Abstract
【解決手段】弁体13,その後端に連結される連杆14,並びに連杆14の後端に連結される可動コア12よりなる弁組立体10を備え,連杆14及び弁ハウジング3間に燃料室55を設け,弁体13及び弁ハウジング3間に,弁体13の開弁時,燃料室55をノズル孔9に連通する外側燃料通路57を設けた燃料噴射弁において,弁体13を,ノズル孔9に連通し得る内側燃料通路56を内側に有する環状の弁部13aと,その後端に連設され,連杆14bの連結端部14aが嵌合する連結筒部13bとで構成し,連結筒部13bに,燃料室55を外側燃料通路57に連通する第1切欠き50を設け,連結端部14aに,第1切欠き50を内側燃料通路56に連通する第2切欠き52を設けた。

Claims (2)
- ノズル孔(9)及び弁座(7)を有するノズル部材(2)と,このノズル部材(2)の後端に連設される筒状の弁ハウジング(3)と,この弁ハウジング(3)の後端に連設される固定コア(5)と,前記弁ハウジング(3)内に収容され,前記弁座(7)と協働して前記ノズル孔(9)を開閉する弁体(13),この弁体(13)の後端に連結される連杆(14),並びにこの連杆(14)の後端に連結されて,前記固定コア(5)の前端に対向する可動コア(12)よりなる弁組立体(10)と,前記固定コア(5)及び前記弁組立体(10)間に縮設されて前記弁体(13)を閉弁側に付勢する戻しスプリング(33)と,前記固定コア(5)を囲繞するように配設され,通電時,発生磁力により前記可動コア(12)を前記固定コア(5)に吸引させて前記弁体(13)を開弁するコイル(22)とを備えてなり,前記連杆(14)及び前記弁ハウジング(3)間に,燃料供給部に連通する燃料室(55)を設け,また前記弁体(13)及び前記弁ハウジング(3)間に,前記弁体(13)の開弁時,前記燃料室(55)を前記ノズル孔(9)に連通する外側燃料通路(57)を設けた燃料噴射弁において,
前記弁体(13)を,該弁体(13)の開弁時,前記ノズル孔(9)に連通する内側燃料通路(56)を内側に有する環状の弁部(13a)と,この弁部(13a)の後端に連設され,前記連杆(14b)の前部の連結端部(14a)が嵌合して結合される連結筒部(13b)とで構成し,前記連結筒部(13b)に,前記燃料室(55)を前記外側燃料通路(57)に連通する第1切欠き(50)を設け,前記連杆(14b)の前部の連結端部(14a)に,前記第1切欠き(50)を前記内側燃料通路(56)に連通する第2切欠き(52)を設けたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記第1切欠き(50)は,前記燃料室(55)から受け入れた燃料を前記内側及び外側燃料通路(56,57)に分流させる底面(50a)を有することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
