Abstract
【解決手段】希土類元素を含む酸性溶液にフッ素イオンを添加してフッ化希土類として固体化させ、固体化させたフッ化希土類を液相から分離する。さらに、前記固体化させたフッ化希土類を溶解させた被抽出溶液に、希土類元素の中から選ばれた目的金属と吸着できる吸着材を接触させ、前記溶液中の目的金属を前記吸着材に吸着させる吸着工程と、前記吸着工程を経て、目的金属を吸着した吸着材を逆抽出液に接触させ、前記吸着材に吸着した目的金属を逆抽出液に移動させる目的金属分離工程と
を含む。

Claims (11)
- 希土類元素を含む酸性溶液にフッ素イオンを添加してフッ化希土類として固体化させ、固体化させたフッ化希土類を液相から分離することを特徴とする希土類元素の抽出方法。
- 前記フッ化希土類として固体化させる際に、さらに酸性溶液にpH調整剤を添加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の希土類元素の抽出方法。
- 前記固体化させたフッ化希土類を溶解させた被抽出溶液に、希土類元素の中から選ばれた目的金属と吸着できる吸着材を接触させ、前記溶液中の目的金属を前記吸着材に吸着させる吸着工程と、
前記吸着工程を経て、目的金属を吸着した吸着材を逆抽出液に接触させ、前記吸着材に吸着した目的金属を逆抽出液に移動させる目的金属分離工程と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の希土類元素の抽出方法。 - 前記目的金属分離工程において目的金属イオンを逆抽出液に移動させた吸着材を再び前記吸着工程において被抽出溶液に接触させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の希土類元素の抽出方法。
- 前記逆抽出液に対し、複数回の目的金属分離工程を繰り返すことにより、逆抽出液中の目的金属濃度を高めることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の希土類元素の抽出方法。
- 前記被抽出溶液に対し、複数回の吸着工程を繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項3乃至5の何れか1項に記載の希土類元素の抽出方法。
- 前記吸着工程を経た後の被抽出溶液に対し、希土類元素の中から選ばれた他の目的金属と吸着できる第2の吸着材を接触させ、前記溶液中の他の目的金属を前記第2の吸着材に吸着させる吸着工程と、
前記他の目的金属を吸着した第2の吸着材を他の逆抽出液に接触させ、前記第2の吸着材に吸着した他の目的金属を前記他の逆抽出液に移動させる目的金属分離工程と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項3乃至6の何れか1項に記載の希土類元素の抽出方法。 - 前記吸着材または前記第2の吸着材は目的金属に対して選択分光特性を有する有機化合物であり、前記吸着工程において、呈色反応及び/又は分光特性をモニタリングしながら前記目的金属を前記吸着材または前記第2の吸着材に吸着させることを特徴とする請求項3乃至7の何れか1項に記載の希土類元素の抽出方法。
- 前記吸着材または前記第2の吸着材は目的金属に対して選択分光特性を有する有機化合物であり、前記目的金属分離工程において、呈色反応及び/又は分光特性をモニタリングしながら前記目的金属を前記吸着材または前記第2の吸着材から逆抽出液に移動させることを特徴とする請求項3乃至8の何れか1項に記載の希土類元素の抽出方法。
- 前記吸着工程又は前記目的金属分離工程の後、前記吸着材を脱液処理することを特徴とする請求項3乃至9の何れか1項に記載の希土類元素の抽出方法。
- 前記吸着工程又は前記目的金属分離工程において、径を変更可能でかつ遠心力に耐えるバスケット内に前記吸着材を配置し、前記バスケットの径を広げた状態で前記被抽出溶液又は前記逆抽出液と前記吸着材を接触させ、
その後、前記バスケットの径を縮めて回転させることにより、前記吸着材を脱液処理することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の希土類元素の抽出方法。
