Description

The present invention relates to an injector for spraying a chemical solution provided in a chemical solution spraying device so that a liquid chemical for insecticide is thrown to a high place.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, an aerial insecticidal holder having the following configuration has been proposed. According to this holder for insecticidal elevation, a mounting portion for fixing the spray can is formed at the tip of the column tube, and the movable lever can be rotated in the through hole formed at the tip of the column tube And an operation string is attached to the rear end of the movable lever, the operation string is hooked on the pulley, and the movable lever is rotated by pulling the operation string. The fixing member is provided so as to be movable up and down below (see Patent Document 1).

However, the method using the long rod-shaped material has a limit in height, and it has been difficult to control pests such as the white-spotted starfish that are higher than the tall tree such as the walnut tree. Also in the case of a pesticide spraying device using pump power, the spraying force from the nozzle is limited, and it is not possible to spray the pesticide to higher places.
In addition, according to a powerful pump apparatus, since a large amount of chemical | medical solutions can be injected from a nozzle in a high pressure state, it can fly to a higher place. In this case, however, pesticides such as liquid insecticides are ejected in an unnecessarily large amount and the apparatus becomes large, which is not realistic.

It is sectional drawing which shows the example of the form of the injector for chemical | medical solution distribution which concerns on this invention. It is a schematic diagram which shows the operating state of the airbag of the example of a form of FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows the other example of a form of the injector for chemical | medical solution distribution which concerns on this invention.

Below, the example of the form of the injector for chemical | medical solution spraying which concerns on this invention is demonstrated in detail based on an accompanying drawing (FIG.1 and FIG.2).
The injector for spraying chemical liquid is a device provided in the chemical liquid spraying apparatus so as to inject a liquid chemical for insecticide to a high place.

Reference numeral 10 denotes a pressure vessel which can withstand high pressure so as to be stored for introducing and injecting a chemical solution. The chemical liquid is pressurized by the chemical liquid pump device 60 and introduced into the pressure vessel 10. Reference numeral 11 denotes a pressure lid, which is provided in a form to be attached to the mouth of the main body 12 in a screw lid shape, and constitutes a part of the pressure vessel 10. A hydraulic safety valve 14 is attached to the pressure vessel 10 and is provided to be opened when an excessive pressure exceeding a certain level is applied.

Reference numeral 20 denotes a chemical solution introduction port, which is a chemical solution supply port for introducing a chemical solution from the chemical solution pump device 60 into the pressure vessel 10 through the chemical solution conduit 61. In the chemical solution introduction port portion 20 of this embodiment, the chemical solution supply port is connected to a communication portion 55 that communicates the later-described injection pipe portion 50 and the inside of the pressure vessel 10.
The chemical liquid pump device 60 is, for example, a pump device widely used for agricultural pesticide spraying, wherein the chemical liquid pipe 61 has an inner diameter of about 8 mm and a maximum output pressure of about 25 to 30 atmospheres. be able to.

Reference numeral 30 denotes an airbag, which is disposed in the pressure vessel 10 so that the volume can be changed in accordance with a change in the relative pressure inside and outside, and can be sealed by introducing compressed air. is there. For example, it may be a pneumatic bag made of a stretchable material such as rubber, or a bellows-shaped or wrinkled bag-shaped pneumatic bag when not pressurized.

Reference numeral 40 denotes a compressed air inlet, which is provided to introduce compressed air into the airbag 30. The compressed air introduction port 40 communicates with a compressed air supply device 45 such as an air compressor via a compressed air introduction conduit 41. An open / close valve 42 is provided so that the supply of compressed air into the airbag 30 can be operated. A pneumatic safety valve 43 is provided so as to be opened when an excessive pressure exceeding a certain level is applied. A pressure gauge 13 measures and displays the pressure in the airbag 30.

Reference numeral 50 denotes an injection pipe section, which is communicated in the pressure vessel 10 and is provided in a pipe shape having a diameter larger than that of the chemical liquid pipe 61, and the tip is an injection nozzle 51. An open / close cock 52 opens and closes the pipe line 53 of the injection pipe part 50, and opens the pipe line 53, whereby the chemical liquid can be ejected. The inner diameter of the conduit 53 is, for example, about 30 mm, and the opening at the tip of the nozzle 51 can be about 15 mm.

According to the injector for spraying a chemical solution having the above-described configuration, although it is intermittent, the chemical solution stored in the pressure vessel 10 can be skipped high and far away. This is because a required volume of chemical solution can be ejected at a high pressure from the nozzle 51 having a relatively large opening. Therefore, a high tree such as a walnut tree can be suitably handled when it is necessary to disinfect or kill insects at high places. For example, when controlling the spread of the white-spotted starfish, the nest of the high-level white-spotted starfish. A chemical solution that is an insecticide can be suitably poured and is extremely effective.

Further, the injection pipe section 50 of this embodiment is communicated with the pressure vessel 10 at the upper end portion of the pressure vessel 10. According to this, the air which accumulates in the upper part in the pressure vessel 10 can be discharged easily. It is possible to prevent an adverse effect that the introduction amount of the chemical liquid is restricted due to the accumulation of air in the pressure vessel 10, and the continuous use of the injector for spraying the chemical liquid can be appropriately performed.

Reference numeral 55 denotes a communication part, which is provided as a flow path that communicates with the inside of the pressure vessel 10 continuously to the pipe line 53 of the injection pipe line part 50. In this embodiment, the shape is fixed to the outside of the side wall of the pressure vessel 10 in the form of a pipe, and a large number of holes 55a opened in the side wall of the pressure vessel that is a part of the pipe make a chemical solution or air The fluid is appropriately configured to pass through. According to this, it is possible to prevent the airbag 30 from blocking the flow path continuous to the injection conduit section 50, and to appropriately guide the flow for injecting the chemical liquid. Note that the communication portion 55 is not limited to this configuration, and it is sufficient that the air bag 30 functions so as not to block the flow path that continues to the injection pipe portion 50. It may be in any form.

A method of using the injector for spraying the chemical solution is as follows. First, compressed air is supplied to the airbag 30 in the state of FIG. For example, the pressure is increased to about 8 atmospheres. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 2B, the volume of the airbag 30 is increased so that the airbag 30 contacts the inner surface of the pressure vessel 10.
Next, as shown in FIG. 2C, the chemical liquid is supplied to the pressure vessel 10 through the chemical liquid inlet 20, and the internal pressure of the pressure vessel 10 (the internal pressure of the airbag 30 is the same) is, for example, about 16 atmospheres. Increase the pressure. Thus, when a chemical | medical solution is put, the airbag 30 will shrink | contract and it will be in the state which can utilize air pressure as a force which injects a chemical | medical solution. The chemical pressure is controlled by the chemical pump device 60.
And the chemical | medical solution is injected by opening the opening-and-closing cock 52 toward the direction of the high place etc. which become the spraying target of the chemical | medical solution for the nozzle 51 of the injection pipeline part 50. FIG.
When the chemical solution is appropriately ejected, the open / close cock 52 is closed. Thus, one cycle of the chemical solution spraying operation is completed.
Then, when the internal pressure of the pressure vessel 10 is increased again by resupply of the chemical liquid, the chemical liquid can be intermittently sprayed by ejecting the next chemical liquid.

Next, another embodiment of the injector for spraying a chemical solution according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawing (FIG. 3).
Similarly to the embodiment of FIG. 1, this embodiment is an injector for spraying a chemical solution provided in the chemical solution spraying apparatus so as to inject a liquid medicine for insecticide to a high place, and introduces and sprays the chemical solution. Therefore, the pressure vessel 10 to be stored, the chemical solution introduction port portion 20 for introducing the chemical solution into the pressure vessel 10 from the chemical solution pump device 60 through the chemical solution conduit 61, and the chemical solution conduit 61 communicated with the pressure vessel 10. Is provided in the shape of a pipe having a large diameter, and has an injection pipe section 50 whose tip is an injection nozzle 51.

In this embodiment, a compressed air introduction port 40 for introducing compressed air into the pressure vessel 10 is provided. That is, the compressed air is directly supplied into the pressure vessel 10. Also by this, although it is intermittent, the chemical | medical solution stored in the pressure vessel 10 can be dissipated high and far, and disinfection and insecticide of a high place can be performed appropriately.

Further, in the present embodiment, the injection conduit portion 50 is communicated with the pressure vessel 10 at the lower end portion of the pressure vessel 10. According to this, compressed air can be appropriately introduced into the upper side of the pressure vessel 10, and the chemical liquid can be ejected from the inside of the pressure vessel 10 through the injection conduit 50 by the force of the compressed air. In addition, it is necessary to maintain the pressure and quantity of compressed air appropriately, and the introduction amount of a chemical | medical solution will be restrict | limited because the air quantity in the pressure vessel 10 increases excessively.

Further, the communication port 56 with the pressure vessel 10 of the injection pipe section 50 of the present embodiment example allows the introduction of the chemical solution into the pressure vessel 10, and the chemical solution in the pressure vessel 10 has become a certain amount or less. A check valve 21 is provided to prevent discharge from the pressure vessel 10 from time to time. As the check valve 21, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, it can be constituted by a valve seat and a sphere floating in a liquid. As a result, an appropriate amount of the chemical introduced into the pressure vessel 10 can be ejected and the compressed air can be prevented from being discharged.

In the usage method of the injector for spraying the chemical solution, compressed air is supplied to the pressure vessel 10 through the compressed air introduction port 40, and the internal pressure (air pressure) of the pressure vessel 10 is increased to, for example, about 8 atmospheres.
Next, a chemical solution is supplied to the pressure vessel 10 through the chemical solution introduction port 20, and the internal pressure of the pressure vessel 10 is increased to, for example, about 16 atmospheres (see the state of FIG. 3).

As described above, the present invention has been described in various ways with preferred embodiments.
