Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle control apparatus that can perform an appropriate pre-shift operation in a dual-clutch transmission while vehicle behavior stability control is simplified.SOLUTION: A control apparatus (14) of a hybrid vehicle (1) determines whether vehicle behavior stability control, which is implemented when the vehicle behavior is in an unstable state, is activated (step S101), and the output torque of a motor (3) is limited to be not more than a preset first motor torque T1 during the activation of the vehicle behavior stability control(step S102). At this time, it is determined whether there is a pre-shift request to a first motive force transmission system (4a) of a dual-clutch transmission (4) (step S103). When there is the pre-shift request to the first motive force transmission system (4a), the limitation of the output torque of the motor is changed from the first motor torque T1 to a second motor torque T2 such that the pre-shift can be performed (step S104).

Description

The present invention relates to a technical field of a control device for a hybrid vehicle that travels by transmitting power output from at least one of an engine and a motor to drive wheels via a dual clutch transmission.

In recent years, attention has been focused on a hybrid vehicle that travels using at least one of an internal combustion engine such as a gasoline engine or a diesel engine and a motor (electric motor) operable with electric power stored in a battery as a power source. The hybrid vehicle regeneratively drives a motor during deceleration to generate electric power, and the obtained electric power is charged in a battery and stored. Then, by driving the electric motor using the charged electric power, the fuel consumption of the internal combustion engine is reduced and the fuel efficiency is improved.

In general vehicles including hybrid vehicles, various vehicle behavior stabilization controls are used to stabilize the vehicle behavior during acceleration, braking, and turning. For example, there is a slip ratio control that stabilizes the vehicle behavior by securing the optimum traction by controlling the output of the engine or the motor when the slip ratio of the drive wheel exceeds a predetermined threshold value during acceleration. . In addition, when the slip ratio of the drive wheel during braking exceeds a predetermined threshold value, anti-lock brake control (hereinafter referred to as “stabilization”) of the vehicle is prevented by adjusting the brake braking force to prevent the drive wheel from being locked. , Referred to as “ABS control”). Further, there is a vehicle attitude control that stabilizes the vehicle behavior by canceling the yaw moment acting on the vehicle based on the understeer state or the oversteer state during turning.

When such vehicle behavior stabilization control is applied to a hybrid vehicle, it has been a problem that the control becomes complicated. That is, since a hybrid vehicle has an engine and a motor as power sources, in order to stabilize the vehicle behavior, it is necessary to coordinate the outputs of these engines and motors according to the vehicle behavior that changes every moment. There is a problem that the logic becomes very complicated and leads to an increase in cost.

With respect to such a problem, in Patent Document 1, when vehicle behavior stabilization control is performed, the output torque of a motor with good controllability is set to zero, and only the output from the engine is controlled. Simplify stable control. As a result, even in a hybrid vehicle, it is possible to divert the control logic used in a normal vehicle having only an engine as a power source.

In recent years, a dual clutch transmission using a plurality of clutches has attracted attention as a transmission for transmitting power from an engine or motor to drive wheels. Here, the outline of the dual clutch transmission will be briefly described. In the dual clutch transmission, the shift stages are classified into odd stages and even stages, and the clutches corresponding to the respective stages are provided. While the power is transmitted to the drive wheels in the connected state, the other clutch is kept in a disconnected state, and the next shift stage to be shifted is selected in advance according to the shift instruction (pre-shift is performed). Then, the shift operation can be completed in a very short shift period by switching one clutch to the disconnected state and switching the other clutch to the connected state. As a result, in the dual clutch transmission, energy loss associated with the shift operation can be reduced, so that fuel efficiency can be improved and shock during shifting can be reduced.

Here, when adopting a dual clutch transmission in a hybrid vehicle, if a motor is connected between the output side of the clutch and the input side of the transmission, a load is generated due to the inertia of the motor during pre-shifting. In this state, it is necessary to perform rotation alignment in advance so that there is no difference in rotational speed between the input side and the output side of the transmission. In other words, when pre-shifting is performed, a predetermined torque is output from the motor so that the rotational speed on the input side of the transmission to which the motor is attached matches the rotational speed on the output side, and gearing during pre-shifting is performed. It is necessary to alleviate the shock.

However, if the output torque of the motor is set to zero when the vehicle behavior stabilization control is performed as in Patent Document 1, it is not possible to perform rotation matching using such a motor. For this reason, pre-shifting cannot be performed while the vehicle behavior stabilization control is being performed, and the driver is forced to travel at a gear position that is not suitable for the traveling state, resulting in deterioration in fuel consumption and drivability. On the other hand, if the motor is allowed the torque necessary for pre-shifting, the motor torque may adversely affect the vehicle behavior stability control, and the stability of the vehicle behavior is reduced.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hybrid vehicle control device capable of appropriately performing a preshift operation in a dual clutch transmission while simplifying vehicle behavior stabilization control. .

In order to solve the above problems, a control device for a hybrid vehicle according to the present invention includes a first power transmission system capable of transmitting power of an engine and a motor to drive wheels, the engine of the first power transmission system, and the A first clutch provided between the motors; a second power transmission system capable of transmitting the power of the engine to the drive wheels; and a second clutch provided in the second power transmission system. A control device for a hybrid vehicle that travels by transmitting power generated by at least one of the engine and the motor to the drive wheels via a dual clutch transmission, wherein the control device is in an unstable vehicle behavior state. Vehicle behavior stabilization control means for controlling the vehicle to stabilize the vehicle behavior when it is determined that Pre-shift request determining means for determining whether or not a pre-shift request has been made prior to shift speed switching, and limiting the output torque of the motor to a preset first motor torque or less during the operation of the vehicle behavior stabilization control. When there is a preshift request for the first power transmission system, a motor that controls to limit the limit of the output torque of the motor from the first motor torque to a second motor torque capable of executing the preshift And torque control means.

According to the present invention, by limiting the output torque of a motor with good controllability to the first motor torque or less during the operation of the vehicle behavior stability control, the vehicle behavior stability control mainly using the engine can be performed even in a hybrid vehicle. Therefore, it is possible to simplify the cooperative control with the motor and avoid the complicated vehicle stability control. And only when there is a pre-shift request, by relaxing the limitation by the first motor torque to the second motor torque so that the motor torque necessary for adjusting the rotation speed at the time of pre-shift can be output, Pre-shifting can be enabled even during vehicle behavior stabilization control. Accordingly, it is possible to appropriately perform the preshift operation in the dual clutch transmission while simplifying the vehicle behavior stabilization control.

Preferably, the first motor torque is zero torque. According to this, when the vehicle behavior stabilization control is performed, the vehicle stability control can be further simplified by controlling only the output from the engine by limiting the output torque from the motor to zero. As a result, even in a hybrid vehicle, vehicle stability control can be easily implemented by diverting the control logic used in a normal vehicle having only an engine as a power source.

The second motor torque causes the input rotation speed of the transmission in the first power transmission system to which the motor is connected to coincide with the output rotation speed of the transmission in the first power transmission system. The torque should be set. According to this, while limiting the first motor torque during the operation of the vehicle behavior stabilization control, the influence of the output torque from the motor is eliminated and the vehicle behavior stabilization control is simplified, while the pre-shift request is made. By allowing the output of the second motor torque by the amount necessary for adjusting the rotational speed of the input / output shaft of the transmission to the pre-shift in the case of the pre-shift, the vehicle behavior stabilization control can be appropriately performed. A pre-shift can be performed.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram conceptually showing the overall configuration of the hybrid vehicle 1 according to the present embodiment. The hybrid vehicle 1 is a hybrid electric vehicle having an engine 2 and a motor 3 as driving power sources. The power of the engine 2 and the motor 3 is transmitted to the propeller shaft 5 through the dual clutch transmission 4 at a predetermined gear ratio. As will be described later, the dual clutch transmission 4 includes a plurality of clutches. By switching the connection state of the plurality of clutches, either the engine 2, the motor 3, or both the engine 2 and the motor 3 can be used as a power source. The power output from these is transmitted to the propeller shaft 5 side. The motive power transmitted to the propeller shaft 5 is driven by the drive wheels 8 via the differential 6 and the drive shaft 7 so that the hybrid vehicle 1 travels.

The engine 2 is an internal combustion engine that functions as one of the power sources of the hybrid vehicle 1, and may be a gasoline engine or a diesel engine. In the case of a gasoline engine, a so-called direct injection type gasoline engine that directly injects fuel into the combustion chamber may be used.

The motor 3 is an electric motor including a stator (stator) that generates a predetermined magnetic field and a rotor (rotor) that rotates across the magnetic field generated by the stator, and is incorporated in the dual clutch transmission 4. It is. The motor 3 is driven by power supplied from the battery 10 via the inverter 9 to generate a driving torque, and functions as one of the power sources of the hybrid electric vehicle 1. When the motor 3 is regeneratively driven, it generates electric power by generating regenerative energy and also functions as a regenerative brake by generating braking torque. The electric power generated by the motor 3 is DC converted by the inverter 9 and then charged to the battery 10.

Here, the operation of the dual clutch transmission 4 will be specifically described with reference to FIG. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the operation of the dual clutch transmission 4 when the hybrid vehicle 1 according to this embodiment is shifted. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the power transmission path to the propeller shaft 5 is shown thick.

The dual clutch transmission 4 has a first power transmission system 4a and a second power transmission system 4b as paths for transmitting power to the drive wheel 8 side. FIG. 2A illustrates a case where power is transmitted to the propeller shaft 5 via the first power transmission system 4a. The first power transmission system 4a is a power transmission system capable of transmitting the power of the engine 2 and the motor 3 to the drive wheels 8. The first power transmission system 4a includes a first clutch 11a provided between the engine 2 and the motor 3 and an even gear ( And a transmission gear group 12a in charge of 2nd speed, 4th speed, and 6th speed).

On the other hand, FIG. 2B illustrates a case where power is transmitted to the propeller shaft 5 via the second power transmission system 4b. The second power transmission system 4b is a power transmission system capable of transmitting the power of the engine 2 to the drive wheels 8, and includes a second clutch 11b for switching the connection state between the engine 2 and the drive wheels 8 and an odd-numbered shift. And a transmission gear group 12b in charge of the stage (first speed, third speed, and fifth speed).

As shown in FIG. 2A, when the power of the engine 2 and the motor 3 is transmitted to the drive wheel 8 side via the first power transmission system 4a, the first clutch 11a is in a connected state. The second clutch 11b is in a disconnected state. At this time, in the transmission gear group 12b of the second power transmission system 4b, a gear stage to be shifted at the next timing is selected (preshifted) in advance.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2B, when the power of the engine 2 is transmitted to the drive wheel 8 side through the second power transmission system 4b, the second clutch 11b is in the connected state. The first clutch 11a is in a disconnected state. At this time, in the transmission gear group 12a of the first power transmission system 4a, a gear stage to be shifted at the next timing is selected (preshifted) in advance.

Thereby, in the dual clutch transmission 4, the time required for the shift operation can be shortened, and energy loss such as torque loss can be reduced. As described above, the hybrid vehicle 1 switches either the first power transmission system 4a or the second power transmission system 4b by alternately switching the connection state of the first clutch 11a and the second clutch 11b to connection / disconnection. Travel through while selecting the appropriate gear.

Returning again to FIG. 1, the battery 10 is a storage battery composed of secondary battery cells that store electric power for powering the motor 3. The battery 10 is charged with DC power in advance, and the DC power output at the time of discharging is AC converted by the inverter 9 and consumed for powering driving of the motor 3. On the other hand, when the motor 3 is regeneratively driven, AC power generated by the motor 3 is converted into DC by the inverter 9 and the battery 10 is charged.

The upper limit charge amount and the lower limit charge amount of the battery 10 are defined in advance according to various conditions such as the type and number of secondary battery cells constituting the battery 10. The amount of charge of the battery is controlled by the electronic device so as to be within the range of the upper limit charge amount to the lower limit charge amount. By preventing the battery 10 from falling into an overcharge / overdischarge state, the life of the battery 10 can be extended. It is illustrated.

Further, the hybrid vehicle 1 is provided with various sensors for detecting parameters necessary for performing various vehicle behavior stability controls such as slip ratio control, ABS control, and vehicle attitude control. Specifically, although not shown in FIG. 1, a wheel speed sensor, a yaw rate sensor, a steering sensor, a lateral acceleration sensor, a vehicle speed sensor, and the like are provided, and the vehicle is based on detection values from these sensors. Various vehicle behavior stabilization controls are implemented by comprehensively determining whether or not the behavior is disturbed.

In addition to the above, a sensor for detecting the rotational speeds of the input shaft and the output shaft of the motor 3 and the transmission 4 is provided as a sensor (not shown).

The degree of depression of the brake pedal 15 and the accelerator pedal 16 is detected by a sensor (not shown).

具体的には、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、ROM(Read Only Memory)及びRAM(Random Access Memory)等を備えて構成される電子制御ユニットであり、ROMに格納された制御プログラムに従って、後述する各種制御を実行することが可能に構成されている。 The ECU 14 operates the hybrid vehicle 1 based on detection values of various sensors provided in the hybrid vehicle 1 and information on acceleration / deceleration requests from the driver obtained from the brake pedal 15 and the accelerator pedal 16 (each depression amount). It is an electronic control unit that controls the whole. Specifically, it is an electronic control unit comprising a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), etc., and various types described later according to a control program stored in the ROM. It is configured to be able to execute control. For example, the ECU 14 controls the torque to be output from the engine 2 based on the above various information, or controls the inverter 9 to power drive or regenerate the motor 3. At that time, the ECU 14 determines whether or not the vehicle behavior is disturbed, and appropriately performs vehicle behavior stabilization control based on the determination result to stabilize the vehicle behavior.

Next, with reference to FIG. 3, the motor torque control performed in the hybrid vehicle 1 will be described. FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating motor torque control performed in the hybrid vehicle 1 according to the present embodiment. As will be described below, in the motor torque control, the ECU 14 functions as an example of the “vehicle behavior stabilization control means”, “preshift request determination means”, and “motor torque control means” of the present invention.

First, the ECU 14 determines whether vehicle behavior stabilization control is being performed (step S101). Here, as the vehicle behavior stabilization control, for example, when the slip ratio of the driving wheel exceeds a predetermined threshold value during acceleration, the engine or motor output control is performed to ensure optimal traction and to ensure the vehicle behavior. There is slip rate control that stabilizes. In addition, there is ABS control that stabilizes the vehicle behavior by preventing the lock of the drive wheel by adjusting the brake braking force when the slip ratio of the drive wheel exceeds a predetermined threshold value during braking. Further, there is a vehicle attitude control that stabilizes the vehicle behavior by canceling the yaw moment acting on the vehicle based on the understeer state or the oversteer state during turning.

When the vehicle behavior stabilization control is in operation (step S101: YES), the ECU 14 limits the output torque of the motor 3 to the first motor torque T1 (step S102). As described above, by limiting the output torque of the motor having good controllability to the first motor torque T1 or less during the operation of the vehicle behavior stability control, the vehicle behavior stability control mainly using the engine 2 can be performed even in the hybrid vehicle 1. Thus, the cooperative control with the motor 3 can be simplified to avoid the complicated vehicle stability control.

Particularly in the present embodiment, the first motor torque T1 is set to zero torque. According to this, when the vehicle behavior stabilization control is performed, the vehicle stability control can be further simplified by controlling only the output from the engine by limiting the output torque from the motor to zero. Thereby, also in the hybrid vehicle 1, vehicle stability control can be easily implemented by diverting the control logic used in a normal vehicle having only an engine as a power source.

When the vehicle behavior stabilization control is not in operation (step S101: NO), the output torque of the motor 3 is controlled as usual according to the running state (step S105).

Subsequently, the ECU 14 determines whether or not a preshift request has been made to the first power transmission system 4a during the operation of the vehicle behavior stabilization control (step S103). Since the motor 3 is coupled to the first power transmission system 4a, the motor 3 is set so that the input side rotation speed and the output side rotation speed of the transmission 4 to which the motor 3 is connected coincide with each other during pre-shifting. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the shock at the time of gearing in the pre-shift by outputting a predetermined torque. That is, if zero torque control is performed on the motor 3 having a large inertia force, the motor 3 becomes a load when the gear of the transmission 4 is engaged during pre-shifting, and a shock is generated when the gear is engaged and smooth. It may become impossible to perform a pre-shift. Therefore, when it is determined that a pre-shift request has been made for the first power transmission system 4a (step S103: YES), the output torque limit value of the motor 3 set to the first motor torque T1 in step S102. Is changed to the second motor torque T2 for enabling smooth pre-shifting (step S104).

Thus, only when there is a preshift request, the restriction by the first motor torque T1 is relaxed so that the second motor torque T2 necessary for adjusting the rotation speed by the motor 3 at the time of preshift can be output. As a result, pre-shifting can be enabled even during vehicle behavior stabilization control. Accordingly, it is possible to appropriately perform the preshift operation in the dual clutch transmission while simplifying the vehicle behavior stabilization control.

The second motor torque T2 is set to be larger than the first motor torque T1 (set to zero in this embodiment), and is a value detected by a rotation speed sensor of the input / output shafts of the motor 3 and the transmission 4 (not shown). Is calculated based on the following equation.
(1) Calculation of target motor speed during pre-shift Target motor speed = transmission output shaft speed x gear ratio of target gear stage after pre-shift Equation 1
(2) Requested motor torque calculation for matching the target motor speed with the actual motor speed Second motor torque T1 = proportional term, integral term, derivative term of PID (target motor speed-actual motor speed) x PID Control gain: Formula 2
As a result, by restricting to the first motor torque T1 during the operation of the vehicle behavior stabilization control, the influence of the output torque from the motor is eliminated to simplify the vehicle behavior stabilization control, while the pre-shift request is made. In such a case, by allowing the output of the second motor torque T2 as much as necessary for the preshift, the preshift can be appropriately performed even during the operation of the vehicle behavior stabilization control.

Since the second power transmission system 4b of the dual clutch transmission 4 is not provided with a motor, a normal synchronization function may be used when a pre-shift request such as the first power transmission system 4a is required.

When there is no preshift during the operation of the vehicle behavior stabilization control (step S103: NO), the output torque of the motor 3 is set to the limit value of the output torque of the motor 3 set to the first motor torque T1 in step S102. Limit and end control.

As described above, according to the present invention, the engine 2 is mainly used in a hybrid vehicle by limiting the output torque of the motor 3 with good controllability to the first motor torque T1 or less when the vehicle behavior stabilization control is activated. Thus, the vehicle behavior stability control can be performed, and the cooperative control with the motor 3 can be simplified to avoid the complexity of the vehicle stability control. Then, only when there is a preshift request, the restriction by the first motor torque T1 is relaxed to the second motor torque T2 so that the motor torque necessary for adjusting the rotational speed at the time of preshift can be output. Thus, pre-shifting can be enabled even during vehicle behavior stabilization control. Accordingly, it is possible to appropriately perform the preshift operation in the dual clutch transmission while simplifying the vehicle behavior stabilization control.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used for a control device for a hybrid vehicle that travels by transmitting power output from at least one of an engine and a motor to drive wheels via a dual clutch transmission.
