Description

Claims (20)
- ガス注入口と、ガス排出口と、狭窄部分とを有し、前記ガス注入口と前記ガス排出口との間の濃縮部を含む廃水濃縮器を使用する、天然ガス井戸からの還流水から汚染物質を除去するためのプロセスであって、
試薬と天然ガス井戸からの液体還流水とを混合し、前記試薬が前記液体還流水内で可溶性化合物と反応して不溶性化合物を形成する工程と、
前記濃縮部内でガスと前記液体還流水とを混合して、ガスと、前記不溶性化合物を含む飛沫同伴液体還流水との混合物を形成する工程と、
前記飛沫同伴液体還流水の少なくともいくらかが前記ガスから除去され、デミスターの排水溜め内に収集されるデミスター内に、混合した前記ガスと前記飛沫同伴液体還流水とを案内する工程と、
前記デミスターの排水溜め内の前記飛沫同伴液体還流水の一部を除去し、前記飛沫同伴液体還流水内の懸濁固形物および不溶性化合物が前記液体廃水の液体部分から分離される沈殿槽に、前記飛沫同伴液体還流水の部分を送出する工程と、
前記沈殿槽から分離された前記固形物部分を除去し、分離された液体部分を前記デミスターの排水溜めに戻す工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするプロセス。 - 前記試薬は、硫酸ナトリウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記可溶性化合物は、塩化バリウムであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記硫酸ナトリウムからの硫酸イオンは、前記塩化バリウムからのバリウムイオンと反応して、極めて不溶性の硫酸バリウムを形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記試薬は、前記濃縮部に液体還流水を注入するための液体還流水注入口に接続される試薬槽内に貯蔵されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記試薬は、前記狭窄部分の上流で前記濃縮部に接続される試薬槽内に貯蔵されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記沈殿槽から除去された前記分離された固形物部分は、さらなる固体/液体の分離のために、真空ベルト濾過システムに送られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記不溶性化合物は、前記沈殿槽からの除去後に精製されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 精製された前記不溶性化合物は、井戸掘削泥水での使用のために販売されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- ポンプが前記濃縮部に試薬を供給し、前記ポンプは、前記可溶性化合物と完全に反応するために必要となる試薬量のおおよそ150%からおおよそ600%を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ポンプは、前記可溶性化合物と完全に反応するために必要となる試薬量のおおよそ200%からおおよそ500%を供給することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ポンプは、前記可溶性化合物と完全に反応するために必要となる試薬量のおおよそ400%を供給することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記液体廃水は、おおよそ250,000ppmを超える溶解固形物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 天然ガス井戸からの還流水のための還流濃縮および汚染物質除去システムであって、
ガス注入口と、
ガス排出口と、
前記ガス注入口と前記ガス排出口との間に配置され、前記濃縮部内のガス流が加速する狭窄部分を有する濃縮部と、
還流水が通って前記濃縮部内に注入され、前記狭窄部分の上流で前記濃縮部内に配置される液体注入口と、
前記狭窄部分の下流に配置され、前記ガス流から飛沫同伴液滴を除去するデミスターと、
前記濃縮部内に試薬を注入するために前記濃縮部に接続され、試薬の供給量を保持するための試薬槽と、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記試薬槽に接続される試薬ポンプをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記試薬槽は、前記液体注入口に接続されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記試薬槽は、前記狭窄部分の上流で前記濃縮部に接続されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記デミスターによって除去される前記飛沫同伴液滴は、排水溜め内に収集されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記排水溜めは、沈殿槽に接続され、収集された前記飛沫同伴液滴の液体部分および固体部分が、前記沈殿槽内で互いに分離することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記沈殿槽は、収集された前記飛沫同伴液滴の液体部分を前記排水溜めに戻す戻りラインを有する排水溜めに接続されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
