Abstract
【手段】走行変速装置は走行ミッションケース9を有する。走行ミッションケース9は深さが深い本体部9aと浅い深さの蓋部9bとの2つ割構造になっており、内部に軸やギア等が配置されている。本体部9aの内部には板状の中間部材87が固定されており、この中間部材87で軸が支持されている。軸の支持スパンを短くできるため、軸の支持強度がアップすると共に耐久性も向上する。軸の安定性が高くなるため、蓋部9bを取り外してから再取り付けすることが容易になる。従って、メンテナンスも楽に行える。

Description
まず、図1〜5を参照して田植機の概要を説明する。図1,2示すように、田植機は、左右前輪2及び左右後輪3で走行自在に支持された走行機体1と、走行機体1の後ろに配置した苗植装置4とを有している。前輪2は走行機体1に水平旋回自在に取り付いており、後輪3は走行機体1に水平旋回不能に取り付いている。
次に、図6以下の図面も参照して走行変速装置の詳細を説明する。例えば図5(B)に示すように、走行ミッションケース9は深さが深い主部9aと、これに被さると共に主部9aよりは深さが浅い蓋部9bとの2つのシェル状部材で構成されており、両者はボルトで締結されている。両者の開口面(締結面・合わせ面)は後述する各軸の軸心と直交して(横切って)いる。

既述のように、走行ミッションケース9は深さが深い本体部9aと深さが浅い蓋部9bとで構成されており、図6に概念的に表示しているように、本体部9aの内部には前後方向に延びる中間部材87が配置されており、本体部9aの左右幅方向の略中間位置に分離自在に(着脱自在)に固定されている。第2駆動軸44、第1〜第4の中間回転軸53,54,74,83の5本の軸及びデフケース65の一端部は、ベアリングを介して中間部材87で回転自在に支持されている。
本願発明は上記の実施形態の他にも様々に具体化できる。例えば走行ミッションケースや中間部材の具体的な形状は必要に応じて任意に変更できる。中間部材を複数で構成することも可能である。この場合は、複数の中間部材を本体部の開口面の広がり方向に分離して配置することも可能であるし、本体部の深さ方向に分けて配置することも可能である(従って、軸を複数の中間部材で支持することも可能である。)。

Claims (4)
- 走行ミッションケースとその内部に配置された軸群及びギア群を有しており、
前記走行ミッションケースは、深さが深い本体部とこれを覆う浅い蓋部とを有しており、前記軸群は前記本体部及び蓋部の開口面と交叉した姿勢に配置されている、
という構成であって、
前記走行ミッションケースの本体部に、前記軸群のうち少なくとも一部に対する軸受として機能する中間部材を固定している、
乗用型作業機の走行変速装置。 - 更に、エンジンからの動力が伝達されるHSTと、前記HSTと組み合わさってHMTを構成する遊星ギア機構とを有しており、
前記HSTは、前記走行ミッションケースにおける本体部のうち前記蓋部と反対側に位置した底部の外面に取り付けられており、前記遊星ギア機構を、前記走行ミッションケースにおける本体部の底部と前記中間部材との間に配置している、
請求項1に記載した乗用型作業機の走行変速装置。 - 前記走行ミッションケースの本体部と蓋部とにはそれぞれ車輪駆動用のアクスル装置が取り付けられており、前記走行ミッションケースには、一方のアクスル装置に動力伝達する一方の車輪駆動軸と他方のアクスル装置に動力伝達する他方の車輪駆動軸とが同心に配置されており、かつ、両車輪駆動軸を差動させるためのデフ装置を前記本体部と中間部材との間に配置している、
請求項1又は2に記載した乗用型作業機の走行変速装置。 - 前記走行ミッションケースにおける本体部の内周と前記中間部材の外周との間にオイルが自在に流通し得る空間を空けている、
