Description
(b)いったん反応帯域が所望温度に達すると、第2水溶液、すなわち超臨界特性を有する水を反応帯域に適用し、第2水溶液は、炭質材料を液化する連続的な液化反応を容易にして、液体炭化水素を生成し、第2水溶液が、水、0.1%乃至70%の濃度範囲(w/w)の過酸化水素、0.1%乃至30%の濃度範囲(w/w)のメタノール、及び第2触媒からなる群から選択された成分を含み、第2水溶液は、加熱された流体、過熱された流体、超臨界流体及び高速過熱流体からなる群から選択された流体である、ことを特徴とする前記方法が提供される。
(a)水溶液を加熱及び加圧して、過熱流体又は超臨界流体を得るステップと、
(b)過熱水溶液又は超臨界水溶液を、水溶液を炭質材料に適用する前に、超臨界水をおおよそ0.5MPa乃至10MPaの範囲に減圧することを容易にし、且つ、また、水溶液を50m/sec乃至450m/secの範囲の速度で炭質材料に適用することを容易にする、ノズル装置に通し、水溶液が、液体炭化水素を生成すべく、炭質材料の液化を容易にする高速過熱流体或いは超臨界流体であり、水溶液は、水、0.1%乃至70%の過酸化水素、0.1%乃至30%のメタノール及び触媒からなる群から選択された成分を含む、ことを特徴とする、前記方法が提供される。
Claims (14)
- 炭質材料液化装置であって、過熱特性或いは超臨界特性を有する加圧液体を高速液体として炭質材料に向かって供給するノズル組立体と、前記高圧液体を前記ノズル組立体へ供給する供給ラインとを含み、前記高速液体は炭質材料と反応して改善され或いは液化された炭質材料を生成し、処理された炭質材料及び同伴液体を処理プラントへ戻す生成物戻りラインを含み、処理プラントは、熱を前記生成物戻りラインから前記供給ラインに移す熱交換器と、高圧液体を供給ラインに提供する高圧ポンプと、熱交換器の下流で生成物戻りラインにあってガス及び油生成物を処理された炭質材料及び同伴された液体から分離する分離器と、液体の少なくとも1部を分離器から高圧ポンプに移送するリサイクルラインとを含む、ことを特徴とする、前記炭質材料液化装置。
- 開始化学薬品及び触媒を前記高圧液体供給ラインへ供給するために、高圧ポンプの下流に注入装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 反応容器と、一定量の炭質材料を反応容器に供給する手段とをさらに含み、前記生成物戻りラインは前記反応容器に連結され、前記ノズル組立体は、過熱特性又は超臨界特性を有する高速液体を一定量の炭質材料に向かって差し向ける、地上炭質材料の液化のための、請求項1に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 前記反応容器から炭質材料の使用済み残留物を取り出す手段をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 前記ノズル組立体は、複数のノズルを含む、請求項3に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 前記生成物戻りラインは、井戸ケーシングからなり、前記供給ラインは前記井戸ケーシング内の高圧管からなり、前記高圧管はこの管に取付けられた前記ノズル組立体を有し、前記管内の流体を減じた圧力及び増大させた速度で前記ノズルから流出させ、したがって、一定時間過熱水或いは超臨界水の特性を維持し、炭質材料は、石炭、オイルシェール及びタールサンドから選択される、現場での炭質材料液化のための、請求項1に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 前記ノズル組立体は、現場の反応帯域の炭質材料に向けられることができる、請求項6に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 前記ノズル組立体は、高速液体を現場の炭質材料に向かって放射状に発する複数のノズルを含む、請求項6に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 高圧液体を前記供給ラインに提供するための高圧ポンプが、15MPa乃至35MPaの圧力の液体を提供する、請求項1に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 前記分離器からの流出過剰同伴液体をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 前記分離器が、多段階分離器、即ち、処理された炭質材料からのガス及び同伴された液体を分離するフラッシュセパレータからなる第1分離器と、処理された炭質材料からのオイル及び同伴液体を分離するオイル−液体分離器からなる第2分離器と、処理された炭質材料からの粒状物質及び同伴液体を分離するためのフィルターとを含む、請求項1に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 前記生成物戻りライン中の改善され又は液化された炭質材料は、全体が又は一部がほぼ蒸気相であり、前記蒸気相は、液体及び固体の粒子又はしずくを同伴し、蒸気相回収が 改善された又は液化された炭質材料のために、従来の液体相回収機構よりも効率的な回収装置を提供する、請求項1に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 水の過熱特性又は超臨界特性が、前記ノズル組立体を出た後一定時間維持され、化学反応/液化反応が、超臨界特性有する水と前記炭質材料との接触時に生じることができる、請求項1に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
- 前記ノズル組立体は、炭質材料内で移動可能であり且つ、その移動が表面から制御できる管又は供給ラインに取付けられる1つ又は複数のノズルを含む、請求項6に記載の炭質材料液化装置。
