Abstract
【解決手段】各需要家に設けられる需要家端末と、前記需要家端末の各々に接続される電力管理装置とを有する電力管理システムであって、前記需要家端末の各々は、前記需要家周辺での局地的な気象予測を取得する気象予測取得手段と、前記気象予測に基づき当該気象予測で予測された期間での消費電力と削減可能な電力量とを予測する電力予測手段と、を備え、前記電力管理装置は、前記需要家端末の各々で算出された前記消費電力及び前記電力量の夫々を積算し、前記需要家全体での総消費電力と総削減可能電力量とを算出する積算手段と、を備える。

Claims (9)
- 各需要家に設けられる需要家端末と、前記需要家端末の各々に接続される電力管理装置とを有する電力管理システムであって、
前記需要家端末の各々は、前記需要家周辺での局地的な気象予測を取得する気象予測取得手段と、前記気象予測に基づき当該気象予測で予測された期間での消費電力と削減可能な電力量とを予測する電力予測手段と、
を備え、
前記電力管理装置は、前記需要家端末の各々で予測された前記消費電力及び前記電力量の夫々を積算し、前記需要家全体での総消費電力と総削減可能電力量とを算出する積算手段と、
を備える電力管理システム。 - 前記電力管理装置は、前記需要家の各々が所属する地域を含んだ広域気象予測を取得する広域気象予測取得手段と、前記広域気象予測と前記地域における各需要家の存在位置とに基づいて、需要家毎の前記気象予測を導出する気象予測手段と、
を更に備え、
前記気象予測取得手段は、前記気象予測手段で導出された自己の需要家用の前記気象予測を取得する請求項1に記載の電力管理システム。 - 前記需要家端末の各々は、前記需要家周辺での局地的な気象実績を取得する気象実績取得手段を更に備え、
前記電力管理装置は、前記需要家端末の各々で取得された前記気象実績と、当該気象実績が取得された需要家及び期間に対応する前記気象予測とを用いて、気象予測の誤差を表した誤差情報を算出する誤差算出手段を更に備え、
前記気象予測手段は、前記誤差情報に応じた変動幅を前記気象予測に付加する請求項2に記載の電力管理システム。 - 前記気象予測手段は、前記誤差情報が予め定められた閾値を上回る場合に、当該誤差情報に応じた変動幅を前記気象予測に付加する請求項3に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記電力予測手段は、前記気象予測に前記変動幅が付加されている場合に、当該変動幅を加味して、前記需要家内の消費電力と削減可能な電力量とを予測する請求項3又は4に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記電力管理装置は、前記気象予測に前記変動幅が付加されている場合に、当該気象予測に基づき予測された前記消費電力及び前記電力量を、前記変動幅に応じて調整する調整手段を更に備える請求項3〜5の何れか一項に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記広域気象予測取得手段は、前記需要家の各々が所属する地域を含んだ広域の気象予測を行う第3機関から、前記広域気象予測を取得する請求項2に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記気象予測は、温度、湿度、CO2濃度、風向、風速、天気、日射量、雲量、降水量及び降雪量のうち、何れか一以上の要素を含む請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の電力管理システム。
- 気象予測取得手段が、需要家周辺での局地的な気象予測を取得する気象予測取得工程と、
電力予測手段が、前記気象予測に基づき当該気象予測で予測された期間での消費電力と削減可能な電力量とを予測する電力予測工程と、
積算手段が、前記需要家の各々について予測された前記消費電力及び前記電力量の夫々を積算し、前記需要家全体での総消費電力と総削減可能電力量とを算出する積算工程と、
を含む電力管理方法。
