Abstract
【解決手段】被摺動物が揺動する方向に沿って円弧状に形成された半割軸受1は、金属基材3の表面にCu-Sn系合金で形成された多孔質層4と、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと炭素繊維を少なくとも含む樹脂材料5で多孔質層4を被覆した摺動層2を備え、被摺動物を摺動可能に支持する摺動層2の表面に、油を保持して油膜を形成すると共に、被摺動物が摺動することによる磨耗に対して、油膜を形成し得る油を保持する高さを有した凹凸面6が形成される。

Claims (3)
- 金属基材の一の面にCu-Sn系合金で形成された多孔質層と、
ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと炭素繊維を少なくとも含む樹脂系材料で前記多孔質層を被覆した摺動層を備え、
被摺動物を摺動可能に支持する前記摺動層の表面に、油を保持して油膜を形成すると共に、被摺動物が摺動することによる磨耗に対して、油膜を形成し得る油を保持する高さを有した凹凸面が形成され、被摺動物が揺動する方向に沿って円弧状に形成された
ことを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 前記摺動層の前記凹凸面は、算術平均粗さ(Ra)を3.0〜10.0μmとした
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の半割軸受。 - 前記多孔質層は、金属基材の一の面に散布された粒度が45〜250μmのCu-Sn系合金が焼結されて形成され、
前記摺動層は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと炭素繊維を少なくとも含む樹脂系材料が、前記摺動層に前記凹凸面を転写する凹凸形状を有したローラで前記多孔質層に含浸され、焼成されて形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の半割軸受。
