Abstract
Description
・静止段階の間(車両が静止しているとき)、両エンジンとも停止する。
・始動時、電動機によって、車をより高い速度(25または30km/h)まで動かす。
・より高い速度に達すると、燃焼機関に取って変わる。
・速やかな加速の場合には、両エンジンとも同時に動作し、それによって同出力のエンジンと同等の、さらにはそれよりも高い加速度を有することが可能となる。
・減速、および制動段階では、運動エネルギーを用いて、バッテリを再充電する(この機能は、現在市販されている全てのハイブリッドエンジンにおいて利用可能であるというわけではないことに留意されたい)。
・タンクの壁を得るために、溶融した熱可塑性パリソンを型で成形し、冷ます段階と、
・タンクの壁の熱可塑性物質と同様の熱可塑性物質、またはタンクの壁の熱可塑性物資と相溶性のある(compatible)熱可塑性物質を含む繊維補強材を選択し、補強材の熱可塑性物質が軟化、さらには溶融するように、この補強材を加熱する段階と、

・適切なツールによって補強材を把持する。
・補強材を、タンクの補強材付着ゾーンに移し、配置する。
・力(好ましくは均一な力)を溶接ゾーン全体に印加するか、または補強材の溶接ゾーンの様々な部分に順次印加する。
・図4は、ダイアフラム(9)を備えた把持ツール(5)が、次の段階(図5)における溶接圧力の均一性を保証するために、ライン系(8)からの真空吸引力によって、(矢印で示す方向に)ダイアフラムと補強材との間の空気を抜き取りながら補強材(2)を把持する様子を示す。この吸引のための封止は、可撓性要素(10)を用いて行われる。

Claims (20)
- 熱可塑性壁と、外側表面の少なくとも一部分に繊維補強材とを備える燃料タンクを製造する方法であって、
前記タンクの前記壁を得るために、溶融した熱可塑性パリソンを型で成形し、冷ます段階と、
前記タンクの前記壁の熱可塑性物質と同様の熱可塑性物質、または前記タンクの前記壁の熱可塑性物質と相溶性のある熱可塑性物質を含む繊維補強材を選択し、前記補強材の前記熱可塑性物質が軟化、さらには溶融するように、前記補強材を加熱する段階と、
前記2つの要素の溶接を可能とする力を加えることによって、前記補強材を前記タンクの前記外側表面に付着させる段階と
を含む、方法。 - 前記タンク壁の前記成形中、または前記成形後に、前記壁に少なくとも1つの耐圧縮ゾーンを設け、前記ゾーンが、前記補強材の前記溶接ゾーンに(少なくとも部分的に)含まれるか、またはその付近に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 請求項17から19のいずれか一項に記載のタンク、または請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られるタンクの、ハイブリッド車両燃料タンクとしての使用。
