a stable fixation.
Thus, there is a need for an automatic saw that solves the above conditions.

The present invention has a configuration in which an auxiliary tool for assisting cutting is provided on an automatic saw.
The tip of the cutting aid is in the form of two plates, and the plate-like part moves so as to accommodate the saw blade while maintaining a space parallel to both sides of the saw blade while sandwiching the branch. After cutting a tree branch, the blades are stacked so as to cover the entire cutting edge of the saw blade.
Thereby, the two plate-like parts of the cutting aid first fix the tree branches on both sides of the saw blade. Subsequently, the two plate-like portions of the cutting aid are stored so as to cover the saw blade immediately after the tree branch is cut.

In the present invention, the user in the pruning work,
(1) Since the two plate-like parts of the cutting aid fix the tree branch on both sides of the saw blade, the force to fix the tree branch becomes stronger, preventing the branch from vibrating back and forth and pinching operation Is stable.
In addition, since the branches are fixed on both sides of the saw blade, it is possible to prevent the branches from being obliquely displaced and the fine branches from being entangled.
Thus, the pruning operation is facilitated and the efficiency is improved.
(2) Since the blade edge of the saw blade is housed (covered) in the cutting aid immediately after cutting the branch, it is protected from the danger caused by the saw blade.
(3) Furthermore, damage due to contact between the cutting aid and the saw blade can be prevented.
Thus, the automatic saw provided with the cutting aid does not hinder the work by opening and closing, but rather assists the cutting successfully and ensures safety during the work.
(4) In addition, when the bottom surface is provided on the tip of the cutting aid that covers the saw blade, the saw can be received, and the saw is falling on the user underneath or entering the eyes. Protected from doing.
In addition, the cutting aid automatically presses the branch against the saw blade by the spring tension (contraction force), so there is no need for manual work, and the work can be performed in a stable manner. It will be easy.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. Since FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are the same, FIG. 2 and FIG.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an automatic saw provided with the cutting aid of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view thereof. Furthermore, FIG. 3 is a figure which shows the time when the cutting aid and the saw blade are overlapped and closed.
The basic structure of the present invention is a configuration in which the cutting aid (1) is provided on the front surface of the drive unit (3) of the automatic saw so that the cutting aid (1) rotates around the screw (22) serving as an axis. .
The figure shows a mode in which the saw blade is driven by the rechargeable battery (11).
The cutting aid (1) has a beak-like shape with a tip portion consisting of two plate-like portions. The two plate-like portions approach each other from the direction in which the saw blade (2) opposes by rotational movement, and sandwiches and fixes a tree branch. After cutting, the saw blades are accommodated so as to be accommodated.
Further, the cutting aid (1) is rotated by the contraction force of the spring (4) so as to sandwich the cut object (in the upward direction of the drawing). The cutting aid (1) is provided with a cut portion (21) in the vicinity of the center of the upper portion of the tip (portion between the branches), and the fixing force of the tree branch is more firm and stable without slipping. In this way, the cutting efficiency is improved because it can be firmly fixed. Further, the cutting aid (1) presses the branch so that it overlaps with the saw blade without contacting the saw blade, keeping the gap, and immediately after cutting. There is no contact with the saw blade that damages the entire machine.
One end of the spring (4) is connected to a fastener (6) at one end of the cutting aid (1), and the other end of the spring (4) is a fastener (23) provided on the drive part (3) of the automatic saw. It is connected to.
A stopper fastener (24) is provided to prevent the cutting aid (1) from rotating excessively by the spring (4) and coming into contact with the saw blade.
Further, when the cutting aid (1) is pulled by the wire wire (5) in the direction opposite to that when the spring (4) contracts, the cutting aid (1) is centered on the screw (22) serving as an axis (under the drawing). (In the direction), the part (cutting part) between the saw blade (2) and the cutting aid (1) is opened by rotating and moving, so that preparations are made to sandwich the branch.
One end of the wire wire (5) is connected to a fastener (7) at one end of the cutting aid (1), and the other end of the wire wire (5) is a handle (8) that pulls the wire wire (5). It is connected. When this handle (8) is pulled forward during the pruning (cutting) operation, the cutting auxiliary tool (1) moves away from the saw blade (2) to open a portion to be cut.
(9) is an automatic saw drive switch.
(10) is an automatic saw handle.
(11) is a rechargeable battery serving as a power source for an automatic saw, but the power source may be an AC power source.
(12) is an automatic saw pattern portion. This handle has a two-stage structure that can be expanded and contracted.
A mooring button (13) is provided on the step on the handle (12), and a mooring hole (14) is provided on the tip of the step (12), and an anchoring hole (15) is provided on the hand side. The figure shows a state in which the mooring button (13) remains in the mooring hole (15) when the handle is extended and contracted. The mooring button (13) stays in the mooring hole (14) when the handle is reduced (normal state before the handle is stretched).
When the handle is extended and used, an extension wire (17) provided with a hook (16) is connected to the handle (8) by pulling it from a reel (19) provided on the handle (18) on the proximal side.
The extension wire (17) keeps the winding tension on the reel (19) as much as possible. Further, the handle (18) on the hand side is provided with a fastener (20) so that the wound extension wire (17) is not loosened, and the reel (19) is also provided with a connecting band (25). The fastening band (25) is hung on the fastener (20) and can be fixed. Thus, even when the handle is stretched, the wire tension can be maintained and the cutting aid (1) can be operated.
FIG. 3 shows a state where the cutting aid (1) and the saw blade (2) are overlapped without contacting each other in the automatic saw provided with the cutting aid of the present invention. The cutting aid (1) has two plate-like parts at the tip and has a beak shape as a whole, and the cutting edge of the saw blade (2) is stored inside after the cutting operation is completed. Therefore, even if the saw blade malfunctions during handling, it is safe to prevent danger. Also, as shown in the figure, if the cut portion (21) is provided near the center of the two plate-like portions of the cutting aid (1), the tree branches will slip and vibrate before and after the fitting. Will disappear, making it easier to fix and cut.
In the present invention, other means such as a component that expands and contracts by hydraulic pressure may be used instead of the spring (4).
Instead of the wire (5), the cutting aid (1) may be operated by pulling or pushing the cutting aid (1) using another material such as a thin metal rod.
It is preferable that the handle has a configuration of two or more stages that can be expanded and contracted.
The part to be cut by the automatic saw (saw blade) may be either a chain type or a normal saw blade, and the driving force may be either an engine or a motor. The power of the motor may be a rechargeable battery or an AC power source.
The material of the cutting aid (1) may be plastic, but is preferably a metal with good durability. Further, the entire cutting aid or the tip portion may be formed into a basket shape with a metal rod having a thickness of 3 mm to 5 mm, but the bottom of the beak-shaped portion becomes a tray shape to receive sawdust. It is particularly good that
The automatic saw with the cutting aid of the present invention is very useful for pruning high branches, especially by lengthening the handle, but the long handle is not a requirement, and it can be used to remove tree branches and other objects at lower positions. A cutting type may be used.
In addition, when the cutting part of the automatic saw is a chain type, for the sake of safety, the end of the cutting aid is deep enough to accommodate the entire blade of the chain saw after cutting, and the chain on the back of the chain saw It is important to make it so that it can be stored. This aspect is shown in FIG.
FIG. 4 shows a case where the cutting portion (saw blade) is a chainsaw in the automatic saw provided with the cutting aid of the present invention. A cutting aid (26) is provided on the front surface of the automatic saw drive (29). The saw blade (27) is a chain type. The distal end side of the cutting aid (26) is deep and is configured to overlap and close without contacting the chain-type saw blade (27). The blade edge of the saw blade (27) is in a state where it can be stored inside after the cutting operation is completed. Therefore, even if the saw blade malfunctions during handling, the body is protected and safe. Further, as shown in the figure, a cut portion (28) is provided in the vicinity of the center of the upper portion (portion where the branch is sandwiched) of the tip of the cutting aid (26), so that it slides when the tree branch is sandwiched. Therefore, the cutting efficiency is improved by fixing more firmly.
