Description

The present invention relates to an air conditioner with a luminaire, and relates to an improvement of an air conditioner with a luminaire in which the luminaire is integrated with the air conditioner.

At present, air conditioners (hereinafter referred to as air conditioners) such as air conditioners for cooling and / or heating have been installed not only in desk work offices but also in factories, hospitals, homes, and other rooms.

This type of air conditioner generally discharges cold air and warm air from the indoor air-conditioned air outlet, so that only the people near the air outlet are directly exposed to cold air or warm air, causing discomfort, There were problems such as unevenness and dust.

Therefore, in recent years, for example, a bag-shaped duct filter with a closed end is formed of a material woven from synthetic resin yarn made of polypropylene (PP), for example, and the opening side of the bag-shaped duct filter is attached to a cold air or warm air outlet. It has been arranged to hang from the ceiling of the room, send cold air or warm air under pressure into the bag-shaped duct filter from the opening side, and discharge cold air or warm air from the entire surface of the duct filter. .

By performing such construction, it is difficult for the indoor person to feel the wind, an indoor environment with less temperature unevenness is obtained, and it is difficult to raise dust and dust.

As a known technique of such an air conditioner, for example, a cooling device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-230746 (Patent Document 1) and a sock filter disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-22926 (Patent Document 2) are disclosed.

Patent Document 1 is a cooling device that is attached to a ceiling portion of a room to be cooled and supplies cold air, and has a built-in cooler, a blower, and the like, and a cooling unit that has a suction port for sucking air from the room to be cooled; A fabric sock duct suspended from the ceiling and having one end communicating with the cooling unit and the other end closed, and air was sucked from the suction port by the blower and heat exchanged with the cooler. After that, it blows into the sock duct and is supplied to the cooled room from the sock duct, so that drying of articles in the cooled room can be prevented without lowering the sensible temperature of the worker more than necessary. Is.

Patent Document 2 forms a non-combustible sock filter from a filter layer and a non-combustible material layer, and is provided with an antibacterial / deodorant material layer inside the non-combustible material layer. The sock filter which is excellent in the

By the way, as a patent document regarding the structure which combined the illuminating device with the air conditioner, there exists an illuminating device integrated air conditioner shown, for example in utility model registration 3125067 (patent document 3).

This Patent Document 3 discloses a heat exchanger built in a housing, and an opening formed at a substantially center of the bottom of the housing in communication with an air intake path formed on the air intake side of the heat exchanger. Part, an air filter disposed in the air intake path, a lighting device in which a power LED and a heat sink are provided on the board and the board is attached to the opening, and an air inlet communicating with the air intake path A cooling / warming air outlet formed outside the opening and formed at the bottom of the housing, and a fan for blowing the heat-exchanged cooling / warming air to the cooling / warming air outlet, and the lighting device in the heat exchanger It is configured to be supplied with air heated by, and is small in size and suitable for space saving and miniaturization, and also suitable for energy saving.

Utility Model Registration No. 3125067

However, the above-described air conditioners according to Patent Documents 1 and 2 are generally constructed and arranged independently at positions different from the essential lighting fixtures in the room, which has been an obstacle to saving space. The ceiling space in the room was not clean and did not look good.

The above-described air conditioner according to Patent Document 3 blows out the cooling / heating air from the heat exchanger disposed behind the lighting device from a blow-out opening provided around the lighting device. Had similar difficulties.

As a result of diligent observation and research on duct filters and sock filters using materials woven with synthetic resin yarn, the present inventor has hitherto been thought to be impractical because the lighting effect in the room is reduced when the lighting fixture is covered with a filter. However, the present invention has been completed by paying attention to the fact that, depending on the device, even if the lighting fixture is covered with a filter, the lighting effect does not decrease, and in some cases, a good lighting environment can be obtained.

For example, in a cultural property storage, it is often not desirable to apply a cold or warm airflow to a cultural property or to illuminate it with illumination light. Often necessary.

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and can provide both an indoor lighting and air conditioning, can easily save the space of the facility, and provides an air conditioner with a lighting fixture that can obtain a lighting effect. With the goal.

In order to solve such a problem, an air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention includes a chamber part into which air-conditioning air is press-fitted to form a closed closed space related to the air-conditioning air, and the closed space. A lighting fixture that emits and emits illumination light, and a filter that is arranged to form at least a part of the chamber in the illumination light irradiation direction and attenuates the illumination light to transmit to the outside. And a filter part for ventilating air for air conditioning in the closed space to the outside.

The air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention comprises a sheet-like filter woven with synthetic resin yarn as the filter part, and has a transmissivity of irradiation light of 30 to 90%. May be 6 to 170 cc / cm 2 · sec.

The air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention can be configured to use an LED as a light source as the lighting fixture portion.

The air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention may have a configuration in which the lower surface side of the chamber portion is partially formed by the filter portion.

The air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention may have a configuration in which the entire chamber portion is formed of the filter portion.

In such an air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention, the illumination light from the lighting fixture arranged in the closed space is attenuated by the filter part that forms at least a part of the chamber part and is irradiated to the outside. Since the air-conditioning air that has flowed into the closed space of the chamber portion is vented to the outside through the filter portion, both indoor lighting and air-conditioning are possible, and it is easy to save space in the facility.

In the air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention, when the filter part having a light transmittance of 30 to 90% and a ventilation amount of the air for air conditioning of 6 to 170 cc / cm 2 · sec is disposed, In particular, both good indoor lighting and good air conditioning are possible.

In the air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention, when the lighting fixture portion is composed of LEDs, in particular, a soft lighting effect can be obtained and the filter portion is hardly deteriorated.

In the air conditioner with a lighting device according to the present invention, when the lower surface side of the chamber portion is partially formed by the filter portion, both illumination and air conditioning from the lower surface side to the room are possible.

In the air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention, when the entire chamber portion is formed by the filter portion, both indoor lighting and air conditioning are possible in a wider range.

Embodiments of an air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 are a schematic bottom view and a schematic cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of an air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention.

In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the chamber part 1 is formed into a flat rectangular frame shape by surrounding a strip-shaped metal plate such as an iron plate in a rectangular shape, and the end surface side of one side (upper side in FIG. 2) is formed. The abutting portion 3 formed by bending inward is abutted against the flat indoor ceiling portion 5 and is fixed to the indoor ceiling portion 5 by a member (not shown) in a state where one end face side is closed.

As shown in FIG. 3, the chamber portion 1 has a frame-shaped support side 9 on each side surface portion 7 of the four sides, the tip opposite to the contact portion 3 is bent slightly inward, A rectangular opening 11 is formed at the tip of the support side 9. Each support side 9 is fixed in a distributed manner such that bolts 13 hang down at a plurality of locations.

Returning to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the inside of the chamber portion 1 is a closed space 17 that is closed by the above-described indoor ceiling portion 5 and a filter portion 15 described later.

In the chamber portion 1, a duct pipe 19 is connected to one side or a plurality of side surface portions 7, and air for air conditioning is pressed into the closed space 17 from the duct pipe 19.

In the middle of the duct pipe 19, as shown in FIG. 2, a known heat exchanger 21 for cooling or heating the air-conditioning air is arranged, and the air-conditioning air cooled or heated by temperature control from the outside is, for example, 50 It is press-fitted at a pressure of ˜70 Pascals (Pa).

In the chamber portion 1, that is, in the closed space 17, a lighting fixture portion 23 that emits illumination light toward the opening portion 11 side is disposed.

In the closed space 17, the lighting fixture 23 is supported by a support member (not shown) in a horizontal state on the indoor ceiling 3 or the side 7 of the chamber 1, and on the lower surface of the support 25. A plurality of LEDs (light emitting diodes) d <b> 1 to d <b> 20 as light emitting light sources arranged in a fixed manner are formed.

The support substrate 25 supports the LEDs d1 to d20 and has a circuit pattern (not shown) for supplying a light emission drive signal to the LEDs d1 to d20. The light emission drive signal supplied from outside the chamber portion 1 via a wire (not shown) is supplied to the LED d1. To d20.

The LEDs d <b> 1 to d <b> 20 are conventionally known, and are arranged in a region corresponding to the opening 11 of the chamber portion 1 in, for example, five vertical rows and four horizontal rows at a predetermined interval. It emits light. The LEDs d1 to d20 mainly emit visible light, and emit very little ultraviolet and infrared light.

The filter unit 15 is arranged so as to block the irradiation light in the irradiation direction of the illumination light from the LEDs d1 to d20 so as to block the opening 11 of the chamber unit 1, and attenuates the illumination light from the LEDs d1 to d20. It has a function of transmitting light to the outside and venting air for air conditioning in the closed space 17 to the outside.

As shown in FIG. 3, the filter portion 15 is a rectangular sheet having the same shape as the planar inner shape of the chamber portion 1 or a slightly smaller shape, and is a metal having the same shape as the support side 9 of the chamber portion 1. The support frame 27 is fixed and supported by a fixing tape (not shown). The support frame 27 is not shown except for FIG.

That is, a first fastening tape portion (not shown) having, for example, an infinite number of loop raisings and forming one of the fastening tapes is fixed to the support frame 27 over the entire circumference of one side. A second fastening tape portion (not shown) that has innumerable hook projections that are intertwined with the loop raising of the first fastening tape portion and that forms the other of the fastening tape is fixed to the edge of one surface over the entire circumference. Has been.

The filter portion 15 is fixed to the support frame 27 so as to cover the support frame 27 by stacking and fixing the first fixing tape portion and the second fixing tape portion.

The support frame 27 has a through hole 29 through which the bolt 13 penetrates when the support frame 27 is brought into contact with the support side 9 from below, and a nut 31 is screwed into the bolt 13 protruding from the through hole 29. The filter portion 15 is fixed to the support side 9 and covers the opening 11 of the chamber portion 1 to form a closed space 17. The bolt 13 and the nut 31 are not shown except for FIG.

In FIG. 3, an ellipse indicated by a broken line is the connecting portion of the duct pipe 19 described above.

The filter unit 15 is a conventionally known sheet-like filter member obtained by plain weaving or twilling a white or light gray polypropylene (PP) synthetic resin yarn with a roughness of 100 μm to 200 μm and a thickness of about 0.1 mm. .

Moreover, the filter unit 15 has a light transmittance of, for example, 70% to 80%, an air-conditioning air flow rate of about 120 cc / cm 2 · sec, and a wind speed of about 0.3 m · sec. The air-conditioning state is formed.

For example, the filter unit 15 is configured such that the support frame 27 is brought into contact with the support side 9 and the bolt 13 protruding from the support frame 27 with respect to the chamber unit 1 in which the contact unit 3 is fixed in contact with the indoor ceiling unit 5. It is constructed by a method of fixing in a state where the opening 11 of the chamber portion 1 is closed by screwing the nut 31.

In the air conditioner with lighting equipment having such a configuration, when cold air, for example, is pressed from the duct pipe 19 into the closed space 17 of the chamber portion 1, the cold air flows through the filter portion 15 and flows down into the room.

At this time, if the LEDs d1 to d20 are controlled to be turned on, the light emitted from the LEDs d1 to d20 is attenuated in the process of passing through the filter unit 15 and is radiated indoors while being diffusely reflected, and the light emitted from the LEDs d1 to d20. Is weakened, or the light is irradiated from a linear light as multidirectional light.

Such an air conditioner with a lighting device of the present invention is configured such that the air conditioning air is press-fitted and the chamber portion 1 that forms a closed closed space 17 related to the air-conditioned air, and the illumination light disposed in the closed space 17. LEDs d1 to d20 as lighting fixtures 23 that emit light and form a closed space 17 by closing the lower opening 11 of the chamber 1 in the illumination direction of the illumination light, and attenuate the illumination light from these LEDs d1 to d20 The filter unit 15 transmits light to the outside, and the filter unit 15 allows the air for air conditioning in the closed space 17 to vent to the outside.

In addition, the filter unit 15 is formed in a sheet shape woven with synthetic resin yarn, the transmissivity of the irradiation light is 70% to 80%, and the airflow of the air for air conditioning is 120 cc / cm 2 · sec. It is about.

For this reason, a slight breeze of about 0.3 m / sec, for example, that is not perceived by people in the room from the entire surface of the filter unit 15 is uniformly and gently blown, and only the area around the outlet is cold or warm, or directly receives cold or warm air. In addition to eliminating discomfort, it is possible to keep the temperature almost uniform throughout the room, and to capture foreign matter such as dust and insects with the filter unit 15 and send only clean air into the room, The appearance of the indoor ceiling part 5 is also improved.

And even if it uses LEDd1-d20 which is easy to irradiate a linear strong light for the lighting fixture 21, since the irradiation light from LEDd1-d20 will be weakened or it will irradiate as light in multiple directions, it will be as indirect illumination. The lighting environment is provided as if it has been given, and the working environment is improved by becoming light that is kind to human eyes.

In addition, the LEDs d1 to d20 mainly emit visible light, and particularly emit very little ultraviolet light. Therefore, there is an advantage that the filter portion 15 formed by weaving synthetic resin yarn is less likely to deteriorate over time.

By the way, in the above-described embodiment according to the present invention, the abutment portion 3 provided on one end surface side of the chamber portion 1 is brought into contact with the flat indoor ceiling portion 5 and the upper end is closed by the indoor ceiling portion 5. However, the present invention is not limited to this.

For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a configuration in which the chamber portion 1 is fixed to the indoor ceiling portion 5 in a state where the abutting portion 3 side of the chamber portion 1 is inserted into the concave portion 33 formed in the indoor ceiling portion 5, and FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, a configuration in which the chamber portion 1 is fixed and closed to the indoor ceiling portion 5 so as to cover the concave portion 33 without inserting the chamber portion 1 into the concave portion 33 formed in the indoor ceiling portion 5 is also possible.

In the configuration shown in FIG. 5, if the contact portion 35 provided on one end surface side of the chamber portion 1 is formed to be bent outward, the contact portion 35 is brought into contact with the indoor ceiling portion 5 to fix the chamber portion 1. Is possible.

In any configuration, a closed space 17 is formed by the chamber portion 1, the indoor ceiling portion 5, and the filter portion 15. Of course, the structure which forms the closed space 17 only by the chamber part 1 and the filter part 15 is also possible.

Further, the chamber portion 1 is not limited to the rectangular frame shape, and the forming material is arbitrary.

In the present invention, the configuration in which the filter unit 15 is fixed to the chamber unit 1 is not limited to the configuration in which the filter unit 15 is fixed to the support side 9 of the chamber unit 1.

For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a first fastening tape portion 37 a is fixed to the outer periphery of the side surface portion 7 of the chamber portion 1 in the vicinity of the opening 11 in a loop shape in the circumferential direction. The second fastening tape portion 37b is fixed to the edge of the large-diameter filter portion 15 in a loop shape in the circumferential direction, the filter portion 15 closes the opening 11 of the chamber portion 1, and the second portion of the filter portion 15 A configuration in which the fastening tape portion 37b is fastened to the first fastening tape portion 37a of the chamber portion 1 and only the filter portion 15 is directly fixed to the side surface portion 7 of the chamber portion 1 without using the support frame 27 is also possible. is there.

Moreover, if the filter unit 15 is detachably fixed to the chamber unit 1, the filter unit 15 can be easily replaced and cleaned.

In the above-described embodiment of the air conditioner with a lighting apparatus according to the present invention, the closed space 17 is formed by partially closing the lower surface side of the frame-shaped chamber portion 1 with the filter portion 15. A configuration in which the closed space 17 is formed by the filter portion 15 is also possible.

And as for the filter part 15 of the air conditioner with a lighting fixture which concerns on this invention, the transmittance | permeability of irradiation light is not restricted to 70% -80%, It is the range of 30-90%, Preferably it is the range of 50-80%. The air-conditioning air flow rate is preferably 6 to 170 cc / cm 2 · sec, preferably 50 to 150 cc / cm 2 · sec, and the object of the present invention can be achieved by carrying out according to the construction environment. Is possible.

7-9 is a figure which shows the structure which formed the chamber part 1 whole with the filter part 15 in this invention.

7-9, the lighting fixture 39 is elongate, for example, the linear light-emitting part 41 which consists of a conventionally well-known rod-shaped fluorescent tube and several LED, and this on the upper side of this light-emitting part 41 in this. A reflection umbrella portion 43 arranged with a length substantially equal to this length, and a filter portion 45 that covers the light emitting portion 41 and the reflection umbrella portion 43 as a whole. That is, the filter part 45 also serves as a chamber part.

The reflecting umbrella portion 43 mainly reflects the emitted light from the light emitting portion 41 downward, and is supported and fixed to the tip of a support hanging portion 47 extending downward from the indoor ceiling portion 5 in the central portion in the longitudinal direction. Yes.

The light emitting unit 41 is fixed in a state where it is supported by the reflecting umbrella unit 43, and emits light by driving power via a cable (not shown) arranged on the support hanging unit 47.

The filter part 45 forms a long bag-like closed space 49 in which one end is closed by making a sheet-like filter made of substantially the same material as the above-described filter part 15 into an elongated cylindrical shape, and the other is opened. The above-described duct pipe (not shown) is connected to the end so that cooled or heated air-conditioning air is press-fitted.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the filter portion 45 is formed with a cut portion 51 having a length of the light emitting portion 41 or the reflective umbrella portion 43 along the longitudinal direction thereof, and a filter in the vicinity of the cut portion 51. For example, a first fastening tape portion 53a similar to the above-described first fastening tape portion 37a is linearly fixed to both inner surfaces of the portion 45.

In the reflective umbrella portion 43, a second fastening tape portion 53b to which the first fastening tape portion 53a is fastened is fixed linearly at a position where the first fastening tape portion 53a hits.

The notch 51 of the filter unit 45 is opened, the light emitting unit 41 and the reflective umbrella unit 43 are entirely wrapped with the filter unit 45, and the first fastening tape unit 45 a of the filter unit 45 is attached to the second fastening unit of the reflective umbrella unit 43. If it is fixed to the tape part 45 b, the filter part 45 is temporarily fixed to the reflecting umbrella part 43.

When air-conditioning air cooled or heated from a duct pipe is pressed into the filter unit 45, the filter unit 45 swells, and a breeze that is not felt by a person in the room is uniformly and gently blown from the entire surface of the filter unit 45. Similar to the above-described embodiment, discomfort such as direct contact with cold air or warm air is eliminated, and it is possible to obtain an effect of maintaining a substantially uniform temperature throughout the room.

And since the irradiation light from the light emitting part 41 is weakened or emitted as multi-directional light, an environment is provided as if indirect lighting is applied, and the working environment becomes light that is kind to human eyes. Maintained and improved. If the light emitting part 41 is formed of LEDs, the filter part 45 is unlikely to deteriorate over time.

10 and 11 are a schematic cross-sectional view and a main part exploded perspective view showing still another embodiment of the air conditioner with lighting equipment according to the present invention.

In the figure, one of the cylindrical chamber portions 57 (upper side in FIG. 10) is fitted into the cylindrical recess 55 formed in the indoor ceiling portion 5, and air for air conditioning is press-fitted into the recess 55. The duct pipe 57 is connected.

The chamber portion 57 is formed in the same cylindrical shape as the inner shape of the concave portion 55 by the same material as the chamber portion 1 described above, and the other (lower side in FIG. 10) is a flange 59 bent outward. It protrudes from the indoor ceiling 5.

Near the flange 59 in the inner hollow part of the chamber part 57, a light emitting part 63 made up of an LED or an incandescent bulb as the lighting fixture 61 is arranged so that the emitted light is irradiated downward.

The filter portion 65 is formed by making a sheet-like body made of substantially the same material as the filter portion 15 into an elongated cylindrical shape, closing one end (lower side in FIG. 11), and opening the other end (upper side in FIG. 11). It is a bag-like thing, is being fixed to the chamber part 57 so that the lighting fixture 61 and the flange 59 may be covered from the opening side, and the closed space 67 is formed.

The other opening side of the filter portion 65 is folded and fixed inside, and a single string 69 is passed through an annular hole formed by the folding portion as shown in FIG. If both ends of the string 69 are tied so that the outer periphery of the chamber part 57 is tightened, it is fixed to the chamber part 57 and does not fall off. If the string 69 is loosened, the filter part 65 can be easily removed from the chamber part 57.

Also in such an air conditioner with a lighting fixture, it is possible to ventilate the air-conditioning air that is press-fitted from the duct pipe 57 from the filter portion 65 in the above-described no-wind state, and to emit light from the lighting fixture 61. Light is radiated downward as if it were indirect illumination.

In particular, the configuration shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 is a well-constructed configuration using a disk-shaped “Anemo” (not shown) in the indoor ceiling portion 5 for the air-conditioning air outlet. Since it is possible to perform construction by removing the anemo and using most of the remaining configuration as it is, the configuration is simple and the construction cost is likely to be low.

As described above, the air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention has a configuration in which the lower surface side of the chamber portion 1 is partially formed by the filter portions 15 and 65, and the entire chamber portion is formed by the filter portion 45. It is also possible.

In short, the object of the present invention can be achieved by forming the closed spaces 17, 49, 67 by forming at least part or all of the chamber portions 1, 57 with the filter portions 15, 45, 65 in the irradiation direction of the illumination light. Is possible.

Further, in the air conditioner with a lighting fixture according to the present invention, the lighting fixtures 21, 39, 61 are optional, but if an LED that does not emit ultraviolet light is used, the filter portions 15, 45, 65, etc. will deteriorate over time. hard.

Furthermore, the closed spaces 17 and 49 formed by the chamber portion 1 in the present invention are closed spaces related to air-conditioning air that hardly leaks air-conditioning air as viewed from the press-fitting side for press-fitting air-conditioning air, that is, the duct pipe 19 side. is there.
