Abstract
【解決手段】第1の吸気ポート3および第1の圧力ポート4を備える第1のポンプ1を有し、第2の吸気ポート7および第2の圧力ポート8を備える第2のポンプ2を有し、供給装置5を有する、液体添加剤のための送達装置6であって、供給装置5は第1のラインシステム9を介して第1の圧力ポート4に接続され、第1の吸気ポート3は第2のラインシステム10を介して液体添加剤のためのタンク13に接続され、さらに第2の圧力ポート8は第3のラインシステム11を介してタンク13に接続され、第2のラインシステム10および第3のラインシステム11は互いから分離される、送達装置6に関する。

Claims (9)
- 第1の吸気ポート(3)および第1の圧力ポート(4)を備える第1のポンプ(1)を有し、第2の吸気ポート(7)および第2の圧力ポート(8)を備える第2のポンプ(2)を有し、供給装置(5)を有する、液体添加剤のための送達装置(6)であって、前記供給装置(5)は第1のラインシステム(9)を介して前記第1の圧力ポート(4)に接続され、前記第1の吸気ポート(3)は第2のラインシステム(10)を介して前記液体添加剤のためのタンク(13)に接続され、さらに前記第2の圧力ポート(8)は第3のラインシステム(11)を介して前記タンク(13)に接続され、前記第2のラインシステム(10)および前記第3のラインシステム(11)は互いから分離される、送達装置(6)。
- 前記第2のラインシステム(10)がフィルタ(18)により前記タンク(13)から分離されている、請求項1に記載の送達装置(6)。
- 少なくとも前記第1のラインシステム(9)にパルスダンパ(17)が設けられる、請求項1または2に記載の送達装置(6)。
- 前記第2のポンプ(2)がバルブとして作動するように設計される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の送達装置(6)。
- 前記第2のポンプ(2)が停止する場合、前記第2の吸気ポート(7)から前記第2の圧力ポート(8)までの方向において、前記第2のポンプ(2)が前記第1のラインシステム(9)および前記第3のラインシステム(11)を互いから分離する、請求項4に記載の送達装置(6)。
- 前記第2のラインシステム(10)および前記第3のラインシステム(11)が各々、ホースラインを有し、前記ホースラインがタンク(13)に接続される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の送達装置(6)。
- 少なくとも以下の工程:
a)前記第1のラインシステム(9)、前記第2のラインシステム(10)および前記第3のラインシステム(11)を清浄するために前記第1のポンプ(1)および前記第2のポンプ(2)を同時に作動する工程と、
b)前記清浄プロセスを終了するために前記第2のポンプ(2)を停止させる工程と、
c)前記供給装置(5)により液体添加剤を投与するために前記第1のポンプ(1)を作動する工程と、
を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の送達装置(6)を作動するための方法。 - 工程a)の間、液体添加剤が前記供給装置(5)により投与される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 内燃エンジン(15)を有し、前記内燃エンジン(15)の排気ガスを浄化するための排気ガス処理装置(12)を有する、自動車(14)であって、前記排気ガス処理装置(12)上に、供給装置(5)が設けられ、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の送達装置(6)によって、前記供給装置(5)を介して液体添加剤が前記排気ガス処理装置(12)内に投与され得る、自動車(14)。
