Claims (22)
- リハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシンであって、
床面によって支持されるように構成されたフレームワークと、
前記フレームワークと動作可能に接続され、かつ、回転可能なフライホイールと動作可能にさらに接続された第1および第2のクランクアームと、
第1および第2の可動ハンドルバーと、
第1および第2のフットペダルと、
前記回転可能なフライホイールと動作可能に接続され、かつ、前記回転可能なフライホイールを作動させるように構成されると共に、前記モータと滑車とから成るアセンブリは可変速度で動作する能力を備え、それによって、可変速度で前記回転可能なフライホイールを作動させるように為すモータと滑車とから成るアセンブリと、
第1の端部および第2の端部を各々有する第1および第2のカプラリンクであって、前記第1のカプラリンクの第1の端部は前記第1のクランクアームと動作可能に接続され、かつ、前記第1のカプラリンクの第2の端部は前記第1の可動ハンドルバーと動作可能に接続され、前記第2のカプラリンクの第1の端部は前記第2のクランクアームと動作可能に接続され、かつ、前記第2のカプラリンクの第2の端部は前記第2の可動なハンドルバーと動作可能に接続され、かつ、前記第1のフットペダルは前記第1のカプラリンクと第2のカプラを介して動作可能に接続され、かつ、前記第2のフットペダルは前記第2のカプラリンクと動作可能に接続されるようになっている前記第1および第2のカプラリンクと、
速度ノブを備えたモータコントローラであって、前記モータと滑車とから成るアセンブリと動作可能に接続され、かつ、前記モータと滑車とから成るアセンブリの可変速度を制御する能力を備えているモータコントローラと、を備えることを特徴とするリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。 - 前記モータコントローラと動作可能に接続され、かつ、前記モータコントローラの速度ノブを制御するように動作するマイクロコントロールユニットをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記モータと滑車とから成るアセンブリのモータは、前記モータと滑車とから成るアセンブリを前記回転可能なフライホイールから切り離すことを可能にするオーバーランするクラッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記フレームワークの周りに構成される壇であって、該壇は、少なくとも1個の段を備え、該少なくとも1個の段は前記マシンのユーザが該ユーザの両足を前記フットペダル上に載せるための補助を行うようになっている壇をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記壇は、前記マシンのユーザが該ユーザの両足を前記フットペダル上に置くための補助を行うようになっている少なくとも1つの傾斜領域をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記壇は、該壇に取り付けられた調整可能な手摺りをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記壇は該壇に取り付けられた調整可能な手摺りをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記マシンを使用しながら、前記マシンのユーザが座れるようになっている、前記マシンと結合された調整可能なベンチをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記マイクロコントロールユニットが接続された計算デバイスであって、コンピュータにより測定可能なデータを計算デバイスへ送信する手段を備えた計算デバイスをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記第1および第2のフットペダルは、前記ユーザの両足が前記フットペダル上にある間、前記マシンのユーザの足が気ままな動きをしないようにするホルスタおよびストラップ構成を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記モータと滑車とから成るアセンブリの前記モータの速度を遠隔制御するための遠隔制御装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記モータと滑車とから成るアセンブリのモータを停止させるための停止機構をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記第1および第2の可動ハンドルバーは、取っ手を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記マイクロコントロールユニットは、前記モータと滑車とから成るアセンブリのモータ、前記フライホイールおよび前記取っ手とに複数のセンサを介して動作可能に接続されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記複数のセンサは、前記複数の電気信号をコンピュータ測定可能データに変換する手段を備えた前記マイクロコントロールユニットへ複数の電気信号を送信する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 計算デバイスをさらに備え、前記マイクロコントロールユニットは前記計算デバイスに接続され、かつ、前記複数のセンサは、前記マイクロコントロールユニットへ前記複数の電気信号を送信する手段を備え、前記マイクロコントロールユニットは、前記複数の電気信号をコンピュータ測定可能データに変換し、かつ、さらに、前記データを前記計算デバイスへ送信する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記計算デバイスは、前記コンピュータ測定可能データを復号化するためのプログラムをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記計算デバイスは、前記コンピュータ測定可能データを復号化するための前記プログラムにより復号化されたデータを複数の電気制御信号に変換するためのプログラムをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記計算デバイスは、前記復号化データから変換された前記複数の電気制御信号を前記マイクロコントロールユニットへ送信する手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記マイクロコントロールユニットはプログラム可能なプロセッサをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記プログラム可能なプロセッサは、前記コンピュータ測定可能データを復号化するためのプログラムを備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
- 前記プログラム可能なプロセッサは、前記コンピュータ測定可能データを復号化するための前記プログラムによって復号化されたデータを複数の電気制御信号に変換するためのプログラムをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のリハビリテーション兼エクササイズマシン。
