Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a salt-resistant performance-enhancing member for an insulator that can be retrofitted to an insulator that supports an overhead power transmission line to increase the creeping distance and enhance the salt-resistant performance.
Insulators are used as means for supporting overhead power transmission lines on steel towers, or as insulation means in circuit breakers and transformers installed in substations. Mechanical strength is required. For this reason, porcelain, glass, lightweight polymers, and the like are used as insulator materials.
In addition, the structure is designed in advance so that a certain level of insulation performance can be secured even when salt adheres to the outer surface.
Patent Document 1 discloses an insulator device in which a creeping distance is increased and salt resistance is increased by forming a concentric collar portion on the bottom surface of an umbrella-shaped insulator.
In addition, if it is anticipated that salt exceeding the amount assumed at the time of design will be attached due to the influence of typhoons, etc., replace the insulator with one with high salt resistance, and apply a silicone insulating paint on the insulator surface. Or measures such as replacing the circuit breaker or the transformer itself are taken.
However, when replacing insulators and equipment, enormous costs are incurred. When applying insulating paint, the cost of the paint itself is not low, and the paint is cut off after a short period of about 2 years. Since it is necessary to remove and repaint, it is unavoidable that an increase in economic burden is unavoidable when any measure is taken.
There has been a demand for the development of a technique that can improve the salt resistance performance at a low cost by processing an existing insulator by a simple method, but such a technique has not been proposed so far.
In the case of conventional insulators, if it is necessary to increase the salt resistance after being installed on a steel tower or equipment, replace with an insulator with high salt resistance, or apply insulating paint, Alternatively, only high-cost measures such as replacing the circuit breaker or the transformer itself could be taken.
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and when it is necessary to increase the salt resistance of an existing insulator, take high-cost measures such as replacing the insulator or equipment or applying an insulating paint. In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a member for enhancing salt resistance of an insulator that can increase the creeping distance and increase the salt resistance simply by being attached to the insulator after retrofitting.
In order to achieve the above object, a salt resistant performance enhancing member for an insulator according to the invention of claim 1 is a salt resistant performance enhancing member made of an insulating material and bonded to the outer surface of an insulator having an annular bottom surface, A base sheet bonded to at least the annular bottom surface of the insulator; and an annular protrusion protruding from the bottom surface of the base sheet, wherein the base sheet and the protrusion are divided into a plurality of divided pieces. In addition, the protruding portion of each divided piece forms an annular protrusion by bonding the base sheet portion of each divided piece to the annular bottom surface of the insulator.
In the case of improving the salt resistance of existing insulators, conventionally, it was only possible to cope with high costs such as replacing the insulator itself or replacing the device to which the insulator is attached. The salt resistance performance can be increased by increasing the creeping distance by retrofitting the salt resistance performance enhancing member to the insulator. Moreover, since the salt-resistant reinforcement member which consists of a base sheet and a protrusion can be adhere | attached on an insulator in the state divided | segmented into the some division | segmentation piece, the construction in the state mounted in the steel tower or the apparatus is possible. Since the protrusions are fixed to the insulator via the base sheet, the adhesion area increases, and the bonded state can be maintained stably for a long period of time.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the base sheet is integrated with the bottom surface of the base sheet bonded to the annular bottom surface of the insulator and the outer peripheral edge of the bottom surface of the base sheet, and is bonded to the tapered outer peripheral surface of the insulator. And a folded portion.
Since the base sheet is configured to adhere not only to the bottom surface of the insulator but also to the side surface of the insulator and the tapered outer peripheral surface, the adhesion area can be expanded to further enhance the durability.
The invention according to
Due to the presence of the thick wall portion, the outer diameter of the outer peripheral portion of the insulator can be substantially increased to extend the creepage distance.
The invention according to claim 4 is characterized in that a concave portion and a convex portion that are fitted to each other are formed in the facing portion of each of the divided pieces.
By bonding and fixing to the outer surface of the insulator in a state where the concave portion and the convex portion are fitted, the positioning of the divided pieces can be ensured.
According to the present invention, when it is necessary to increase the salt resistance (insulating property) of an existing insulator, insulation can be performed without taking high-cost measures such as replacing the insulator or equipment or applying an insulating paint. By simply attaching it to the insulator as a retrofit, the creepage distance can be increased and the salt resistance can be increased.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.
1 (a) and 1 (b) are front views showing a procedure for attaching the salt-resistant performance enhancing member according to the first embodiment of the present invention to the insulator device, and (c) is an insulator device attached with the salt-resistant performance enhancing member. FIG. 2 (a) and 2 (b) are a bottom perspective view and an exploded perspective view of the salt resistance enhancing member.

In addition, although the cross-sectional structure of the illustrated insulator is shown in a simplified manner, the actual insulator is fixed in a recessed portion in which metal fittings connecting the upper and lower insulators are provided in the center portion of the upper surface and the lower surface, respectively. For this reason, the

In addition, the structure for positioning which consists of a recessed part and a convex part is applicable also to the salt-resistant performance reinforcement | strengthening member which concerns on embodiment of FIG.
In each of the above embodiments, the annular bottom surface of the insulator is shown as a flat surface orthogonal to the axial direction of the insulator, but a flat tapered surface or a curved surface that is inclined from the inner diameter side toward the outer diameter side.
