Abstract
【解決手段】バリエータ(20)と副変速機構(30)とが接続された無段変速機において、マニュアルモードが選択されているときに、運転者からの変速指示が複数回連続して行われた場合は、バリエータ(20)の変速比のみを変更してスルー変速比を到達スルー変速比に追従させる制御を実行し、バリエータ(20)の変速比が最大又は最小となり、スルー変速比を前記到達スルー変速比に追従できない場合に、副変速機構(30)の変速比の変化の開始又は変速比の変化の進行を、マニュアルモードが選択されていないときと比べて早める。

Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載され、エンジンの回転速度を変速する無段変速機であって、
変速比を無段階に変更することができるバリエータと、
前記バリエータに対して直列に備えられ、複数の摩擦要素の締結及び解放によって変速比を切り替え可能な有段の副変速機構と、
前記車両の運転状態に基づいて目標変速比としての到達スルー変速比を設定し、前記バリエータの変速比及び前記副変速機構の変速段の少なくとも一方を変更して、前記バリエータ及び前記副変速機構の全体の変速比であるスルー変速比を所定の応答で前記到達スルー変速比に追従させる変速制御部と、
を備え、
前記変速制御部は、
予め複数の変速段が設定され、運転者からの変速指示に基づいて前記複数の変速段のいずれか一つに対応する変速比を前記到達スルー変速比として設定するマニュアルモードを備え、
前記マニュアルモードが選択されているときに、運転者からの変速指示が複数回連続して行われた場合は、前記バリエータの変速比のみを変更して前記スルー変速比を前記到達スルー変速比に追従させる制御を実行し、
前記バリエータの変速比が最大又は最小となり、前記スルー変速比を前記到達スルー変速比に追従できない場合に、前記副変速機構の変速比の変化の開始又は変速比の変化の進行を、前記マニュアルモードが選択されていないときと比べて早めることを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 前記変速制御部は、前記バリエータが前記到達スルー変速比を実現できない領域となった場合に、前記摩擦要素の締結及び解放のための油圧制御の準備時間の短縮、又は、前記摩擦要素の締結及び解放のための油圧制御の実行時間の短縮を行うことを特徴とする特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記変速制御部は、運転者から変速指示があったときに、当該変速が、現在の変速段から同方向に複数回変速を行った場合に前記副変速機構の変速が発生する変速段となる場合は、運転者からの変速指示時に、現在解放中の摩擦要素に対して制御油圧を上昇させた後に締結開始油圧で待機させると共に、現在締結中の摩擦要素の制御油圧を解放開始油圧で待機させる変速準備状態に制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無段変速機。
- 変速比を無段階に変更することができるバリエータと、バリエータに対して直列に備えられ、複数の摩擦要素の締結及び解放によって変速比が切り替え可能な有段の副変速機構と、を備え、車両に搭載され、動力源の出力回転を変速して出力する無段変速機の変速制御方法であって、
車両の運転状態に基づいて目標変速比としての到達スルー変速比を設定し、バリエータの変速比及び副変速機構の変速段の少なくとも一方を変更して、バリエータ及び副変速機構の全体の変速比であるスルー変速比を所定の応答で到達スルー変速比に追従させ、
予め複数の変速段が設定され、運転者からの変速指示に基づいて前記複数の変速段のいずれか一つに対応する変速比を前記到達スルー変速比として設定するマニュアルモードが選択されているときに、運転者からの変速指示が複数回連続して行われた場合は、前記バリエータの変速比のみを変更して前記スルー変速比を前記到達スルー変速比に追従させ、
前記バリエータの変速比が最大又は最小となり、前記スルー変速比を前記到達スルー変速比に追従できない場合に、前記副変速機構の変速比の変化の開始又は変速比の変化の進行を、前記マニュアルモードが選択されていないときと比べて早めることを特徴とする無段変速機の変速制御方法。
