Claims (10)
- 下端が開放した複数の電池支持フレーム及びその開放端に対応する1つのバッフルを含み、前記支持フレームの開放下端、上端及び前記バッフルの両側に対応して水平突出エッジが設けられ、
複数の電池支持フレームの1つの開放端にバッフルが設けられ、
他の支持フレームが垂直にこのフレームの上端に積み重ねて設けられ、
支持フレームとバッフルの間、積み重ねて設けられた支持フレームの間は対応する水平突出エッジにおいてボルトによって接続され、
前記支持フレームとバッフルの内壁に電池位置決め溝が形成され、
外壁に電池位置決め溝の軸方向に沿って縦方向に凸条が形成され、
外壁凸条と内壁電池位置決め溝の間に熱交換チャンネルが貫通して形成されている、
ことを特徴とする電池パック取付放熱フレーム。 - 前記支持フレームとバッフルの内壁に少なくとも間隔をおいて2つの電池位置決め溝が形成され、
前記支持フレームとバッフル外壁の凸条が2つの電池位置決め溝の間に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック取付放熱フレーム。 - 前記支持フレーム及びバッフル外壁の上端の両側に前記凸条と同じ高さの支持リブが設けられ、
支持リブと凸条の間、凸条と凸条の間に燕尾形の内凹み溝が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック取付放熱フレーム。 - 前記凸条の熱交換チャンネルにドラフトチューブを接続させるためのねじやまが設けられ、
ねじやまの周りに貫通溝が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック取付放熱フレーム。 - 前記支持フレームの開放下端及び上端の水平突出エッジに対応する凸条又は凹み溝が設けられ、
前記バッフルの水平突出エッジに支持フレームの下端の水平突出エッジに対応する凸条又は凹み溝が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック取付放熱フレーム。 - 前記水平突出エッジにおける凸条又は凹み溝の両側に対応する凹み溝形状又は凸条形状の剛性封止線が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池パック取付放熱フレーム。 - 前記支持フレームの上端の水平突出エッジがその側壁の水平凸台に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池パック取付放熱フレーム。 - 前記水平凸台に通り穴が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池パック取付放熱フレーム。 - 前記支持フレームにおける電池位置決め溝の間にセパレーターが設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック取付放熱フレーム。 - 前記支持フレーム及びバッフルの外壁の凸条に放熱・スリップ防止に用いる突出リブが設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック取付放熱フレーム。
