Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド心ロープ1は,外周面に長手方向に複数のらせん状の溝2aが形成された樹脂製ソリッド心2,上記複数のらせん状溝2aに沿って上記樹脂製ソリッド心1の外周面にらせん状にそれぞれ巻き付けられた,上記らせん状溝2aを埋める太さを持つ複数本の繊維束3,および上記繊維束3が巻き付けられた樹脂製ソリッド心2の外周面にらせん状に巻き付けられた複数本の鋼製のストランド4を備える。上記繊維束3と上記ストランド4とは互いに平行でない角度を持ってそれぞれ巻き付けられている。

Claims (4)
- 外周面に長手方向に複数のらせん状の溝が形成された樹脂製ソリッド心,
上記複数のらせん状溝に沿って上記樹脂製ソリッド心の外周面にらせん状にそれぞれ巻き付けられた,上記らせん状溝を埋める太さを持つ複数本の繊維束,および
上記繊維束が巻き付けられた樹脂製ソリッド心の外周面にらせん状に巻き付けられた複数本の鋼製ストランドを備え,
上記繊維束と上記ストランドとが互いに平行でない角度を持ってそれぞれ巻き付けられている,
ハイブリッド心ロープ。 - 上記繊維束と上記ストランドとがなす角度が20度〜160度の範囲にある,
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド心ロープ。 - 上記樹脂製ソリッド心の断面面積と上記複数本の繊維束の合計の断面面積の比率が,樹脂製ソリッド心:繊維束=80:20〜40:60の範囲にある,
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド心ロープ。 - 樹脂製ソリッド心の中に補強材が設けられている,
